I recently visited L&H Bridal, I express to my sales lady that I had a budget and only wanted to spend a certain amount. She bought over two beautiful dresses that was in my budget for me to try on. Well I must say it was very hard for me to choose between the two because they were both beautiful. I was there for less then an hour, got the dress I wanted and left very happy and satisfied. My sales lady Alli was very professional, kind, patient and very resourceful . If your looking for a wedding dress stop by L&H and ask for Alli, you won’t be disappointed.

It was my first time shopping for a bridesmaid dress from this bridal shop. This shop has a beautiful selection and good quality of bridesmaid dresses. My dress arrived exactly on the deadline. Prices are very reasonable. Staff there seemed professional and helpful in advising me a dress. My biggest disappointment is opening up the dress at home and seeing a big thread pulled on the bottom back. I was in a big rush to look at my dress in the shop. The lady told me at the shop when I called that she inspected the dress and there was nothing wrong with it which might be true but she did not look closely to see a thread pulled . I hope I will never shop here again after this experience. Also letting others know to always check your dress carefully from this shop.

Avoid this store! I went dress shopping this past weekend and the customer service was terrible! First off they gave my mom a hard time because we had too many people even though I called ahead and they said the amount I had was fine. Then the consultant made me feel bad because I am looking at dresses last minute... my wedding is in December? They wouldnt let me look through the dresses and told me that most there were out of my price range (even though I didnt give a range).

Terrible service!Made an appointment to have bridal/mother of the bride dresses altered. After arriving, an employee at the front desk was having very relaxed and inappropriate conversations with the customers (very opinionated with explicit language) as if we were friends?! Then we were put into the gowns and just stood in the dressing room for at least 20 minutes while other employees kept walking by and not even acknowledging us - when the seamstress finally made her way to us, the other employee told her what I wanted done and that my wedding was not until December. She replied loudly enough to hear her, well Im not doing it tonight then she approached me, sighed and said Well what do you even need done to the dress? it fits you with such an attitude! And made it clear as that I was a bother to her to have a belt placed on my gown and have the straps tightened!!It was a shame to experience SUCH poor attitudes and personalities because every where else treats brides with so much love and excitement.10/10 would NOT encourage any bride to shop here/get any work done because there are soooooo many other places who will share in your excitement that should come with being a bride!!!!

The staff is exceptional, finding a dress was so stress free. The seamstress has made my wedding dress dreams come true, shes so good. Overall a great experience

Amazing!! The store has the most beautiful selection of dresses and everyone bends over backward to make sure the everything about the dress is perfect for the big day. Tara was such a helpful (and fun) consultant. I got SO MANY compliments on my dress!! People even mentioned how perfectly it fit, like it was made just for me - I give all the credit to Lucy for her perfect alterations. Thank you, Tara, Lucy and Danielle, for a wonderful experience!

Stopped by while on a business trip and received horrible customer service. Felt like a criminal just for asking questions. Not sure if they are not use to people from out of town, hispanics or people with tattoos but I have never been treated like that before. At first I felt bad for being a little snappy but I dont think I was in the wrong since they made me feel like a nuisance. If you are in the neighborhood dont stop here unless you want a bad bridal experience. Also there wasnt a lot of variety for accessories or overskirts and they didnt offer me any options for dresses either, guess they werent looking for a sale.

They never rush you. Its where I bought my wedding dress (2005), my daughter bought hers (2018), and my soon to be sister in law bought hers (2021).

My mom and I attended their blow out sample sale and had the most wonderful time and found the dress thanks to all the wonderful people at L&H Bridal. Maybe its all the Yes to the Dress Ive been watching, but I always thought that buying a wedding dress was going to be a stressful ordeal. That is 100% not the case at L&H Bridal! I was blown away by how helpful and knowledgeable the women helping me were. 10/10 would recommend.

Khaki and the ladies at the front desk are great. They are very flexible and understand, not to mention that I got a show stopper of a free at this establishment. I love it here ♥️

L&H was the second shop I went to for my wedding dress and it was my last!! Thanks to Annette who helped me find the dress that I can see myself getting married in while staying in my budget. L&H was such a great place to search for my wedding gown. While the shop was absolutely beautiful and had some of the most beautiful dresses, it was truly the service of Amanda that made it such a great experience for me. She was so attentive and made me feel so relaxed about the entire process. She also was quick to listen to any critiques I had, and adjust the next dress to find the most perfect choice. It seems like everyone there was so great, but Amanda especially made my process so amazing!!

