There anime shirts are nice that and I overall just buy at lot of my gaming stuff from them.

Not much in stock and the associate seemed bothered we came in 15 minutes prior to closing. We were in and out in five minutes but did not care for their whispering about us coming in at the last minute.

Game stop is a place where you can exchange your games that you may no longer want as long as it is in good condition and they will pay you for your games or cell phones.. This one is located at Roosevelt and Tower Center. So Im giving it a 5 star rating.

I love GameStop very much so I dont think I could ever get myself to give GameStop a bad review unless I honestly had a bad experience Ive been to a lot of them throughout Philadelphia area and this ones pretty decent wide selection of video games and accessories they always have consoles available from PlayStation to Xbox to the greatest Nintendo switch and their prices are pretty decent the only thing I hate about GameStop is that if you buy a brand new game and try to sell it a couple weeks later theyll offer you $1 for a cash and maybe $3 store credit even though you paid an arm and two legs for the game

I traded in 63 videos games for a grand total of half a big mac and a sip of hug juice. Still better than 7 dollars in store credit. I will chalk it up as a W.

A guy name FRANK was very helpful. Answered questions about COD modern warfare. I was waiting 2 hours for Xbox 1 company to call me. Never happened. Smh. Thanks Frank

I purchased a limited edition Gears of War Xbox for Christmas online. Went into the store and was given the wrong Xbox (I should have double checked), they sold my Xbox that I purchased. I have been trying since January to get into contact with the store manager after I filed a complaint and heard nothing. I send an email every month, no reply, just the same generic email of “We are hear to help...” but offer no real help.

This store has changed a lot. Im glad the customer service got better because last time I actually came here I wouldve rated it 2 stars or less. Now it has decent selection and better customer service.

Customer service from Earl was not helpful. A smile would not hurt. He needs to needs to learn a vital lesson in manners

NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I will never use this store again... I fully pre-paid the Anthem game at this store it was supposed to be available Thursday February 21st from 9:00 pm to 9:30 pm. I showed up at 9:25 pm and they refused to serve me. Employees had the security gate half open! There were 2 guys working inside that didnt even have the decency to move to the front door and talk to me...

One guy tells me I can trade my old ps4 in and with 25$ extra I can get a ps4 pro. So then I come in the next day and then another guy tells me no Im wrong and I wasted my time and trys to charge me 177$. So I unhooked all my stuff and dragged it across town for absolutely nothing. Thanks for completely wasting my time and embarrassing me Gamestop!

The cashier was lazy, he didnt want to test the controllers when I ask him. Then try to give me two different motion controllers with different charging ports on them.

Great place to buy used games for low prices. They also sell merchandise such as t-shirts, Pops bobble heads and more.

I went to gamestop and asked a worker if there is an additonal off clearance. The worker replied with ignorant sass saying Its already on CLEARANCE, why would you need additional off? Gamestop doesnt do that to which I replied Gamestop has done up to an additional 50% off clearance before. And then she tried to give me more sass This gamestop? And I answered her ALL gamestops (and yes, I have bought things from THIS gamestop that gave an additional 50% off clearance). Then she finally said she will ask her coworker about it and he answered my question There is an additional 30% off clearance items.Then later I overheard her telling a potential customer to come in the store to check instead of checking in the gamestop database if something is in stock.

Nice people work here, very friendly and helpful staff. The prices are always low (when Im looking for a used game) .. My only complaint just so happens to be one that a business should never have and I actually never say this about the other Gamestops I frequent... This play just never has the games in stock that Im looking for. I only shop here when Im at the Walmart next door, however the last 3 times Ive visited the game I wanted to purchase just wasnt there... Some serious inventory issues lately.. Other than that, the place is cool.

I bought a Pokemon game for my son that was supposed to be new but they gave me a case they had to make because the original case wad broken. Its hard for me to know whether I paid full price for a used game or actually got a new one. They need to manage their inventory a little better. Maybe keep the actual games and cases in the back and create dummy cases to put on the shelves. When people receive new games, they should be received in cellophane wrapped packages so people know theyre getting what they paid for.

Store doesnt accurately keep prices up to date and then Alex (store lead) tried to lie to me about it. Store was great when Pat ran it.

Very rude staff. No one was wearing a name tag I could see, so I dont have the name of the manger(the guy with tattoos on his arms). But, he refused to explain why my refund was a different amount when returning a item as cash or credit. I keep asking as I needed credit card, but that was the lower price. After just asking him to explain it he cancelled wrote down the corporate number, put that on the item push it towards me and shouted next. I said Im not done with my return and he just keep saying you can leave. Or go to a another store.Would highly suggest you go to another store. Its people like him that give GameStop such a bad rap.

The employees are a scammer. I was a gamestop member which allows me to buy games a little less then what they cost, but supposedly it expired so I renewed my membership after being told by the cashier it was only $11.The cost of the 2 games I bought where only $17 each plus I was told I would receive a coupon the next for a buy two games get one free and $50 worth of coupons. After paying, my total went up extreamly and the buy 2 get one free was only for use games. In addition I was not given a membership card, nor told I had to go online to activate it, I still havent reacive my coupon in my email yet and these people where even conveniencing to spend more for the protection of two cheap games. When I brought this to the casher attending his coworker Intervene into the conversation, basically calling a lier in front of other customer and stated he told me so when she wasnt even arround to hear.

No thing special, the one on front & Olney has more selections.
