Maaco did an amazing job. They worked quickly and were so helpful in helping me achieve my vision with the car. They were always friendly, and willing to collaborate. Communication was on point the entire time. Would recommend to anyone

Was promised 1 week took 2 weeks. I had to call them to see if it was ready. Roof rack missing a piece. Didnt clean it out of all the dust, that they said would be done. Found 3 straight edge razors around the inside of the car. 2 spots of bad paint.

I had deep scratches from a fallen tree branch and went in for an estimate to see what I was looking at and they immediately grabbed my car and buffed everything for free! My car looks brand new! I would not take my car anywhere else ever again! It was crystal clear they were all auto body experts.

The car looked terrible before dropping off, I told them to take their time and let me know when it is ready. The paint job came out fantastic and made the car look new again. Not a trustable people !! I asked them to paint as a great quality also I mentioned the right way of painting bumper is they need to 1-clean it and sand it 2- apply sealer base color 3- paint 2-3 coat 4- two layer of clear coat and he said yes we promise doing that but after 8 days I see paint it peeling off my bumper easy !! They just paint on top of plastic !!! Even when I told them dont scrow me !!! -they didnt return my money but I asked my bank to get back my money !!! Hate them while u explain not to do some things wrong but they look at your eays but still lying to you !! Even 1 star is too much for them

I had someone rear end me in a drive thru, I took it to Maaco after seeing there positive reviews...Pete did an excellent job in estimating and working with the third party insurance co....my car was completed in a timely manor and the communication was above and beyond....I highly recommend this shop...Maaco is not what it use to be in the old days... very professional!

I purchased the 799.99 full paint service plus body work, I was told by Luis that although its not the base/clear, the service itself would be well done. I will take care of you he said. Although the body work was done (and not well either) the paint job itself is horrible. I can still see my existing paint (which tells me I was lucky to get one coat. the inside of my car was filthy when I picked it up. I have several noticeable imperfections after the completion. I own a transportation fleet, I was prepared to send Luis 20 drivers plus their cars. for $1200 I expected much, much better, now I must take my car somewhere else to have it painted right and fix his mess. I am very disappointed in your service. Just because I didnt get the top tier paint job doesnt mean that the service I paid for had to be poorly done. I did not get anywhere near my monies worth. I will not recommend your shop to my friends. You need to satisfy me. I understand there would be minor dust particles in the paint, but my job was done very poorly. Everyone told me dont go to maaco, but I didnt listen and Luis knew I was very skeptical and concerned he told me there would be some minor dust but,I would be satisfied with the single stage service because it will be done well. It was not. Regardless of the paint option you can take pride in your work. If I drive a customer for $10 or $1000 I still provide great service. That $10 customer might be a customer for life and have $1000 friends. I shouldve gotten more than one coat; furthermore, when I left my car with him on Monday, I had 47 miles until empty, when I picked it up on Friday I had 3 miles until empty. Where was my car driven to??? He told me it didnt leave the shop; that cant possibly be true!! I am very disappointed with the service he provided. Be happy with my money, you wont see me again. I was told to bring my car back to have his mistakes fixed, Im concerned that will be done poorly as well. You couldve done a better job and gave me more than one coat. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

Mr. Peraza made me feel right at home. After being ripped off by so many body shops over the years, it’s great to finally find one I feel comfortable with. I highly recommended this place. Great service, Great price, and it was all done in a timely fashion.

Professional service..... until you have a problem. Took two weeks to get my car. Basically if you dont purchase the most expensive tier of service, they hide behind that if there is a problem. I took my car in which was a brilliant silver. Just needed the front and rear bumpers painted. Guy said he could paint the whole car for about the same price. He failed to mention it could come out a different color. I paid for mid grade tier and car came out a dull darker shade of silver. (Grayish silver) manager said thats what you get for not paying for higher tier that guarantees a factory finish. Masking job was horrible. Clean up and detail even worse. My car was filthy on the inside when it was supposedly ready to pick up. I can go on and on but not even worth it... beware!

The gents working there are nice. Good dudes. But Macco proper says the location is open on Saturdays from 9am to 1pm. Their Google My Business Maps says they are open on Saturdays. Their main website even says they are open on Saturdays. Well, I take an UBER down there today to get my car and they are all closed up. Seriously. I wasted $25 back and forth with UBER. They may be fairly good auto painters, but call before you trust their global ability to update their customer facing info. So annoying.

Took the front bumper (bought new online) in last Wednesday (7/17) during my lunch hour and got a call on Friday that it was ready to pick up. Went to pick up the following Saturday, arrived around 1:30 and as I pulled up the lady said they were closed. Told her I was there to pick up a bumper and was told they closed at 2 PM - also says that on their website. Manager took my money, loaded the bumper in my car and proceeded to give another late customer an estimate on his car. They did a great job, price was right ($200 + tax, $100 less than Dales Body & Paint quoted) and I would recommend MAACO at 2124 E Van Buren St to anyone looking for a paint job. Id also recommend they make sure their employees know their actual store hours and update their website. :)

Great staff, average painting of vehicles. They only tapped off and didnt remove and items so there was old paint showing at some of the fit and finished areas.

I went to get a quote a couple of weeks ago and I wasnt impressed with their staff. The guy I spoke to wasnt really interested in answering my questions. So I decided to leave. On my way out I looked at a white van they recently painted and the tires had paint over spray. Thats when I realized that I should take my business somewhere else.

I was in an accident and wanted to give this Maaco location a try. The reviews were not favorable, but that was because of a former GM who was not terribly honest. I actually dealt with him once before. Javonne is the new GM and was amazing throughout. In addition to the work that was covered by my insurance, I wanted my hood and trunk lid painted, amoung other things. I was quoted a fair price and wanted to the work down. A couple of days into the repair, Javonne called me and told me that the hood and trunk could be buffed out to look like new. A paint job was not necessary. What a class move by a class woman. I could go on and on....bottom line...Javonne and her staff were excellent. My co-workers and people on the street have made comments about how great my car looks now. I highly recommend Maaco on Van Buren because of Javonne and her staff. I will be back, for sure.

They gave me back the wrong car antenna they broke the latch on my trunk said hed over the part n fix it, its ben goin on 3months now still no word, I reset my trip odometer n I get it back a few weeks wen its ready n its at 50 miles driven n I was told it never left their lot so as far as professionalism they lack it