I went to L&H Bridal after seeing the variety of dresses and styles they had on their website and was blown away by the experience I had. Amanda greeted me and was such a welcoming presence!! She truly made me feel at ease immediately and helped me know this was the place for me. Annette was my consultant and from start to finish she made the dressing shopping experience one of the most wonderful moments of my life. She truly listened to what my style was and took into consideration my budget, never pulling dresses that were above my budget (which is something I greatly appreciated). In the time of a pandemic, dress shopping could be very different, but L&H Bridal and Annette made it truly a one-of-a-kind experience. I highly recommend going to them for your dress-shopping and I was able to find my dress on the first shot! Everyone there was wonderful and so kind and I cant thank them enough for making an exciting moment even more special!

If youre looking for friendly staff and a great selection of wedding gowns, you need to go to L&H bridal. For reference we went to 6 local bridal stores + Kleinfelds in NYC and none of them came close to the selection and detail on the dresses here. Amanda was great both times, she listened to what I wanted and was so patient with us. Tara also helped my mom look for ideas for a MOB dress. Amanda and Tara were the icing on the cake, and made finding my dress such a fun experience. This is the place to go to find gorgeous gowns + genuine consultants. We will definitely be back!

L&H did a great job accommodating me and helping me find my wedding dress. I had wanted to try on a specific Demetrios wedding gown, which they were able to find and get shipped in from out of state for me to try on the sample. I wound up saying YES to that dress and couldn’t be happier. Annette was so helpful & friendly. She made me feel comfortable with trying on each dress. No one was pushy or forceful with closing a sale. I had a truly great experience and recommend brides to reach out to them if they have dresses they want to try on, they will work with you and get them in. I was able to purchase mine during the Demetrios trunk show which helped with the cost. Danielle also followed up with me a few days later to confirm when my dress would be in which was really great. So appreciative of everyone at L&H bridal boutique !!!!

I bought a dress here for my wedding and went through there whole process of getting the dress, getting it sized and fitted, and then on the last visit they checked to see if everything was okay with the alterations. They said to come back to pick the dress up and the beading would be added back and everything would be ready at pick up. However, when I get to the day of my wedding the dress was missing the beads on both sides of the dress. After the wedding, we go to the L&H Bridal to state what happened and they were not accommodating. They refunded us 10 dollars. Alternations, costed way more than 10 dollars. The dress was 1200 dollars and the veil was 200 dollars. Refunding 10 dollars was a slap in the face. I should have not settled for it but I didnt want the stress.I think it was very unprofessional to leave a customer so disappointed. It was my wedding day and I had to walk around and take professional photos with an unfinished dress that I paid full price.

I called looking for a specific dress which they didnt have bit they were getting ready for a trunk show off that designer. They were able to get the dress in and made my 5 hour drive worth it. The staff is very friendly and obviously helpful. They made me feel comfortable even being by myself. I cant wait to go back when my dress comes in! Theyre even working with my schedule fully because of my drive.

My experience at L&H was better than I could have ever expected! From the moment we entered the salon, Tara, was extremely helpful in guiding me to figure out exactly what I was looking for in a wedding dress. She did an excellent job at reading how I felt in each dress that I tried on and used that help me ultimately find my perfect dress that fit my exact style. Lucy, the salon owner was also amazing. She took the time to answer every single question I had about specific alterations that I had in mind to tweak my dress so that it will be exactly what I want on my wedding day.Between dress selection and staff, I would absolutely recommend L&H to other brides looking for their perfect dress.

I bought my dress, and my bridesmaids bought their dresses at L and H. They were extremely helpful and honest. They also fitted my dress for me, and did a perfect job.They also know the dress companies well. I told my consultant Brittany that I wanted separates in fuchsia, and she knew exactly which company had that to offer. They were able to take measurements for my out of state girls over the phone, and order them the right pieces. They also knew which pieces would work best for the body types of the girls. Not a single complaint from me!!

