This is not an AT&T store. It is a store that dresses like AT&T but aren’t actually. It is important to know that if you want to do something related to AT&T. I recommend not wasting your time and going straight to an actual AT&T location. The staff is really nice, but that is sort of beside the point if you are looking for help with anything having to do with AT&T.
New phone day! Alayah took the time to understand how I use my phone and devices to recommend the apps, features, and functions that would be most useful. The store associates were friendly and handled my phone switchover with professionalism and transparency. Alayah made sure I received all discounts for which I was eligible.
Shay was extremely helpful and personable. She solved my issues and was very knowledgeable.
I got great customer service from Shay, she took her time and answered all of my questions. Store is clean with a great atmosphere.
I went in to change my account from postpaid to prepaid and after calling multiple times and getting no useful response except that I needed to go into a store during these covid times. Daniel just took 5 minutes to change my account to prepaid. Im not really sure why it couldnt be done over the phone. But, anyway, he was amazing and the service definitely exceeded my expectations. I expected to be there for an hour. Exceptional service. Keep up the good work 🙂
Excellent service! Knowledgable and friendly. We thought something would be implicated, but the staff there made everything go smoothly and efficiently. Thank you so much.
I switched service to AT&T in Aug 2018 and it began horribly. The sales rep put 2 SIM cards in my name and I was getting charged for both although I only had 1 active line and 1 phone. Finally I went there yesterday 09/17/2020 and this time the manager approached me and he was Outstanding!!! He smart switched my new Galaxynote20 and sold me a phone protector w/belt clip. He didnt rush me and I felt 100% comfortable. Thank you. 3741 Walnut St. Phila., Pa
Kierra was SO kind, patient, knowledgeable, and helpful. They didnt have the phone I wanted in stock, so she encouraged me to order it online--even though it must have meant losing her commission. Give her a raise!!
My my experience was wonderful the staff was excellent this store went above and beyond to satisfy my expectations and give me great service.
Poor customer service. Unfriendly staff. I wish I had checked the reviews before walking in. They need to do better. I normally don’t comment on stuff like this, but it was terrible. If there was a zero-star rating, I’ll definitely give them that.
Kierra (37th & Walnut, Philadelphia PA store) was helpful, friendly, thorough and incredibly thoughtful in detailing options specific to what I needed in a new phone. She turned a frustrating situation with a less than functional phone into a positive experience and my gratitude to her!
Went in to try and upgrade my phone. Was told theyd be right with me. It was the middle of the afternoon and the store was not busy. I waited for a half an hour while 4 other customers came and went and 4 employees milled around without helping me. Ive been to this location multiple times and was always asked to wait an unreasonable amount of time for what should have been a simple upgrade. Find somewhere else to go.
Horrible customer service. Go to T-mobile which is like one block away from this place they’re far better
Easy to see right off of Walnut Street servicing Philadelphia and the adjoining areas of Pennsylvania. Parking on the Street is available but it fills up fast especially at night and on the weekends. Clean facilities. Reasonably priced. Credit cards accepted. We will most likely be going back.Thank you to the owner for responding. We look forward to patronizing your establishment again soon.ESJ
AT and T were charging 350.00 phone Bills for years. I personally paid it for 13 years. Now I pay 94.00 bucks for basically the same thing. 13 years x 12 = 156 x 256.00 = $4096.00. This was common with the other providers that had monopolized the cell phone explosion . I know resources change and the advancement in technology. In my opinion it went on way to long. The eventually could not stop the Crickets and the Boosts. From keeping them from gouging we the public. Pushing the 800.00 phones on us like we were no one without the newest phones. Then they made it so easy to get these phones. Before you knew it your phone bill was a mortgage payment. There has to be millions who feel the same way. Its about the consumers not the product or the manufacturer and the provider. Without us you have nothing.
My experience was fast and good . The young lady has good Customer Service and everyone was friendly
The safety measures in place made the associate difficult to hear over the other patron speaking loudly on his phone but he was professional and helpful throughout. Patient with an old man who doesnt hear like he used to.
Very nice staff. walked in to add a line and they were very friendly and helpful. They had just gotten robbed, and they staff had to keep switching who was helping me to give statements to the police. They did a great job taking care of us right after what must have been an upsetting event for the staff.
I came here earlier this week to purchase a new iphone for myself and to sign up with AT&T for the first time!!! Huge change for me, I had an android with t-mobile and decided to switch! Anyway I wasn’t really sure what i was doing or even how to use an iphone but the associate, Tayib, really helped me a lot!!! He was kind, helpful, and very patient with me and all my questions that i had, which made me feel good. So shout out to Tayib, thank you so much for helping me make the big switch!!! I am grateful, you deserve a promotion!
Kiera was very friendly polite and knowledgeable!
Jazmine durrette the store rep at AT&T wireless on walnut st in Philadelphia pa near penn university was amazing
Dont bother going here. Absolutely terrible store reps. Clearly have no clue what theyre doing. Called AT&T and was told that they should be able to help me but the people in the store cannot. Tried calling in for 30 minutes and NO ONE answer the phone. They need to clean house and hire all new staff
Great experience here. needed to upgrade from my broken phone. The manager John helped me pick out a new phone and helped me get all discounts available. Quick and easy. Thanks!
