Worst experience. I got my car back after 30 days and some parts were missing aafter the repair. I reported the problem and even today I do not have a call back from them to fix the missing part. Would never recommend this collision center.

Great customer service. The staff is friendly and attentive. The facility was clean and well organized. There is free coffee in the waiting room. The attendant Stephen was very informative and courteous. I recommend Bell Collision Center. The even gave me a ride to my rental car company.

Brought my car by for an estimate, made my claim with USAA (BCC was a Preferred shop). USAA paid BCC and I literally never heard from them again...I of course called them several times and when I did get a return call, they stated that the were ordering the parts, even though the payment had been auto-deposited at least A MONTH BEFORE! So after 3+ months of nothing, I called USAA and they remitted the money that they had paid BCC. Not sure if they are affiliated with Bell Honda (where I bought the car), but Im taking it and trading it in ELSEWHERE! Complete Clown Show!

First of all I want to start off by saying Bell Collision is the best body repair shop I have ever been to in Az, bar none. They walked me through every step of the way. They made sure I had a rental car waiting for me there when I dropped my vehicle off. There was a little problem of getting parts in from Ford, but it wasnt Bell Collisions fault at all. I dealt with Jeremy, he was a very straightforward and very kind person, made sure everything was taken care of. I would recommend Bell Collision to anyone that lives in Az, ask for Jeremy, good man. Best part of all my vehicle looks like it was never damaged, very good quality control. Everyone there at Bell Collision are very nice, kind, and very helpfull. I promise you, you wont be upset with their staff and the work they do.

Customer service ar front desk was great. Follow through on replacement parts should improve dramatically. Waiting on part to be ordered and replaced that was found at inspection before picking up vehicle, back up camera wasnt working at pick up and ac blower motor was out of holder and on floor inside vehicle.

Had a terrible experience with this company. ( I am not the one to leave bad reviews) They are defrauding the insurance companies to make more money. Management was extremely rude and non professional. I would highly recommend to never do business with this company. Please be aware when you drop off your car for an estimate they make you sing a form that allows them to start working on the vehicle without your permission. Never once gave me a call to let me know the work is going to be started or how much it might cost. Once job was done they charged me for over 30 hours of labor that only took them 5 hours. So a job that should of been $600 cost around $2,500. They are defrauding the insurance companies to make more money and this is not right.

Had some body work done here after a fender bender. Staff was patient and knowledgeable. Despite them having a busy schedule they were still able to provide phenomenal service and was very transparent about what was going on.There was one small delay, yet they called ahead of time to advise there might be a delay, so that when it came true, it was not a surprise. Would use them again.

Just had some minor work done. They fixed the paint but the bumper didn’t fit right. One side has a nice gap the other was rubbing on the fender. Joe was the person helping me he said all cars are like that but he would have the tech check it again. So I walked across the street to the Honda dealership and looked at a few of my model car and none of them had the bumper rubbing on the fender. Ten fifteen minutes later joe brings my car around nothing was fixed Joe said that’s just how it is. I went inside and asked for a manager I believe his name was Derrick I explain the situation Derrick said he looked at it when joe brought it back and that’s just how the car is but he would have another tech look at it. Fifteen twenty minutes later he brings my car back and it’s fixed gap on both sides no rubbing. It should have never gotten to that point.

Last year someone rear ended my car and I brought it here because I had bought the car at Bell Honda. After the repairs were complete I had to bring it back multiple times. I had paint issues and then a wiring harness needed to be replaced. At the time I just assumed this was normal but I recently took another vehicle into another body shop and was pleasantly surprised when I had no issues and the work was actually complete. It was then I realized my experience with bell collision was actually poor.

I never went to bill collision but it is part of the same company as midway Chevrolet I would never recommend buying a car from either one of them they are very shady but their repair shops at midway Chevrolet M bell collision are by Far The best with amazing customer service if you want to ask me any more questions about them please let me know and I will send you the name over from the supervisor it from midway Chevrolet And the supervisor their on site is amazing and has taken care of my car quite a few times for free for small things

We had some storm damage to our 2015 Subaru. Another recommend place immediately asked about our insurance and quoted us $3600 because it would go through insurance. Bell Collision did the same work for $400. NO exaggerated pricing, just honest fair work. Came out awesome! We were recommended by a friend who had a repair done to her Lexus and was thrilled with Chad. Got a ride back home when the car was dropped off. Rolando was easy to work with too. Professional!

Great body shop! Had a 1998 Honda Accord with a smashed rear bumper. Well after the repair the bumper look better than the rest of the car. It was a quick job as well! I am very happy with the level of customer service.

Always so friendly and helpful. The first time I came in to get my car repaired went so smoothly that I came back when I needed them again. They have a great text system that notifies you where your car is in the repair process. I was assigned to Marvin and he even gave me a number to text him directly.

Dropped the car off on monday. i called friday for update only to learn they hadnt begun the repairs.clay stated he needed the estimate to begin the repairs.he didnt bother asking me for the estimate when i dropped it off nor did he call me to tell me the insurance company hadnt returned his calls.clay offered no apology.I suppose the situation was fine for them as they gained days of storage fees.he knew hed make their estimate go over the value so i suppose there was a need for extra storage days.thanks for allowing days on the rental to accumulate while causing a delay on my decision to buy a new vehicle.this is a big.sweatshop. no personal service.wont come here again if the need arises.thanks clay

I thought they were very courteous, helpful. Did a nice job. The only thing I was curious about was the gas missing from my tank. I filled it on the way there, and it was three quarters when I got it back. They had it for 5 days for a broken window.