I purchased my wedding gown from L&H Bridal over a year ago. At first, I was underwhelmed by the experience. I had to wait 20 minutes or so to be seen, regardless of an appointment. I believe they were behind in schedule, which happens but I also wasn’t a fan of feeling rushed which is how my appointment started.However, unlike my first dress shopping experience at another store, my consultant Tara showed me exactly what I was looking for in my price range in probably under 15 minutes. So in hindsight, I might not have been rushed, she just knew what she was doing. Once I had my dress on, Tara let me stay in it for as long as I needed. By the end of my appointment, I didn’t want to take it off. Overall, I was pleased with the end result and service. Specifically, I would like to shout out Tara. She is very kind, efficient and a professional.It was a no brainer to send my bridesmaids there for their dresses. Thank you, L&H Bridal.

I cant say enough good things about L&H! It was the first and only place I went to look for my wedding dress. Tara is absolutely amazing! I am originally from Philadelphia but will be getting married in Nashville, and the staff at L&H could not have been more accommodating regarding alterations and getting the dress down here in time for the wedding in December. This business has been a staple in my family. My mother, and aunts have all purchased their wedding dresses from Lucia at L and H Bridal. I went in with no real idea for a wedding dress in mind and with my consultants help; I found the dress of my dreams! Where do I even start?! Pretty much everyone in my family shopped (and bought) wedding gowns, mother of the bride dresses, bridesmaids dresses, and prom dresses from here. It was only natural this was my first (and only) place to shop for my wedding dress. I brought my grandparents (yup, Pop Pop too!), my aunt, and my sister (MOH). I came in with some ideas and some pictures but an open mind. Allie was my consultant, and this woman was my spirit animal! She got me right away, and her dress selections proved it. Lucy, the owner, was amazing with her recommendations as well. I went in thinking hell no to buttons, and the dress I chose most definitely had buttons, but I fell in love with it the second I put it on in the fitting room. Allie made me feel so comfortable, and she was incredibly patient throughout the process. She helped me stay calm with this huge decision, and she was confident Id find my dress. I felt like I was shopping with a good friend. Other staff stopped by as I was trying on dresses and complimented the looks. Overall, this was the best, most memorable experience for such a big day. We always shop for prom gowns at L&H so of course we went there for my wedding gown! My wedding was in March and everything was perfect! The dress experience - from the first time I put it on - alterations -and final pick-up went perfectly. I ordered my dress, bra, veil from them -they are amazing. Tara is wonderful to work with. I have been on this journey with Tara from my first time trying on a dress. She is AMAZING. Tara is literally the best. She remembers me and my family every time we go in - always knows exactly what we want and is super friendly. L&H has been a pleasure to work with!

I loved my experience at L&H Bridal. It was the first place that I visited when I began shopping for my wedding dress. Adele was wonderful, she took the time to talk to me and find out where my wedding was taking place, the theme, and what I was looking for. Originally I thought that I wanted an A-Line dress and when I mentioned that to her she told me that i was just too small for that style, but that she would put me in one. After pulling several dresses she pulled a dress that she stated was going to be perfect for my wedding and it was the last dress that I tried on. She could not have been more right. The dress was perfect!!!! After visiting other shops I went back and order my dress. My whole experience there was amazing. The bridesmaid dresses were also ordered there. Lucy was also amazing when alterations had to be made. I have already recommended the shop to my sister-in-law to be and a good friend.

Always consistently running late for appointments. If you make an appointment for bridal or a dress fitting, you might as well book it a half hour before you plan to arrive. Dress selection is nice but customer service is nonexistent. When asked why theyre so late or when were going back for appointment, they werent helpful and didnt really answer us or do anything to accommodate us. Not even an apology for lateness. Get your dress altered somewhere else if you buy here.

