You’ll get a true 1:1 experience. She asked personal questions to get to know my style and hand selected a few pieces that she felt suited me. I went back for a second try on and she was so lovely and patient, while I made my decision. I’m beyond excited about my dress and cannot wait to show it off! I looked at many other shops and couldn’t find anything as spectacular as the dress I found here! I love fashion and Carolyn’s selection of dresses made it very clear that she has impeccable taste!I cannot say enough about the store - it’s so beautiful and you will feel so special and celebrated! Went to Carolyn’s shop second on my dress shopping day after going to BHLDN. Carolyn sat me and my family members down, asked me personal questions about my wedding, my fiancé, what I like and then proceeded to pull some gowns. I was shocked how affordable and on budget everything was for how beautiful the dresses were. I felt a much more personal touch and much more affordable than other places. Ended up buying my dress on the spot and cancelling the next appointment. We had a wonderful time. Highly recommend for any bride to be!

I went to Mia’s first for a prom gown, and did not realize they were taking appointments only. She asked my daughter what she was looking for and my daughter showed her a picture. She exclaimed, “You want a ball gown!” She called across the street to Carolyn Zinni and sent us there. The shop was clean and we had personalized service. I enjoyed our time there and my daughter loved her dress. I would definitely recommend her. My daughter stood out at her prom and even made it into the local newspaper. Thank you!

The best dress shop I have ever visited. The owner was very professional, nice, attentive and went beyond the call to find me the perfect dress for my sons wedding which made the experience stress-free. I recommend anyone looking for a dress thats a show stopper shop there.

Loved Carolyns bridal salon! She has such an inviting atmosphere and provides great support and energy when trying on dresses. All of her pieces are extremely unique and no dress is the same, which makes you feel special when you try them on. I bought my dress here last week and am so excited to bring it home with me!

This is the most amazing woman in the business...sweet, patient & thoughtful!!! I went into her store with my teenage daughter looking for a jr prom dress & Carolyn sat us down & made it happen. If you are getting married ladies this place is a must! My family is beyond thankful & happy with how well she put my daughter together. I left her store in tears of joy! Carolyn is by far the best in the business!

This was the second place I’ve ever tried on wedding dresses and it ended up being the place I found my wedding dress! Carolyn was fantastic and treated my family and I incredibly. You can tell how passionate she is about finding the best dresses for her shop and the brides that come in.Edit: although the original appointment was fantastic, some major issues came later. The veil I had chosen at my original appointment was never ordered, along with additional fabric I had requested to add sleeves. Only when I picked up my dress, two months before my wedding, was when this was revealed to me. I ended up ordering another veil and a hair piece, as well as the additional fabric still. I was told 1 week for the veil and hair piece and a few weeks for the fabric. The veil and hair piece took close to 3 weeks, and both were wrong. The veil was the wrong length, and the hair piece was a completely different piece. Pretty frustrating that I now have only 4 weeks til my wedding and have to rush to get the sleeves put on and settle with the wrong veil, I returned the unwanted hair piece. Overall, I was let down by how everything was handled after the initial appointment.

Carolyn is very knowledgeable and extremely attentive. She listened to me and provided guidance and support. I never felt pressured and I ended up buying my dress at her salon. I loved this experience!

Such a great experience! Carolyn was so kind and accommodating. I found my dream dress here and the entire experience could not have been more relaxed or enjoyable.

Not my best experience. The owner is a little cold and stern. Also they do not allow to take photos of you in their dresses. It was a considerable inconvenience, because I was alone and my mom, my bridesmaids, are away. The dresses are beautiful though, and there is a nice selection of ball gowns. Prices are reasonable. But I was said that I would have to wait around 9 months to have my dress delivered. So I decided not to get a dress there.

Omg! Great atmosphere! Great customer service! The whole experience was like a mini Klienfield without Randy lol. Just going in there, youll fall in love with your dress. Definitely a recommend! Cant wait for my dress to arrive! 😊
