Gerber is completely professional, walks the customer through the entire process, updating them at every stage, and stands behind their work for the life of the vehicle. Its hard to imagine anything that they could significantly improve upon.

Please so heres the story my wife was in an accident where she got hit at a red light by another car. The car went through the whole going to the in pound by being picked up towed to the collision center . All that and then starting with the insurance and everything started their procedures. So when the car was done and ready about 2 weeks later we went and picked it up at 1st everything looked OK but there we notice some flaws and mistakes. Im sure youre wondering why Im giving this a 5 start. Hold on I will explain. My wife made a phone call to Gerber collision and spoke with the manager of the facility we explained our concerns and how we just couldnt be happy with the car the way it was. We brought the car back to them they gave us a rental car and no cost to us and told us that they would take care of it and fix the issues. Yes thats how business should be. Everybody makes mistakes at times. To me good business is correcting a mistake. Before I go any further I must inform you that not only was there damage from the accident her car obtained damage while it was towed. This damage was not part of the insurance nor Gerbers original repair. So with that being added they took care of not only correcting any issues that had occurred from the original work. They repaired fixed painted and replaced everything that was damaged by the tow company that not the insurance company or the tow truck company did not cover it either. Why give him a 5 star they not only fixed everything they Said they would take care of per the insurance . They also took care of damage that was done by somebody else that was not part of what they were getting paid for. They did this so they would have a happy customer. I am happy customer thank you for going beyond and making my wife happy. #Happywifehappylife
The service and the care I received from Jeff was outstanding. The communication was always clear and the text message system to keep me up to date with my vehicle was icing on the cake. Definitely recommending them to anyone that needs their car repair. My car is a brand new 2020 Rav 4... unfortunately my mother in law had a boo boo in my drive way that needed to be repaired. They made it look brand new again! Heaven forbid i have to go back there but if I do.. I know my car will be taken care of!
We had a little fender problem. They were polite patient and respectful. The service took us in without an appointment. Completion was in 3 days.
It has the worst fixing timing and lie warranty they said I had lifetime warranty and it’s not even 2 week after fixing the windshield it break again and when I went to go fix it they said the lifetime warranty is not active anymore like what??? And they keep giving excuses

Disappointed they didnt fix my car
Choose any other company but gerber collision or its sister company Caliber Collison. I got into an accident and of course I wanted to fix my vehicle the way it was prior to the Collison. Strangely you come here and you get the opposite. They only rack up labor hours for their benefit. They dont use the parts or material your car needs. They just make it look done and get it out the way. Im only complaining because they had my vehicle for weeks and just bondo-ed the damage and painteded it without even sanding it down (but im sure hours showed they sanded it down 😩) and then couldnt even replace a cheap seal around the car door so when I ran it through the car wash as like no car door was on. Any ways I would never ever ever ever, recommend this place. 0 stars
I had a rollercoaster experience with Gerber due to some mistakes. First, I had great customer service the entire time. Ben kept me informed with everything that was going on and gave me several options that best fit my needs. When I got my car back I was happy everything was fixed but a couple days later noticed I paid for a brand new tire and an alignment but didn’t get either one of those done. As frustrated as I was that I paid for something I didn’t get I explained it in a survey.The next morning I woke up to a call and the problem was resolved and I was told the tire was bought but it was never put on and it was a mistake. Although I was still frustrated and confused on how that could happen (and if I didn’t notice it im not sure if I would have ever been contacted about it ) the company did a great job at resolving it. They had a couple guys drive to my house, get my car in less than an hour and take it back to the shop to get everything fixed and it was all done in a few hours. Somehow while my car was at the shop my phone mount also went missing, which isn’t a huge deal but working as a DoorDash driver I rely on it a lot but thankfully I was able to borrow one from a friend in the meantime. And after explaining that, Ben offered to replace mine that went missing which I’m very thankful for.Overall, even though there were some mistakes made and there was a point where I was very unhappy with the company. I never had bad customer service and everyone was very friendly and helpful throughout the entire process and I was able to quickly get what I originally paid for done within just a few hours. So for that I understand mistakes happen and I’m thankful I had a great team to quickly get it resolved.

