Cellular Express is the GO TO spot in the city for any cellular needs or services. I don’t trust any other shop with my phones! The guys here are very professional and honest with their pricing and work. The space is always clean and stocked with many phones and accessories. I would recommend all of my family and friends to get their phone services done here.

AWESOME! I’m typically that guy that breaks his screen once a month because I’m to hard headed to put a case on but these guys have my back.After trying numerous kiosks in the mall and going to Apple, these guys have the best prices in town! The head technician (I think his names rhymes with the word ‘bang’) has super friendly, super helpful, and super speedy. By the time I walked to Dunkin’ for a coffee and back he was done my screen!!!Now that’s EXPRESS!!!In a world like today, your cell phone is your link to life and these guys constantly save me. You could say they are real live Super Hero’s!

Great store. I highly recommend this place. The short guy that assisted me when I walked in is really nice. The owner was nice too but he had on the ben and Jerry dunks. Like 😯. But anyways great store great service. If I knew they would’ve fixed my screen that fast I wouldn’t have wasted money to Uber home and then Uber back. 10 for 10 for service but 1 out of 10 for the owners shoes. #jealous

When ever I have any phone repairs or even technical issues I bring my phones to cellular express. Thier knowledge, timely manor and excellent costumer service is unmatched by any one in the area.

Absolutely phenomenal service. I came in here after restlessly trying to find a cell phone store that could fix my phone. I was greeted by two gentleman, both at which acknowledged me the minute I walked into the premises. They immediately made sure that the problem I so desperately needed to be resolved was taken care of.What really made me an even happier customer was that the owner of the location actually took the initiative to come out and check up on me, making sure all manners were taken care of. Which, lets face it, you dont see often! It was a feeling comparable to when you go to a restaurant, and as your enjoying your dinner, the owner comes over and make sure everything was okay. Im old fashion, and I respect a gesture like that, so simple, but it really sticks with you! I proceeded to ask him some additional questions, all at which he answered in a well formatted and well explained way, with assurance that I understood his answers. His answers made me feel very confident that I have put my trust, in the right hands.I want to thank you Cellular Express and all your employees for the magnificent service that I received around noon, on Tuesday, September 3, 2019, I will definitely not only be coming back but I will also be recommending to my friends and family!

They replaced the screen on my iPhone and the next day the phone cut off. I took it to the apple store and they couldn’t fix it. When my husband took my phone back to the store they refused to fix it. My only option was to file a claim with T-mobile.
