Owner and staff very helpfullllllllllllllll.

This is by far the worst metro store that Ive been too, l was there a couple of times and each time l go there with a minor problem, the two girls who they just hire to keep the store open dont know how to do anything but pay a bill or sell you a phone, other than that they know nothing about metro cellphones and im talking things that my 15yr old daughter fixed because them to girls have no idea but get a paycheck

The big guy here is great and works fast! Very helpful and knowledgeable about the phones. He was able to answer all of my questions to make a good decision on my needs in a phone. The only down side is that they dont carry a large variety of phones.

Says 9 am but its 10:23 still not open

It saids on the glass that they open at 9am but they dont they open at 10am

I feel bad for these guys the type of people they deal with, alot of bs..... but at the end of the day the guy bell knows whats best. His more knowledgeable then the corporate stores in the area he explained everything in detail i left with a good phone with a cheap price, i will be back soon!

Robbery...theyll sell you a broken phone and then refuse to refund or replace the next day because upgrades arent eligible. Dont buy from this store, rip off artists..

The service sucks, buy a new phone when I left the store had no service. The clerk did not want to do anything and made me wait for an hour.