I bought my gown at L and H Bridal. She was friendly and pulled gowns based on what I was looking for, what would look good on my body type and also a few of her personal favorites! I only tried on about 5-6 gowns before I found the perfect one! The woman who did my alterations was a perfectionist and did a wonderful job. I did not question her ability to make my dress fit me perfectly! My bridal party also got their dresses here. Lucy let my bridal party come in and try dresses until my party found the perfect one. L and H ha dust the right amount of dresses to choose from. They made sure my mom and each bridesmaid dresses fitted them perfectly so we all looked great for the big day! Their alterations were very reasonable, the lowest I have seen around. I highly recommend checking out L and H Bridal!

I cant even begin to explain how exceptional this place is! Customer service is out of this world! Prior to coming here I went to 8 different stores looking for my dream dress and could not find it and had dealt with some horrible people while doing so. I am beyond ecstatic I ended up here and was so lucky to have Tara. She truly is AMAZING!!!!! She is so down to earth and will be real with you. Unfortunately, I went in for my first fitting and did not like my dress. Nothing that L&H did but I am so indecisive. Well Lucy and Tara would not let me walk down the aisle unsatisfied. I for sure thought I would have to buy 2 dresses, but that was not the case! Lucy was beyond generous and allowed me to put the money I deposited toward a second gown. Unreal, right?!?! That shows how much this place values their customers and really just wants them to find the dress of their dreams. And that I did!!!!! Not to mention Lucy altered this gown to the point where it felt like it was made for my body. I could keep going on and on about how great my experience was here! I cant thank them enough for helping make my day perfect. Thank you Tara and Lucy for everything!!!

I wish I could give these guys 5 Stars because they really do have THE BEST inventory of bride dresses in the area, but I had a very unpleasant experience with their customer service at their bridesmaid location. Before i get there, let me just say that their bridal store is great. I went back 3 times to try on dresses because they do have a great selection. Cant say i feel the same way about their bridesmaid store.. When I walked in with my bridesmaids, I went to the front desk to check in and the lady at the desk took my name and said, “well your going to have to wait because...”, before she finished the sentence, I felt a little offended and told her I had a 1pm appointment... she then looked at the time, it was 1:01... and said oh ok someone will be right with you... I started to feel a bit of tension because I felt like she had an attitude and I didn’t understand why.. I looked around the store for a while with the girls. No one ever came over to help us or even acknowledged us. Eventually a younger girl heard the bridesmaids asking questions amongst themselves and she came over and answered our questions... we all felt like we were treated very rudely for no reason at all.

My daughters wedding gown was beautiful, but once Lucy finished with it, it was amazing. The staff, especially Adele, were all great and extremely helpful. I loved the down to earth, friendly, expert experience we had each time we went for fittings. As the nervous mother, I was extremely satisfied with L&H and if I could do it over again, I would go back again!! Thanks L&H for all your help!

I appreciate the fact that it is a family owned business and I had such a personal interactions with the staff and owner. I also was extremely impressed with the quality and selection of gowns. L&H Bridal is simply amazing from their attentive and talented staff to their stunning selection of wedding gowns. It was the first dress shop I visited, and my last stop as they found my wedding dress on the first try AND within the hour appointment. Their staff is remarkably skilled as they can assess your style and body type, then match you with dresses that tick off all the items on your wish list. I really appreciate that all the women who assisted with the first fitting to the last always made me feel incredibly comfortable, and allowed me to be honest and voice my concerns throughout the process. They were also able to assist my mom with finding the perfect Mother-of-the-Bride dress, and suggesting the right undergarments, accessories and shoes to help her complete the look. Why go to a chain like Davids Bridal when you can find high quality stunning gowns that can fit a vision and a budget with ease? The added bonus was that all employees are just amazing to work with, and also so flexible even within a tight deadline. They helped me find my dream grown, and I am forever grateful for that!

At a time when emotions are all over the place, Lucy, Danielle and Amanda keep things happy, fun, calm and cool. As I sat watching my third daughter try on gowns for her wedding from the same family that I bought my wedding gown from 38 years ago, couldnt help but feel at home and yes I cried happy tears.

I went to L&H twice and by the second time I said yes to the dress. Annette Capaldi help me and she was great! I must have tried on 15 dresses and she gave an honest opinion on them. This is the only shop I went to because Lucy was so wonderful to me! Every time I came in they were so friendly and just amazing to work with! They kept in contact with me and let me know when the dress was coming in. As a seamstress, Lucy is brilliant. One of the wedding coordinators even commented to me that she noticed I never had to adjust my dress. The staff is fantastic and they have a huge selection, couldnt ask for anything better!

