I just dropped my motocycle parts off here for paint today so I cant speak to the work yet but what I can say is that so far Russell has taken time to talk to me and explain what his shop is going to do with my motorcycle parts down to the level of how the light interacts with different colors of paint. So far I am confident that Russ and his team are experts in their craft and I cant wait to see my bike when they are done with their part.And..extra stars for the the 🐀 ratifink collection in the front office.

Very surprised with this place. They do top-notch work and obviously know what theyre doing. Stopped by with a panel that needed attention and spoke with the owner. He took about an hour out of his day to talk with me about what they do, time and costs. It meant a lot that he took his time explaining what it takes to repair something properly and made it understandable that quality repairs are not cheap because of the time involved. I will definetly use them on future projects!

The paint and body work was excellent! Russ was very good UNTIL driving my car home I had a Air Bag light come on. I contacted RS Auto Arts and thats when the real Charter appeared. Long story short it was only a couple of wires where left disconnected. Had the BMW dealer reconnected (RS was notified and accepted what the cost would be) the wires and all was back to normal. Simple mistake putting the fender back on. The charge was under $ 100.00. RS then refused to reimburse me and came up with all these excuses. Ill never be back even though the paint work was great.Just be aware Good Deals will back fire here

They even go out of their way to help reduce costs to assist with your deductible. They take great pride in their work and my looked amazing when it was done. I would highly recommend them.

Russ and Jeff took great care of me, even though someone elses insurance was paying the tab. They were honest, straight forward and finished right on time. Had info on the rental car company and the insurance process. They even detailed both the interior and exterior. After talking to the owner, Russel offered me some pros and cons about different paint jobs. Since I was planning to keep the car for a while, he convinced me that higher quality paint job should be considered. I have gone here before, they helped me last time, my husband is sick about how they treated us today ....we drove many, many miles to go here ! But when we got there ...no one would help us AT ALL !!! I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE !!! terrible customer service !!!
