I really hope that this email falls into the correct hands. My name is Alana T. Randolph, and I would like to take a moment to rave about the wonderful customer service that I received from a member of your staff. I contacted the Body Shop at the Shops at Liberty Place about 10 a.m. on Tuesday, May 10, 2016. The most cheerful sales associate answered my call. I believe she said that her name was Wylie (and I do hope that I am spelling it correctly). I was calling to find out whether or not a product that I have come to love was either discontinued or just not in stock. Wylie expressed that the product was not currently in stock, but that she would be taking a trip to another location and would check to see if there was any in stock at that particular office. Wylie took down my number and gleefully expressed that she would be calling me back whether the product was in stock or whether it was not.Around 7 p.m. last night, my telephone rang and I heard the same cheerful voice that I heard about 10 a.m. that morning. It was Wylie, calling me back, just as she said that she would. Although the product, Coconut Shimmer Body Butter (my favorite), was no longer available, I have to say that I was more delighted to know that great customer service was still a thing. Wylie receives my highest of kudos, for she her phone call has demonstrated the best customer service that I have had in over a year. I appreciate this employee and I hope that you do as well. I had a good visit there during a trip to Philly a week back. The interior of the store is well-done displaying their marquee products for each facial type and the prices were quite fair. Also, I was quite appreciative of the one employee there who was quick to inform us upon entering that there was a, buy two get one free deal at the moment as well.

I would like to share my experience with the body shop, especially at this location. I began using the body shop products when I came across the idea of finding products thatll balance the pH for my skin. I started out with the seaweed collection and because I had some dullness, I also used the vitamin c moisturizer. I wasnt very satisfied with what I was using...So I visited liberty place body shop, and met Karen. She tested the hydration levels on my face, and noticed that my face was very dehydrated. She asked me if I was happy with the products I had right now and that was the best question ever because my answer was obviously no.Finally, she recommended products thatll help me hydrate my face, she taught me how to use the products I purchased and the products that Ive already purchased (yes, the ones at home), and I cant express how happy I am!! Im excited everyday to use my products knowing the results have been great. My face feel more hydrated, looks brighter, and Ive had way less breakouts!Big thank you to Karen!!

The store is small, clean, items are displayed nicely and the sales people are always pleasant and helpful. The body shop products are great for gifts and the scents and textures are really nice.

GREAT SELECTION OF SKIN CARE, PERFECT FOR ME!

Amazing oil for face whether u have acne at 15 or 50, it heals and smoothes. Both my sons use it 21, 22 and my self 51. It last forever with the wash, because u only need a little bit. I use wash everyotherday.