I had been to many bridal shops looking for my perfect dress. There were a few that could have worked, but I hadnt had that feeling yet.. until I came here. :) not only did they not push me to try dresses I knew I wouldnt like, but they were the first shop to have bra undergarments for me to wear while I tried dresses on (Im not a small bride - 6ft tall, size 16). what a difference the little things make! my consultant was easy to talk to and that helped make the entire process fun, not awkward. L&H was extremely helpful with bridal party. I have three pregnant bridesmaids that will be very far along on my wedding date and one that was pregnant at the time of try on that has since given birth. They were very helpful with helping to judge the sizes that will be best suited at the time of the wedding. Thank you so much!!!

I really liked my consultant Crystal, she was helpful, attentive and to the point. She got me in and out of dresses so quickly, it was really impressive. I wasnt really interested in playing dress up so her moving quickly was appreciated. It only took less than an our to find my dress.

I love, love, love this boutique! The sales staff are fabulous to work with. They give each bride undivided attention! After searching at about 5-6 different salons, I kept going back to L and H. They had the perfect dress and made the dress shopping experience a pleasure. The dress arrived ahead of schedule. I made numerous changes to the dress that required a multitude of alterations. The costs associated were extremely reasonable. They made me feel like a part of their family! Because my wedding was in Hawaii, they even packed it for me. I would recommend anyone that needs a formal gown or bridal gown to definitely visit L and H.

I just got married two weeks ago and got my dress from L&H...they were wonderful to work with! They were great at making suggestions and helping me make what is a very overwhelming decision. They could tell as I tried dresses on what my mood was and somehow brought out the perfect dress after only trying on five. Once I made the decision, they were SO flexible when it came to my alterations- I live in Seattle and they worked with me to get all the fittings I needed at the times I was visiting Philly. They did a great job with alterations and clearly put a lot of care into what they do. I would highly recommend visiting L&H bridal when you are looking for your wedding dress!

Love the Bridesmaid dress I bought however ALL THE MONEY FOR ALTERATIONS AND THE DRESS WAS STILL DIDNT FIT. NONE OF THEM DID AND IT WAS 6 OF US AT $150 FOR ALTERATIONS THE DRESS WAS $300 DIDNT MIND THAT IF YOU ARE GOING TO CHARGE THAT MUCH CHECK THE FIT

She let me have as much time as I needed to make such a huge decision. All of the gowns at the shop are very beautiful and I would suggest that other bridges go there to look. Many of the gowns are very reasonable in price!

The staff is extremely helpful and very sweet. I found my dream dress here with Lucy and Colleens assistance. You pay a set price for alterations, and then you are able to get as many alterations as needed. Believe me girls, I checked other area shops and found out some do not even have a fitter/sewer to perform alterations. I wanted my Maggie gown to be perfect and as Lucy (the owner) said, she was going to mold it to my body. I went strapless and did not have to worry for the entire day and night about pulling the gown up. All I can say is THANK YOU LUCY, wish you could have come to the wedding.

Nothing but amazing praises and compliments can be said about L&H Bridal and their staff.I had a formal event to attend and found out my evening gown was a few sizes too big. In a panic I called in on Saturday afternoon and they were able to squeeze me in for an alterations appointment the following Monday reminding me to come in appropriate shoes and undergarments. The appointment went very smoothly and didn’t take long at all.When I went back later that week, my gown fit like a glove and they even managed to bring new life into it!Outside alterations had to be paid cash only, but that is a completely understandable policy.I had such a great time with my first alterations that when I brought another cocktail dress that had to be taken in as well. Just like my first experience my appointment went smoothly, alterations were impeccable, the price very reasonable, and I had another great experience with L&H Bridal’s alteration department.

There are no stores that compare to L and H. We found the service exemplary. At other stores we received a hard swell, but here I was asked about my vision of my wedding, my likes and dislikes of various styles and asked to tell my consultant how best to describe my personality. The perfect dress was found with the veil and head piece. The dresses were never just thrown on the hangers or on the ground as in some other stores where it was more like a Bridal Warehouse. I cant imagine a more pleasurable and satisfied experience. Every accessory was carefully chosen by Michelle and her creative touch makes her outstanding in her profession! Dont miss this store!!

