The entire team are courteous polite and understanding and willing to help with any problem that you have.They are willing to answer any questions that you have, if they cannot answer your questions th they will try to find out the answer for you.I took my beloved car here for a bumper replacement. Cracked mine in a few different places and it was beyond repair. The repair only took a few days. They even removed a big scratch I had on one of my doors. Im very happy with the results, and will return if needed.

This shop took care of my much-needed front-end amignment after replacing the lower ball joint on my truck. there is a dedicated bay just for wheel alignments and the technician went through the readings before and after realignment. cost was $90 for my 4-wheel drive truck.

I had my GTO repaired here after a minor accident. Tullio was very knowledgeable, helpful and cool throughout the entire process, and that meant a lot considering that I dont like to leave my car anywhere for repairs I cant do myself. Wanted share my experience with Phoenix Body Works. The heater core in my truck went out and Tom Colby was reccomend to me. He was AWESOME!!!!!! I had quotes from other shops and not only was there more reasonable, but they went above and beyond with there work!!!! He was honest, upfront with any issues might occur, and was able to get it done right in a reasonable time frame. Not only is he a great mechanic, but just an over great person! Unfortunately my car was in an accident. One of my friends recommended Phoenix Body Works. I looked into a ton of different shops since my car barely is driven and means the world to me. I am so happy I got in touch with Tullio (Phoenix Body Works) he told me from the first day he would take care of everything. He is definitely a man of his word. I just got my car back and every inch of he damaged area is perfect. These guys are the best! They have earned my business for a lifetime!

They repaired my truck and I had to take it back two times once because the garage door opener wouldnt work. They did not connect it and once because the passenger seat belt wouldnt work. Just recently noticed that my front tires were wearing on the inside. They had done an alignment when they had the truck. I took it to another reputable alignment shop and they confirmed that the alignment was out over a 1/4 inch. Will never get work from me again

What a great experience I had here. I have some work to be done on my Toyota truck . It needed a front end from a minor crash o had. I was referred ro Phoenix body works from a friend. It was such an easy transaction. They call for a rental car for me and then when I went to pick my truck up I just had to leave it there and they took care of it. I was so thrilled to see my car when I picked it up. It looked better than it did when when I bought the car used several years ago. They went far beyond their reasonable service to repair it. Wow! Where do I begin with this shop.. but most of all, where do I begin with Tulio. When I say I wont go anywhere else, I mean that. I wont go anywhere else because of Tulio. I could live in another state and would drive to this shop because of the work they do and most of all, their customer service. My car got broken in to and when I called my insurance to make a claim, they gave me a list of shops I could go to... I told them, no thank you, I have a place that I trust. And that is PHOENIX BODY WORKS! Right when I walked in, Tulio knew I was freaked out, but he told me not to worry, its in good hands and he sure didnt let me down. He got in contact with my insurance, he dealt with enterprise to make sure I was good on my rental, he followed up with me every chance he could, just to keep me updated about my car. I called one day to ask about my car because I only had a certain amount of time left and when I called, he said yep, already spoke with them. Just blew my mind that he took the time to do that for me. I walked out of their office completely stress free. Tulio, if youre reading this, I want you to know that you make a difference in peoples lives and I cant even explain how much weight you lifted off my shoulders by all your hard work and being understanding. I had never been in any kind of an accident up until a couple weeks ago, so I was very apprehensive to find a body shop to fix the damage and work with the insurance for any additional funds. Went in for an alignment and he noticed I had different tires on my axle and switched them for me at no cost! Also gave me some advice on some work for my car. Good people here. Also was offered water and coffee for my wait.

This is the second time Ive brought a car to be fixed at phoenix body works. I have to say, one of the best run companies out there today (especially in the auto industry).Everything was straight forward and honest, the customer service was great, and both cars Ive had fixed by them look absolutely perfect.

There are places that say they will treat you like family, but these fellas really do! I felt completely taken care of, and was grateful they went out of their way to make sure my vehicle both looked and operated perfectly before departing. I would surely recommend this company to anyone in need of a trustworthy professional and caring body shop.This is by far the best place for a woman who knows nothing about cars to go for service. When I drove from San Diego to Phoenix to pick up a replacement hatchback for my vehicle, the OTHER body shop that I had arranged to install it, bungled the job before they ever got off the ground. The OTHER shop was terribly incompetent and I asked them to simply put the item back on the roof of my car so I could leave and find another place to install it.Having no idea where I could find a good auto body shop to install an SUV Tailgate in the afternoon hours of a Friday, I drove about a block before seeing Phoenix Bodyworks. I pulled in and was promptly greeted by a polite servicemen. I explain my situation. The staff member listened carefully, and knowing I could not possibly drive back to San Diego with a car part strapped to the roof, graciously arranged to squeeze me into the schedule and install the hatchback on my vehicle while I waited.Knowing I was on a limited funds and 300 miles from home, alone, they stepped up to the plate like I was a member of their own family. The men worked diligently on the install, waived an hours labor to help me within my budget, and even performed an extra repair at no charge.They performed the entire install while I waited in their office, and they even had a section with snacks, TV, WiFi and beverages for me to enjoy. Even though they had an office staff of at least three or four people, the owner himself came out from his office to check on me and make sure I was pleased with the process. While the size, scope, professionalism, and nice interior decor seemed to indicate they were a big-time outfit, the owner clearly hasnt lost touch with the roots of what makes a business successful.Like I said at the beginning...There are places that say they will treat you like their sister or daughter, but these fellas really do. I may not have had actual work done here but I was referred here by 2 other people for a paint job. The moment I walked in I was greeted with a warm and friendly greeting. Tullio saw my car and informed me that certain Hondas paint were recalled and referred me right away to Bell Collision Center. Sure enough my car was covered. They expertly took care of my 2015 Fiat - which was only 2 months old at the time. I had front end damage with 3 air bags having gone off, but with their level of detail in the body work, trim and paint as well as interior work, it looks and drives as good as new.Im so happy to have selected Phoenix Body Works over the impersonal chains. I received personalized service and good communication. They expertly assessed the damage and the work that would need to be done, they addressed my concerns and took care of the small details all while working seamlessly with my insurance company. The shop was clean, organized and professional. Im glad I didnt send my car to a fast food chain of collision shops.

