They are very nice and affordable. I gave them my water damaged phone and they were able to replace the screen in about an hour. I have had multiple services done by them for laptops and phones and they did a great job with all of them. I highly recommend this to anyone who needs their electronic repaired.

I came in for an iPhone 11 camera replacement. They didn’t have the camera on sight so they ordered it and it was there by the next day. Love JJ! I took my Xbox that wouldn’t boot (bsod), it wouldn’t even do a manual system reset, I tried sooo many times and nothing. I dropped it off at 11:30am on a Saturday and he fixed it the SAME day, I picked it up at 5:30pm. It works like it’s brand new. Thank you JJ Electronics!

Called this repair shop this morning to have my daughters iPhone 11 repaired. She dropped and cracked the screen. I stopped by at 11am and had her phone repaired by noon. These guys are very professional and the price to fix was way better then spending $700 on a new iPhone. You will not be disappointed so give them a try.

These guys can’t save all the data all the time... because Apple... but it is remarkable what they can fix and sometimes even save. Batteries, screens, loose internal wires... and they are very reasonably priced and straightforward with communicating what can be done in advance. I and family have used JJ I think 7 times now.

I had an issue with my ps4 hdmi port and I needed to be fix. A new ps4 cost (270$) I got the money, but the ps4 was a gift so I figured it would be a easy fix and go home. I paid 90$ dollars for the hdmi to be fix then he said I needed my hard drive replace . I was confused because it was only one thing that needed repair but, he the technician so I thought he would know more than I would. I paid for the hard drive replace which was 85$ . Then my ps4 wouldn’t update because I didn’t have enough storage at this point I was frustrated because now it’s a constant issue every time I go back to this person. I paid 189$ (it should’ve been 175$) 6-12-21. I wanted my money back at this point. Each receipt on the bottom it say 7 day warranty. The storage was replace I got the update I paid another 55$ (total 244$ new ps4 270$). The guy was rude . Kept hanging up, blocked me I had to show up to the store . the customers service was poor . When I paid the first time (189$) he ask how will I pay cash or debit I paid debit . The second time I came to the store He lock me out the store and told me I wouldn’t get my money back, I have him on video while this was going on . This time when I paid 6-13-21 I paid with the same debit card but this time he asked for my id which has where I live and I thought that was weird because he didn’t ask me the first time . Now my ps4 turns on and off by itself . He said “ your not getting your money back, I don’t want to deal with people like you “ hanged up and block me . Oh yeah …. im black in 2021 forgot to mention that 🤦🏽‍♂️ my issue isn’t fix my ps4 turns off and on by it self understand that is a fire hazard but he was the last one with it and doesn’t take responsibility for his actions. Do not waste your money on this guy. If you knew that my ps4 was dead why u still let me waste my money . Your greedy your a scam your a rip off. He said a few days later today is 6-15-2021

I had an iPhone 8+ to repair, both front and back screens were shattered. Every single person I talked to either gave me a ridiculously high price or simply told me they were not able to help me at all. (Something about the iPhone8+ back screen being too difficult to replace)I took my phone to JJ and without hesitation not only was he able to fix it for me, he gave me a reasonable price and gave it back fixed quickly. In addition he helped me troubleshoot issues with the phone at no extra cost. I sincerely appreciate his help and I wanted to post this story to let anyone looking for a good phone repair store to know that he is one of the most competent, reliable and reasonable shops in Philadelphia! IPhone 5 screen cracked. $95 and couldnt have even been 10 minutes! Done. Cheapest and quickest I found. Quality excellent. Glass sits better than before it cracked. Well done! Parked right in front of store... Didnt need to fight through mall and find a random kiosk or get up-charged by services that come to you. Thank you! Will be back if happens again.Update 5 years later! My iPhone 5 never had any issues after they fixed it. Great experience. NOW, I asked them to fix an old 6s Plus. I had this phone for years in a drawer with shattered glass… now (again) best price around! I planned on leaving it and coming back. No need! I waited in the car for MAX 15 min. DONE! Wish I took a pic of before but here is the after… I left the protective coating on to allow my son the satisfaction of peeling it off!Thank you guys! Amazing deal for Samsung phones .

I took my iPad here to be repaired. It wasnt charging, it does charge now. It is not as good as new but that is due to damage we did to it. Were it not for this relatively inexpensive repair the iPad would be gone. Regardless, the problem was fixed and the iPad works. This shop was cheaper and closer than Apple store. I originally did not give a good review but I was wrong because I misunderstood the problem. I called the store and they called me back and settled everything. So i can say this company stands by their work. He also recommemded how to prevent future problems. I recommend this business for ipad repairs and changing my neutral review with a full apology.

Don’t ever come here, they are very unprofessional, I dropped off a lab top weeks ago still never fixed it! They give you the run around make you come back every other day just to say we are sorry still not ready! They promise you a couple of days then it turns to weeks! This place is horrible do not waste your time and money here!

My daughter broke her iphone screen and we went here because I hear the owner is great. We drove 45 minutes to get there and it was worth it. The owner goes above and beyond - a fair price and he wants to make sure you are happy. He even cleaned the screen and applied a screen saver as I was having trouble with it. Another customer came in for a repair and he was willing to walk him through getting his contacts off the cloud. Really a great guy and is willing to answer all your questions to ensure you are happy! Well worth the drive! Thank you so very much!

Great and super fast service. Dropped off my s9 for repair of the cracked glass on the back after 10am. Told me the tech would be in at 11 and it would probably be done around 12. Good thing I didnt drive all the way home because I got called at 1105 it was done! Finished my coffee and picked up my phone. It was 15$ less than other places that quoted me a price, but they had to order the parts. Did I mention it was labor day? I will definitely be back if I have any problems in the future. Originally intended on going to the Apple store to repair my shattered IPhone screen but when I heard the price and time frame to do so, I started searching for somewhere local to me. I found JJ’s and chose to go here because they had the highest rating with the most top reviews and boy did they live up to those top reviews.Went around 10AM got and a price ($90 and a new phone case for $20 [its was a shock proof one too]), was told to come back around an hour later, came back phone looked brand new, Simple As that!This place is a great electronic repair shop, great customer service, very friendly and reasonable prices and time frames! Highly recommend!

Good customer service and repairs were done quickly while I watched and waited. iPhone 6 new screen, new battery, and new speaker for $140. He also gave me a free screen protector and case. All parts were new except for the speaker. I guess he didnt have any so he used one from another phone, which was fine, for $20 while the phone was already open, Id rather do it now with a used one than come back after he got more parts n reopen the phone again. All of the repairs were done today, so far so good. If anything changes I will edit my review to reflect.

I was looking for a used iPhone and I stumbled upon the store excellent customer service and a very wide selection of used phones all different models. If I ever need another phone I would definitely come to the store. a bit pricey but the phone I bought works excellent no problems.