Francisco Service Advisor was top notch. Front desk staff and workers were fantastic. Big place like a dealership. Very clean and staff very professional. My insurance company referred me to them after getting rear ended. The body work and paint matching was perfection. My car looks brand new. Loved this place but its a place you hope you never have to revisit for obvious reasons
This is a great place to take your car. They are very friendly at front desk. Jennifer is very professional. She had my estimate the same day, ordered the part for my broken mirror, and it was repaired next day. As an extra courtesy, they was he and vacuumed my car; I was very pleased with their work. I would recommend them over the dealership any day. Prompt, courteous service.
Had repairs done here for my front bumper. My front bumper became loose and I believe there is a missing part not installed. Brought it back and they scheduled me right away to bring it in. No hassle everyone was nice and the place was clean.
Sure doesnt seem like they want your business.Phone will ring, ring, and ring, with limited answering. The multiple attempts to try to schedule an appointment (sent an online inquiry, never heard back, then called to make an appointment), the run around after receiving approval from my insurance company on the quote (they called me on 5/26, sent an email to the shop, and I even called the shop to schedule 5/26 - no return call back from Francisco), and being told they never received the note from my insurance OR my call to call me back and schedule (you dont receive both an email or a phone call?!).... this proved NOT the place to go.Admit you overlooked my account (phone/emails), but nope, no culpability. Look - businesses like yours will NOT survive if this is how you continue to run your shop.Im not even paying for the repair, this was legit a no-cost-to-me repair through Carvana. With as many people out of work right now as there are, customer service should be better... not worse. I cant support a shop, even without my own money, that clearly doesnt care.

Got into an accident and they made us feel horrible from the time that we walked in I should have never left my truck now almost 3 weeks later no information was given to me instead they took it upon them selfs to fix it not only that they lied to my insurance and said that they fixed custom my custom rims ( havent checked yet pick up my truck tomorrow) and I will be taking it to get a second opinion. Francisco said three different stories to myself, my husband, our insurance company.
Unfortunately this was my 2nd time in 2 years needing auto body work - both times NOT my fault! Fortunately I was referred to Gerber Collision the first time and I chose them the 2nd time! They do excellent work! My Jeep looked brand new both times when finished! They are very professional and friendly and keep you up to date thru the whole process. They explained everything thoroughly. I had an issue with insurance and Jennifer went out of her way to help with that too! I highly recommend Gerber Collision. Awesome place and will definitely go back if ever needed! BUT.....I hope Its not any time soon!!!

I have been getting the run around for almost month and half now for reimburse check for a part that didnt get fix. I had to make several calls to get it right. Still havent it got it right as on the phone it doesnt seem they care about it. Yeah I care about because my truck is my pride and joy. I hope I get this check like they promise. Customer service made me feel very welcome but it all changed soon as I pick my truck up. Not knowing you still need to care about your customers even after.
They replaced my hood and bumper, but couldnt get my side grills to fit. So I came back and they gave me some tape.. what????? This is a collision shop they gave me tape to try a stick on my side grills??? Wow obviously that didnt work, so now Im driving around with 2 square holes in my bumper. Hell na I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone

I brought my Honda in to be repainted under the warranty and Marcel was a great help on getting all of the work done in a timely and professional manner. The Honda looks brand new and Ive never been happier. The lifetime guarantee is well worth it.
If i could i would hire someone to stand outside encouraging people to not take thier cars to them. They took months to fix my car, i had to give my car back to them 3 times cuz the bearings were bad and then steering wheel wasnt on right. And my car still doesnt make a complete left but i just gave up. Ontop of that when i took my car to honda they told me the reason it doesnt make a complete left is because they put a used subframe on my car. Please stay away from them. My insurance company told me to go with them but i didnt realize i didnt need to. I wish i would have went to a honda dealership instead