Spoke with an associate named Nancy, I had an issue with the sim card on my mobile device going on 3 days now, she was very rude and no help. I was very patient and polite although the issue was 100% their fault . I expect better customer for a paying customer. Terrible!
The customer service at this location is stellar. I have been in there a number of times over the last 2 years and everyone Ive worked with has been beyond wonderful. Special shout out to Corenia and Diamond for helping me with hard to manage issues. THANK YOU !! Yall ROCK
I purchased a phone 8 days ago and the speaker has a malfunction. I went to swap my phone out today and the assistant manager Brittney was rude and would not allow me to swap my phone. When I purchased the phone they were so nice and bubbly to get me in a new contract but nasty and cold when it didnt work.
I am a new customer coming from Verizon Wireless with 2 lines and added a new line. My experience so far with AT&T has been horrible. I am ready to partly more and go back to a Verizon Wireless because they have much better customer service. I was told to by customer service supervisor Robert to go to a corporate store at 117 S. 69th St in Upper Darby to purchase a SIM card to complete my number being ported in. Robert told me he was notating everything on my account. He was very unprofessional and rude. I couldnt believe it. So I go to the store and they were blasting rap music and the workers were sitting down and I never heard them greet me. Finally a young man approached me to say can I help you. I told him what I needed and asked him to call customer service because he said he couldnt help me. He calls customer service and they tell him I need a sims card to port my number back. He gives me the sims card and walks away. The rep is on the phone asking me to put the sims card in and I dont know how but the young man already put it in for me. I asked him to turn the music down because it was hard to hear. Thats why I didnt hear the workers sitting down greet me when I came in. So Im asking 2 other people I thought were managers to help me because now Im standing talking to the rep on the phone and she is asking telling the worker to do something but he walked away. The two people standing near me I found out were guards. But the reason I mistakes the guards for workers is because every time Ive ever been to a Verizon wireless or AT&T Corporate stores they stand up and make sure they greet their customers and follow them to make sure they are being of service. I ask the guards at this point who the manager is and this young guy sitting down that overhead my whole conversation finally speaks up and says I am. Then he gets very rude and unprofessional with me. He was yelling and said he told you we cant help you. Unbelievable. Never got up to help the worker helping me or to see if he as the manager (Antonio Perez III)could help. I told him he didnt know what he was talking about and how dare he raise his voice and talk to me in that manner. The customer service person on the line from AT&T let her supervisor listen because they couldnt believe how he was talking to me. Then I find out they are AT&T Retailer. Antonio was so cocky and said you need my store number you need my I.D. I left there because I refuse to deal with such outrageous, unprofessional, and rude behavior. The customer service rep was still on the line apologizing for my experience with them and the rude supervisor at customer service Roberts behavior. Her supervisor and her was so kind and called a corporate store and told them about my horrible experience thus far and asked them to help us. So I go to the AT&T corporate store at 3741 Walnut St which wasnt any better. Desmond and his supervisor stated they couldnt reinstate the line and called customer service and they had to do it. Then I asked call ups I put a $20 case on my bill and they said I had to spend $150 dollars after I just transferred 2 lines and added another one and purchased 4 new iPhone XRs and accessories. I have spent to much money with them to be treated as such. I see why Verizon Wireless service is more because they have much better customer service. You get what you pay for. Im seriously considering in a few months going back to Verizon Wireless. They lie and play to many games. If they cant make money off the customer they dont want to service you. Its all sales to them and forget servicing the customer.
Went in to pull my number from a family plan. The guy who I worked with was nice but he was completely incompetent and had no idea what to do at all. Ended up wasting about 1.5 hr and got nothing done. Dont go there if you dont want to have a huge amount of your time wasted.
They are always busy, I can understand that. But the sales manager Andrew treat me like You know nothing, arrogant. Just give me more patience when we really need suggestion. Personally speaking, I dont like his attitude.
The people working here are scammers. I went to upgrade my phone and the salesman I talked to (Kenyatta) signed me up for a multi-pack insurance plan without telling me for $35/mo. There was absolutely no discussion about it. They are constantly trying to upsell you. Be extremely vigilant if you have to go here, and avoid it if possible.
This store is cheating customs. The representative introduced non-existing discount and deal on behalf of the manager to sell stuff, and when confronted with the unreasonable large bill I get later on, they just said the store had no manager at all and the representative had resigned. Wont buy this and wont buy anything from here ever.
The staff there is very patient I helping me solve my phone problem. Theyre very professional and really worked very hard to help me. Thank you!
Boguth a phone from AT&T and within 4 days it had stopped working. Went to return it at this store and they wouldnt take it because of physical damage even the phone hadnt been physically damaged. Then they hurried me through the process of replacing the phone, leaving me with the worst phone ever and no warranty. Im writing to the Better Business Bureau.
