Saleem is really nice and fair. I have been to this store a few times for phone repairs. Salem and his staff are always nice, friendly and helpful. Prices are good, fair. The store does get busy and waiting for your phone may take some time. I would recommend their services.

For the last 4 years I have been getting previously-owned phones and inexpensive phone plans here. I can trade in my old one and get a newer one so I have something decent thats not taking a big bite every month.They have new phones of course and a wall full of accessories (so I got a charger for home and one for the office for $8).They have an electronics repair guy right there if you have anything broken.They also have previously owned lap-tops - a huge selection, cameras, and btw many of the latest movie DVDs -- get 3 movies for $10.So its my electronics go-to place!

Had to get a cheap replacement phone. This place gave me a great deal even though it took a little while to charge the phone and activate it. The guy working frantically but somehow serenely behind the counter came across as a genuinely good person, a rare impression vastly more desirable than simply being friendly IMO.If you can handle the 52nd and market st mise-en-scene, highly recommended!
