I walked into TCC 15 minutes early for the appointment and Shawn B immediately asked me how he could help. Within minutes, we had identified the right new phone for me at a good price. Shawn handled the transfer of information from my old phone to my new phone in minutes. He also found me a case that I liked. The entire transaction took only about 20 minutes. I was really impressed with Shawn Bs helpfulness and competence. I had some trepidation about visiting a phone store and giving up my old Apple SE. I am glad to say that I had an excellent experience at TCC. Thank you Shawn B.
We went here as the first store we started at had no phones in stock, and they were fairly busy, but the staff here handled it well. They said it can get very busy at this location. Staff was very helpful and friendly, store was well stocked and cleaned. Parking is convenient and under cover, definitely recommend this location.

My husband and I have been coming to this location for years. It has never been better since the new ownership. We came about a month ago to upgrade our Samsung phones. Zach was EXTREMELY helpful, knowledgeable, and efficient! He made sure we understood what we were paying upfront and the differences in our monthly bill. I did not feel manipulated into purchasing any addition items. Zach was professional and personable. I am glad this location is close to us!
Daniel Perez was great! As soon as we arrived we were greeted by an attendant. The new set up in this store allows multiple customers to be seen independently with a person feel. Our attendant, Mr. Daniel Perez, was very professional. His knowledge of the cell phones and the transfer process is very impressive. In the past this store was not as good, however, now the store and customer service is awesome. 4/5/2021.

Came in with a hardware issue that stumped two online representatives for an hour and a half. Dylan recognized the problem right away and told me exactly what went wrong and what my best recourse was. He was clearly experienced and knowledgeable, and efficiently answered all the questions I had. Really pleased with the help I got and will definitely come right back if problems arise in future.

The staff at this Verizon store really know their stuff. They are phone experts, and can answer all my questions in a respectful and understandable manner. The wait time for assistance is not bad at all either. The inside of this store is also incredibly nice and clean. My only criticism is that the prices on a lot of the new cell phones seems to be quite expensive as compared to years past.
I bought a new phone on 10/9 at the Verizon store on City Line Avenue. Ashli & Lamer came from out of stare to help out in this location. They were both were exceptional! They were knowledgeable, efficient, patient with me investing a lot of time with me. They were also very funny which made it an even more positive experiences. Verizon is lucky to have them both as employees!
I had been on the phone all day with Verizon with absolutely no help. Finally I called this location so I could speak with a human.I spoke with Shawn and he was helpful over the phone but needed me to come in to test the phone. The entire Verizon team that was there was trying to troubleshoot. Everyone was extremely helpful and completely fixed the problem for a total of $10. I will definitely be coming back to this location any time I have an issue.
I had been having issues with my refurbished iPhone X since the beginning of the pandemic and the phone finally malfunctioned to the point of no return. Upon walking into this store, I was immediately greeted by Shawn. I had no intention of upgrading my phone, yet both his demeanor and explanations only made sense to do so with my current plan. What I loved the most is that he NEVER pressured me into any ridiculous sales- he actually gave great pointers of how to beat use my credit. He intently listened to what my desires were and ensured the solution reflected as such. This was by far one of best experiences in this location (it wasn’t terrible before, but just not up to the typical Verizon standards), but it is clear that this new management, including Shawn, was top notch! Ask for him...you won’t be disappointed!

I’ve been here about a year ago, but since then, I believe they’ve undergone new management. About 3 weeks ago I needed a new phone because my iPhone screen was malfunctioning. Lenny, help me so much! He made sure I did t have to pay for a replacement by finding out I was already covered under my warranty. He was patient and I got my new phone the next day in the mail. I’ll be back soon to get an upgrade to the iPhone 12 as Lenny suggested. He helped me find a deal with that as well. Very pleased! Thanks for your business.
I went to the Verizon Store on City Line Ave in Bala Cynwd on November 16, 2020 to upgrade my phone and watch. The manager Mr. Zach Busch assisted me and he was absolutely wonderful and kind. He is still working on a support issue with the Apple Watch that is still not activated due to a back office issue. His customer service is excellent and he takes it very seriously. He even helped me on his day off. I was truly impressed. I will be dealing with Mr. Busch from now on. Thank you again Mr. Busch.