These guys are great today was the second time Ive used them and my experience was even better the second go around. Just awesome.My teenage daughter got into a fender bender we didnt want to use our insurance for oblivious reasons. I told Matt that this was going to be out of pocket and he went out of his way to find used factory parts for us. These guys dont just treat you like a number they actually care and understand very rare.Just down the street the price was double because they dont care enough to put a little extra effort in helping the customer by calling around and looking for the most cost effective parts. They have you sit in another room while they mark up the prices.Phoenix Body Works is awesome and I highly recommend, we will be back!!

Alignment shop brags about 25 years experience and AAI student can diagnose an alignment problem faster & easier than them.I was told rack & pinion was bad and this cost me $480.00 and 2 evenings to replace . Car still had way to much slop in the steering . AAI student in less than 15 minutes said its your hubs, and he was spot on. Car now tight as factory. I was told there is no rack adjustment this also was incorrect, its found between the rack and the frame of the vehicle. Dont waste your time on incorrect diagnosis and look else where for alignments. I was told that I wasted 30 minutes of the techs time. I cant be wasting his time if Im willing to pay for it, in this case he was wasting both of our time and my money.

They were a day late performing repairs and they still didnt finish the job. They charged 200$ more than their estimate and I still have no grill or hood latch installed on my car. The reason they claimed to be late one day was because parts were late being delivered they said because of a plane crash on 20th Avenue and Deer Valley. I called the parts supplier and found out not only the parts had not been delivered late but they had been delivered 2 hours before the plane had even crashed. When I tried to get a courtesy shuttle 4 days after my car had been delivered at their shop to get my work uniform and equipment from my trunk they treated me like I was an inconvenience and they had to run errands for me was their exact words. They complained that they did not have enough employees to be running a shuttle service for their customers. I was given a discount service at a much higher estimate cost than I was originally quoted. I do not recommend this place to anyone and I will never be returning again Im actually driving my vehicle to another location to where I can have it serviced. As a result of their not finishing their work on time I was forced to catch a bus home on August 3rd from work in the pouring rain while wearing my kevlar body armor, pistol and duty belt. There was a specific reason I wanted my vehicle repaired before Thursday August 3rd. They failed me completely in every way. There is literally not a single aspect about their service I am satisfied with. I had to call these people on an almost daily basis to figure out what they needed or what was wrong to why they could not perform the tasks of their job. I had to call from my job to Parts suppliers to do a job they should have done for themselves. When you pay someone $1,200 you expect the work to be finished in a timely manner and professionally and you expect the full range of service available and offered from the company without any argument or hassle. I found this to not be the case at Phoenix Body Works. It was like dragging a mule to Water by its teeth with dental floss dealing with these people

If you want a place that goes above and beyond for you this is the place. I recently had to have some work done and couldnt believe the final product. They did way more than I expected and it was done when promised.

I recently wrecked my 2007 Nissan Murano and was referred to Phoenix Body Works by another body shop that was closing down their operation for some remodeling and equipment upgrades. Phoenix Body works went well beyond in the area of customer service. They dealt with my insurance company and made sure I was getting everything I needed. Between Greg and Scott I always felt like I was important to them as a customer and that my needs were first. We were even able to negotiate a deal for some repairs on another vehicle of mine. The quality of workmanship was beyond my expectations. The damage to my Murano was at the front end yet Phoenix Body works elected to remove several dings in other areas of my vehicle at no charge. If I ever need any type of body work again I guarantee they will be the first people I call!

I took my Tahoe to these guys for an alignment after Desert Rat had messed up my front end then tried twice to fix it. I was also told by Desert Rat that my car needed new torsion bars and that was going to another 500 bucks. When I took to Pauls Alignment at Phoenix Body Works he looked over fixed all the stuff wrong and put the right bolts in where the previous mechanic had the wrong ones in there and not my Tahoe sits level and there was no need for new torsion bars. they not charge extra labor for fixing the messup that the other place did and my tahoe drives great now.I am very satisfied with these guys and will take my cars there for any suspension or body work from now on.I would highly recomend these guys it is hard to find an honest mechanic and these guys did not try to rip me off at all.

My trunk cause it could not close they said they fixed it charged me I checked it it didnt work thay took it back and brought it out and told me I needed a new part never gave me my money back for charging me as if it was fixed, IDIOTS!