I was rear ended, and this was one of the suggestions their insurance gave me to get repairs made. I dropped my car off on Monday at 7 when they opened, by midday I heard back from contact, Riley, and was informed 2 weeks.I knew this was a computer estimate, but was surprised at the length of time, but was also informed that the damage was more substantial then what was apparent just looking at my bumper. As I had a rental car covered, I did not mind the length.I received updates throughout the week via text and also calls from Riley. Then on Friday morning I received a call that my repairs were finished.Everything looked great, and am very happy with the work done and customer service I received.(Just want to say I cannot say anything about the cost being good or bad because it was covered by the other persons insurance, my review is more on the work done and the people I interacted with)

Chris and the crew at Bell Collision did an outstanding job repairing the left rear panel on my 2006 Honda Civic. The paint work is flawless, and the detailing done following the repair makes the car look new.Thanks Bell !!! Not impressed with Bell Collision center, at 1st they were very kind and seemed trustworthy but once I received my car after it was fixed. It was NOT fixed correctly and then as I proceeded to tell ROZ it wasnt fixed right she said thats how its suppose to look. Well I went to the dealership and took a picture of how its suppose to look and she gave me attitude, because she was caught in a LIE she said she was going to contact the insurance company I gave her a week and she NEVER called them. Lie #2! I write this because I saw the great reviews too and put my trust in them but just TRIPLE check the work they do and dont let them walk all over you. I got manager involved and he had them fix it right but I shouldve never have had to go there TWICE. Manager was kind at 1st then he decided to have ROZ who I told him I didnt trust give me my car back! What a slap in the face! Thanks a lot.

I just picked up my ford taurus from Bell Collision. I was rear ended by a Dodge ram last Monday morning. Hit and run. $4,429.00 in damage. 4 days later, I have my car back. I spent this morning inspecting every inch. Im blown away. The fit and paint (with fleck) is perfect!The collision center did a great job keeping me updated on a daily basis with photos of the progress. Chris and the entire team nailed it! Very pleased :)

They cater to insurance companies. They will not do custom work or touch a salvage vehicle. If youre paying cash and just want to get a car functional this is the wrong place. Also, dont waste a drive if youre trying to do something custom.

Bell Collision is amazing! I would recommend them to anyone. Our daughter is in college in Arizona at GCU and we live in Washington it’s hard enough handling an accident when your there but even harder when your not. Our daughter was coming home for Christmas break and we decided that day to see if we could get her car into Bell Collision. I spoke with Lydia and she not only got her car in they also went the extra mile and gave our daughter a ride to where she needed to get to instead of her having to take an Uber. Jesse handled all the details of her getting her car fixed, updated us along the way while she was out of town. She was not going to be back to school until the 4th of January so they held her car for us without charging us storage until she was able to pick it up. She picked it up and the work that was done was absolutely perfect. Everything that they said from the moment I called was exactly the way it played out for us, not one detail was different. Superb service without a doubt! I will be letting all the parents know on our college Facebook page how great they were at taking care of our daughter when we couldn’t, if any other parent has to deal with an accident. Thank you Lydia and Jesse for all you did for us!

So I got referred to come here from my insurance company as they are a preferred repair shop for my insurance company. The first meeting they were friendly and I figured I would be ok. I was asked if I would like phone call updates or text I stated phone. I only got text updates. Ok so I got my car back 09/03/2016. They did a great job. But there Communication sucks. My insurance company tried to get a update on 08/24/2016 and never got a returned call so they stopped payment. I never got a call from my insurance company, Bell Collision Center, of the rental car company. So on 09/03/2016 I bring my rental back pick up my car and away I go. Not so fast because on 09/09/2016 the rental car company took$303 dollars out of my account because my insurance company stopped payment on 08/24/2016 due to this companies very poor Communication. So here I sit on 09/11/2016 fighting to get my money back with no help from Bell Collision Center. I talked with Matt the manager and I truly see how Communication is a issue here as people follow by example and this guy takes the cake. He dies return calls or get back to up with any updates on issues. Very unhappy with this companies customer service.

**Take note and find a different location to get your car serviced**I was promised my vehicle in 1 week, I took it in on a Tuesday morning for Geico express. I called them the Friday, because I had not received any updates, and was pleased to hear that my car was already done and that I would get it Friday or Monday at the latest. I was very happy at that time, but it would not last for long. I never received a call Friday and just figure in it would be done Monday. When I called Monday morning, I was told that the car was being detailed, as we spoke, and was just waiting on its final inspection. If I didnt receive it that day, Monday, that it would FOR SURE BE DONE ON TUESDAY, which was the original day it was supposed to be done. No worries, Ill just call Tuesday to see what time its expected. When I was on the phone tuesday morning, the Geico rep told me that, once again, it was being detailed and Id have it by the end of the day. Well, here comes 5 pm and I still had not been contacted about picking up my car. So I, again, called and was then told it would for sure be done my mid morning Wednesday. Well noon comes along and still no contact from them. Yet again, I call, but this time Im fed up. The first person, STEPHEN, was terribly ride, dismissed anything and everything I had to say and had zero empathy or care in the way he spoke to me. I then asked for a manager. I told him the situation and how his employees have treated me and that the ball was dropped. He apologized and said that he agreed that the previous employee was definitely being rude. *I will be reporting that employee so he may be coached on how to treat a customer.*This experience has been terrible and I will never return my vehicle to this location. What a joke and a mess. Liars with zero integrity.