Best Verizon experience EVER! The customer service was greater than our expectations. My mother needed a little more support to help her with the 2 new phone purchase and phone set up. Dillon was extremely patient and professional. Our service needs were lengthy because we had 2 phones that needed to ne updated. Dillons teammates jumped in to help expedite the transactions.
I live downtown Philly but I only go to the City Avenue store as the service and the people are always outstanding. Also there is close adjacent parking.Deron was my service rep who hooked up my new LG phone and spent almost 2.5 with me making sure everything was perfect and transferred everything over from my old phone. He also came out to my car when I pulled it around and hooked up my Bluetooth.

Shawn helped me with upgrading my Iphone yesterday and was extremely helpful and respectful, thus not the reason for this poor review. My concern was with another staff member at the store who made me very uncomfortable. Throughout my visit he was coughing non-stop, removing his mask to cough and not covering his mouth, and getting really close to other employees and customers while coughing. Complete disregard for others health and safety in a pandemic is just unacceptable.

Paying my cable never seem so odd I had perfectly good check to pay my bill....the Verizon employee typed in the info from the check...and it wouldnt go through (very odd more than enough money in the account btw)... The Verizon employee says the check is not being declined 🤔...So what is it buddy...Man I tell you... I swear some of these places dont want to stay in business... Xfinity here I come..

I went in to pickup my order, signed in and waited for only a few minutes. My order was totally correct, and the technician, Terry, she saw to all of my questions, finished my switch to a new iPhone and installed a protective glass as perfectly as could be. I told her manager about my pleasant experience, and he did not appeared surprised. Directions to store were tricky, (go into the Target entrance on monument road), however the parking was 30 feet away in a tidy parking garage that was not packed. You’ll get amazing service here!
Horrible service. These people flat out DO NOT CARE about customers. Youre better off doing whatever you need on the web. Even a chat bot will treat you better.

The service is very good, they attempt to get you at the door. It can get very busy. The staff tries to complete the needs of one customer before moving on to others. However, I have seen customers come back that have worked previously worked with a staff member and been served while the member had another customer during download times.I give a five for effort to completely resolve customer issues.

The employees here are the best. They go out of their way to make sure you get any promotions available to you, even ones you dont know about! They are friendly, funny and very helpful.
Fast and efficient
So I waited around 30 minutes on a Friday night to discuss and upgrade since my phone had started to become essentially unusable after a little over a year. No big deal, I understand its a busy time. After discussing my options (and having the associate examine my phone to make sure it was acceptable for a trade-in) I was told to come in the next day after making some adjustments to my account in order to purchase a new phone and switch to the edge plan. Cool deal, right? Wrong. I come in the next day, talk to a different associate who clearly didnt want to be at work that morning, and he states that after consulting with his manager they cant accept my phone because the volume button was missing. In reality, the volume button wasnt missing. There was a slight chip in the casing, maybe 2 cm in length, above the volume rocker. That is seriously the only cosmetic damage the phone had. So...less than 24 hours after being told that my phone was in fine condition and that I could upgrade without a hitch, it turns out I would be stuck with a nearly inoperable phone. They advised me to attempt to get a replacement phone and call the 1-800 hotline. Lucky for Verizon, the store in NE Philadelphia was just as good as this store is bad because they nearly lost a customer who has been with the company for about 8 years now. I recommend making the drive to a different location...it will be worth it, trust me.
I came to the store at exactly 8 oclock all I needed was someone to show me how to put a SIM card in-and-in a turn off my phone. They refused to let me in they refused to help me I needed this because Im going on vacation tomorrow and Im leave before the store opens. The service was horrible so disappointed in Verizon Ive been a customer for over 15 years cant believe I could be treated this way. You may have lost one of your best customers ever.

Terrible customer service-Walked in fully intending to switch from Xfinity mobile to Verizon after standing in line for 5 min with multiple employees behind the desk helping the same customer (she was quite charismatic so I guess needed all of their help) i moved over to the phones to look at them and hopefully get some help. Still no luck. I dont have 30 min to hang out in this shop until they decide Im worth helping. Ill just go to a different location next weekend and switch.