Id give them a zero star if there is as an option. The staff was not helpful at all. Worst experience ever.
Great customer service
Expert help with no wait time. Pleasant employees eager to help.
Worst customer service ever! Loud music playing inside the store. The staff is not willing to help at all. I went there to change my plan and they could not do it. They said I must call 611 and follow the instructions, basically figure out your own way! HIRE NEW STAFF AT&T OR YOU WILL LOSE YOUR CUSTOMERS!
If I could give less than 1 star I would. I was given a fake name by Khalia. (she told me her name was Nancy). When I asked for a business card for the store manager, she gave me an outdated card for Antonio Perez III with a non-working cell phone number on it. I had to call AT&T corporate and lodge a formal complaint with an SEP ticket in order to get a working phone number, which I eventually did. My colleague called later in an attempt to find out who the District Manager is and the man on the phone told her this store doesnt have a DM. He then refused to give her the Manager On Duty name and stated all the employees of the store have keys and anyone can open the store to let them all in.The service was non-existent, the care of PAYING customers was non-existent and the knowledge of the staff was non-existent.I will go out of my way to go to the Rittenhouse Sq. store. If you dont have several hours to kill and you want a resolution to any problem that you have from a company that you PAY for a service, I would avoid this store. #terrible #donotgo
It was very horrible the worker nancy put me on the wrong plan told me when I signed up for direct tv I would get a 300 dollar credit in visa gift card when I asked her about it she told me they ran out!!! I went it yesterday there was no manager and they had a fake acting as a manager who couldnt do anything for me!!! This place sucks and gave me a horrible experience as a first timer!!!
My friend was charged 2 month of directTV but she did not subscribe it. It took her 2 hours talking on the phone to get refund. Unbelievable service quality and very poor efficiency!
Ive never been helped in this store. Its just way too understaffed. Ive stood around twice and waited and tried to get someone to help me, and both times Ive had to give up. Theres no system and a serious staff shortage. Try somewhere else if I were you.
Saw my issue thru til the end. No complaints!
It was very easy for buy my plan. Great service!!!
This store is amazing great staff
THEY SUCK. They dont do anything AT&T says the store is SUPPOSED to do. DO NOT GO THERE, try youre luck online or via the phone. DO NOT allow those sales people to reap commission from a would be DISSATISFIED customor.@ANNAMARIE, exactly what im talking about, at any other store i guarantee you you would have been able to get everything you need at the store. However the sales reps refuse to do any real work in store and automatically forward you to online. Meanwhile the company will tell you you should be able to handle it in store.a frickin joke
Spent an hour here, as they tried to mount my a prepaid plan. Didnt work. Then they started to try to refund it. The employees tried, to be fair, and gave my 4 year old a bottle of water, but the company procedures are nuts. I gave up and left.
They have several phones to play with, but this store takes forever to service customers. Dont be surprised to spend 30 minutes waiting for someone to talk to you, even if you want new service. 10% discount for UPenn students.
After reading the reviews for the store I was really not anxious to go there when I dropped my phone in my coffee. I tokk a chance during the week. The person who greeted me at the door seemed to be helpful when Ientered. however, when I told him I wanted to rebuy my old phone, he said you can only get those online now and pretty much dropped interest in me. Ended up that I bought a new Q10 online. When I went back to the store begrudingly, I was helped by Andrew/ and Tony who ended up reviewing my whole plan with me and saving me $40 /month. They also transferred my contacts with eas and ware awesome. Better than expected service after the bad experience earlier in the week.
Customer service is terrible! The customer service reps dont offer any help with anything and just tell you they cant do things instead of telling you what they can do.
Price is high and not worth. The seller told us(5 people) that each of us has 5G data but it turns out that we are sharing 10G data in total.
1851 s Christopher Columbus Blvd Philadelphia pa 19148 the customers service very poor the workers that location they didnt know what they doing Iam not going that location again they rude arrogant bad altitude
Lazy useless workers who don’t want to work or help. Keep you there for hours and at the end of the day, nothing is done.
Absolutely horrible. They have no idea what theyre doing.
They sold me a phone I cant use
Nice friendly and helpful
I went to the store to get a phone case I wasnt greeted when i walked in. I was looking for a case for 10 mins & one came to assist or help me with finding a phone case so I walked out...
Great service, wonderful personally
Amazing service.
Great fast experience
Friendly service.
They slow and they lie.
Nice 10/10
AT&T should just close this location
Great!
Stuff is super rood and unprofessional!!!!
Great service
Go to another store.
Good
Verizon store
AT&T very friendly
Everyone in China at Penn, please be sure not to choose this store! The Plans Plan is a price when you talk to them. Its a lot higher when you actually pay. Dont trust them. Recommend Verizon next door, you can also book a plan called Mint. Dont pay a penny to the ATT.
He came to visit the United States in December. I needed a local SIM card. My knowledge of English is poor. Nevertheless, the employees of this salon were sympathetic to this and tried to understand what I want from them. As a result, everyone was happy: both I and the employees.
Just an apple