Weve been coming to this location for the last 3 times that our cars needed collision repair. All three times Marcel and his team exceeded our expectations. Even when I wasnt fully satisfied with the last repair on my Acura, Marcel went above and beyond to make sure that I was happy with the way my car looked and that all of my concerns were addressed. As long as Marcel and his team work at this location, this will be where I take my vehicles for any collision repair.
Went to this collision center to get my Sentra fixed after I was involved in an accident. Once I arrived at their facility I was greeted by the front desk associate and then Dan came out to assess the damages done to my car and sent the estimate that day. I got my Sentra back before the due date. My car was clean, looking good as new as when I first bought it. Had a great experience here, I would recommend this place.
I got in an accident at the begining of November and they said it would take 2 weeks to fix, they called multiple times to set back the day it would be done.. finally they called and said it was done, they had it for 4 weeks by now so we drove there to pick it up (we live 4 hours away) picked it up, drove a few blocks and the car was saying it wasnt working right on the screen and it was smoking. We took it back and they said it would be another week to fix, I called a week later and they said they had barely gotten started with it. Than they kept moving the date back again a few times.. I finally got it back january 17th and the window is still messed up..I will not be returning and dont recommend. Fransisco was very nice and helpful through this whole process though.

Did a good job at putting on my bumper but I got the car back worse than it ever was, with a $1000 worth of work I had to pay for immediately after leaving them.Tried to call them and no one has called me back.
Had to visit because my car got totaled by someone else. My experience was really with the Geico staff, specifically Zach, and he was very polite, professional and easy to work with. Only 4 stars because I cannot comment on the work since my car was not salvageable
Repairs were great and they even washed and vacuumed my car however I was mislead with their business hours. The sign says 6:00 p.m. and the time I arrived was 5:40 p.m. I had just dropped off my rental and had to rush over here with my wife to pick up the car. They were already closing up for the day and I told them I needed my car due to only having 1 car for my family. They seemed a little hesitant but opened back up to get my car out. If I’m paying you I expect amazing customer service. Don’t mislead customers into thinking they still have time when your trying to close up shop before your posted hours of operation. It’s not professional and leaves a bad impression on customers which can ruin your business.
What ever happened took the days of a company owning their mistakes, and at least trying to work something out with a customer? Sent me to collections for just over $500 after I was told that I only had to pay my $500 deductible. I asked at least 3 times and was assured that I only owe the deductible. I got ONE call from Gerber afterward, to which I explained that I was told I only had to pay the $500 and never heard a word until the collections company started calling. My car was repaired pretty well, but just because they screwed up, and didnt try talking to me does not mean they have to send me to collections

The staff went above and beyond my expectations. They finished the repair at speeds unimaginable so that I could return my leased vehicle on time, they fixed a flat tire that was not part of the repair, and they even charged up my electric car so that I could make it to the dealership. Everyones customer service was exceptional, and thats putting it lightly. I believe the person I primarily worked with was Robert, (I may be wrong about the name though), he helped to turn my unfortunate experience into something bearable. I will definitely come here in the future if needed and will refer this center to friends and family. Thanks Gerber Collision & Glass!

Stay away!!!!My girlfriends car has been in your shop for over a month. You havent even touched it yet. Everytime she calls she is told you will call her back. You have NEVER returned her call. Your customer service is a joke. You should be embarrassed.
For now its a one star. They do not open Saturdays. I went tthere today saturday 7=27-2019 @ 11:20am and thry are closed. Doors locked not a soul on site.

Terrible. I brought my car in for an estimate on the damages. They gave me the estimate to submit to my insurance. Then after they finished the repairs they submitted a different estimate to my insurance. So wehn I went to pick up my vehicle I had to pay out of pocket over $400. And they acted like they knew nothing about it. I would not recommend bringing your vehicle here for repairs.
