Always loved Bath & Body Works from their inception. The smells, products are peaceful, calming, sensual. Even before the added the aromatherapy line, the scents of this store did that for me.

I stopped by today after work, having first stopped by Bloomingdale’s for some jeans. I’m always looking online at their promotions and wanted to make purchases but hadn’t been in the store in person to actually know what the products smelled like. Took a look around the store and began to shop for scents but the security guard made me uncomfortable and he thought he was being slick but he clearly thought I was trying to shoplift because I turn around after spraying some scent card and he’s literally standing right behind me. Like there’s a pandemic please get away. Totally turned me off from staying in there any longer. The greeter was nice though.

Nice selection of products. Staff make an effort to be helpful (which is more than can be said at some other places!). Store is clean and organized.

The employees were very helpful and polite. I was looking to purchase a few of my favorite aromatherapy products, and a number of employees helped me to find what I wanted and also introduced me to new aromatherapy products as well.

Great deals especially during the semi annual sale I bought so many goodies from candles wallflowers and body products!

Its actually one of the safer stores Ive been to post Covid-19. They have greeters with hand sanitizer who make a point to catch every customer as they enter and require that they use it. Additionally instead of the usual cloth bags for shopping they have you use the same shopping bags you leave with after purchase. Its not great for stopping those with sticky fingers but a plus for public health. I was impressed. Unfortunately the store still doesnt have contactless pay options like Google or Apple Pay so you still have to use a keypad (for debit) but the precautions theyve taken are impressive compared to other stores. The store is usually busy but its not hard to find someone to help you if they can and its generally a smooth shopping experience but there often overly long lines and too few people on the registers. Its overall a good store.

I come here almost every time I’m in Center City and I’ve never had an issue. Employees are very friendly and helpful, but never pushy. I can always find scents I like and everything is always clean and well-stocked. I went on Sunday (the last day of Candle Days) and while the line was long, it was managed well and employees kept everyone updated on the wait time/any scents that sold out. I highly recommend this location!

I went there to buy some nice, scented hand sanitizer, because I was sick of the strong alcohol smell of the sanitizer I have. The store was bright and open and inviting. The girls who work there were friendly and helpful. She helped me find the right scent and I walked out the store satisfied, with what I came there to shop for in the first place: a bottle of nice smelling hand sanitizer. And that I cought a sale on it made it even better. I will be going back to Bath & Body Works for more products.

This location has the BEST. Asia welcomes everyone like family and remembers who you are. I love that about her. I always look for her when I visit. Her staff is very helpful and friendly. The Best location in the Philadelphia area.

Very friendly staff and they were having a 75% off sale the day I went, so I stocked up on a lot! There is a staff member at the entrance to offer sanitizer. You grab your own shopping bag and go around the store filling that up. They also were limiting the amount of people in, so although it’s a small space, I felt comfortable shopping around.

That are very Covid-19 friendly and abide within the guidelines and I appreciate that... keep up the good work!

The guts that work there was very helpful i havent been in a bath and body works in a long time they help be fine some new fragrance and Im happy what I brought and my friend Sarina also works at this location which is convenient cause I work around the corner its easy to go to.

I love to shop at bath and body works but I am disappointed they change the scent and bottle from the original shea body cream. Now it smells like strong chemicals and the color changed from yellow to white I had to return my full order. So disappointed.

This is my favorite location! I endure the frustrations of parking and Center City just to shop here. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They dont over crowd you and ask you a million times if you need help. They also inform you of promotional deals and email coupons. Most BBW stores have great staff but this location is exceptional.

I love going to Bath and Body Works this time of year because I get to spend my birthday money. Recently, I did the buy 3 get 2 free. I bought the fall scents. The Vanilla Mocha smells incredible. The staff is very helpful and friendly.

I love it here bath & body works is so amazing, the one here on chestnut Nd the one in willow grove mall are my favorites.. but dis one here has a new employee I guess or maybe she isn’t new but I just went like last week or so and as I was asking for help she was kinda nonchalant, she wasn’t really welcoming until another employee kinda breezed by her attitude changed she’s probably young cause she was pretttty short and she wore glasses she looked bout 16 so I gave her a pass she has some training to do
