First, I laid on the “bed match” to calculate what bed was fitted for my body/needs. It was interesting technology! Did not know something like this was available. Greg made sure to tear a piece of a body length cloth protection so I could try out the different recommended mattresses in the store (due to COVID-19 precautions). Once I found the mattress that fit my budget and comfort, Greg still gave me 10% -20% off along with a free mattress protection! I feel blessed to have came across such a nice and patient guy! The temperature in the store was nice and cool just like I like it the first few times. Greg was a fantastic salesman, but “salesman” doesn’t even feel like an accurate title because we didn’t feel pressured to buy anything! We did the Bed Match test and ended up getting my partner’s number 1 choice. We’re an LGBT couple and Greg made us feel welcome, which is important to us. He was very patient and showed us all the bells and whistles just for fun, even tho we told him we didn’t have a crazy budget. We’re really pleased with what we got and there was a really large price variety and selection. Don’t waste your time going down the street!

The in-store experience was good. The salesperson was very nice, although he did say hed follow up with us the night before delivery which did not happen. But the delivery... the guys couldnt fit the mattress upstairs because it was frozen and told us itll be super easy that we can do on our own. (we were not able to do it on our own, it was so not easy). They also refused to get the split king box spring (two twins) upstairs. The said it wouldnt fit. I spent $250 on movers to come and do it. The box springs fit NO PROBLEM with angling. The mattress however was far from easy. They had to fold it in half to get it upstairs. I called the store 3 times to try to resolve this issue before hiring movers. I received ZERO callbacks but lots of promises of managers calling me back. For that, 2 stars feels generous. We spent thousands on a tempurpedic mattress and they couldnt call us back? And on top of that another $250 for movers working for 20 minutes? Really really poor customer service.