They listened to my requests every step of the way with my wedding gown and I was a bit of a picky bride! It was great to have people I could really trust handling my gown, as well as my bridesmaids dresses, and my moms gown. Everything came out beautifully, and they was so patient with my big family! If you want to really be taken care of, you must go to L and H Bridal by far definitely the place to go for your wedding gown.

I had this preconceived notion that looking for a wedding dress would be hard because they would try to push me to buy an expensive dress. I had the pleasure of working with Tara Meyer at L&H and I cannot say enough positive things about my experience. The first time I went to the shop I was ‘just looking’. I tried on a few gowns I saw in magazines, but they didn’t quite fit the way I wanted to. There was one gown I saw in the store that I instantly fell in love with, but it was definitely above my price range. I tried it on anyway. My best friend was with me she started crying right away, I tested up, and Tara kept saying that’s your dress (she could tell just by the look on my face). After ten minutes I finally took it off and was super bummed about the price. Tara told me if that’s my dress we will make the price work. We went downstairs and we talked numbers. I made an appointment for a few weeks later when I went with my bridesmaids and mom. I went to four shops before I came back to L&H. Once I was there I took about 7 gowns in the room with me. Tara asked if I even wanted to bother trying them on, or if I wanted to skip right to the one I had already tried. I skipped ahead and as soon as I came out tears were flowing. That was my dress; Tara knew it was my dress. I can’t thank her enough for having patience with me while trying to pick my gown out, working with me on the price, and making me feel like the prettiest bride. If it weren’t for Tara and L&H working with me on the price of this gorgeous gown i wouldn’t have been able to get my dream wedding dress! Thank you all!!

Lucy and her staff are such a blessing! They were so nice and helpful anything we had a question on they answered and fixed. I live in Quakertown and they made sure that every time I drove to Philly they got everything ready and done so that I could make the last amount of trips out there as possible which I thought was very thoughtful! Bottom line if you want beautiful dresses at amazing prices and a great experience this is where you want to go! I would recommend them to EVERYONE!

Similar to Christine Hs review from a year ago, my experience ended poorly with L&H Bridal What should be a fun time turned into my stressful nightmare. Im not made of money and every dollar is important when planning a wedding. The staff will definitely take care of you as long as you buy from them. The moment you change your mind they dismiss you as a customer. I put down a small deposit on a gown but I decided to change my mind on the gown. They knew I wasnt 100% on the gown but said dont worry about the deposit we wont order it until you pay 50% down. When I did worry about it and told them I changed my mind they sprung a $150.00 cancellation fee on me. I asked for what? They kept referencing a $150 fee thats on the back of my receipt. Nope no mention of this $150.00. I explained that my sister, my mother and my fiance were making purchases still and would love the $150 fee to be applied to those purchases. NOPE standing by their policy. After reviewing my receipt with no mention of this $150 fee, they stated it was now posted at the desk since 2012. L&H policy is about as clear as mud. Ok, If this so called cancellation policy has been posted at the desk since 2012, one would assume it doesnt change often! Call me crazy but wouldnt it make sense to put it on the rec we take home? Seems convenient to rip people off at will. All the reviews on here are from people who bought and did business with them was positive. GOD Forbid you change your mind or go in a different direction they become rude and dismissive.USE extreme caution when buying from them when it comes to their cancellation policy. Keep in mind my dress wasnt ordered and I was still doing additional business with them! (no longer) The company basically took $150 from me because they wanted to. They could have worked with me but decided they wanted to take my money. Its a shame because I did like the girls but God forbid you change your mind on anything the treatment changes right away!

I came to Lucy, last year for my glam wedding in Miami.I asked her if she can create my dream wedding and she said yes. I showed her my Galia Lahav gown from Israeli ad all my bridesmaid gown and flower girl dress too. Lets just say she went above and beyond with my gown and all of our girls gown too. Lucy and her staff have been awesome and very accommodating and patient with us.
