Exquisite! After searching 3 months, both in stores and online for countless hours, for a dining table to furnish an open concept living room/ kitchen, I came across Room Service 360. White glove delivery was also impressive, with the gentlemen removing shoes and placing blankets down. It does require 2 people for assembly as it can be a bit heavy and awkward for one person to handle. I ordered a dining table with the sideboard and chairs with room service 360 and my experience so far has been excellent. I initially contacted Art in the sales department to ask for some information about the products and he gave us valuable information to help us decide what would work better for us. Art gave us some great suggestions on the chairs and sideboard which made our decision much easier. He even sent us a picture of the color samples for the dining table, dining base and chairs to show us how they would look together. I called back a couple of days later to place the order with Art and the process was very easy and simple. Our order is now in process. Although I was a little skeptical on buying furniture online, my experience in dealing with this company has been great and the service that Art provided to us has been exceptional. Finally, I would like to mention that after doing some lengthy research online for dining sets, we found that this company has a great selection of products, more than many other online furniture companies. I ordered a chair which had to be shipped from a distant warehouse. I was given an estimated delivery date of about 4 days but the next day I was notified that it could be delivered to my home in just three days which was great. The deliverymen arrived on time and assembled the chair quickly. The chair is a Lafer Gaga recliner. Its a beauty and very well made.

I was extremely disappointed when our Contemporary Furniture store in Buffalo, NY closed. I bought Premier Keramik Drive table three weeks ago and it was delivered to me within 3 days. The table is a very elegant and quality table. I am glad with my purchase and can honestly say it is a sturdy, statement worthy piece of furniture. The color (Matte Golden Calacatta Ceramic) and style of the dining table is fabulous with the base tucked under just right so there is no interference with pushing your chairs completely in. I love the double-sided extensions feature to expand the size when needed. The operation, sliding in and out of the leaves, is very easy.Room Service 360 has not only quality products, but also great customer service. We just purchased at RS360 essentially all of the furniture for our new 2 bedroom apartment in New York. We received excellent decorating advice from Erin, and we are thrilled with how everything looks, and the evident quality and style of our choices. The entire staff there were invaluable and a pleasure to work with as we navigated our way through order changes, delivery delays due to COVID 19, and building access issues. Delivery and installation (requiring two trips to NYC) was amazing. The wall unit was a real challenge to install - and it was done flawlessly. All of the furniture is in perfect condition.

I recently bought two bedroom sets. One from 360, the other from another store. The one at 360 was much more expensive. But everything in that store is so beautiful, that I just had to get it. Not until the two sets were delivered, did I see the rest of the difference in the two experiences. The guys from 360, took off they’re shoes, then put some covering on their feet. They laid out blankets to put everything together, did an amazing job and cleaned everything up. I sat on the bed, it started to squeak. They instantly made a video of this and sent it to the store. Within an hour, someone called, apologized and told me it will be fixed tomorrow. By the next afternoon it was done! It was just an amazing experience and made me understand why I paid more. Especially when I compared it to the other delivery which I don’t even want to describe.Since then, I bought a few more pieces from there. And every time the experience was great! Not only with the delivery, but with the selection. For my dining room table, I got to pick the color of the table (one of 20), the material, (glass, ceramic or wood), the color and material of the legs, the type of leg, the material on the chair, what kind of chair, etc. Never, in any store, have I seen a selection like that! I have been ordering furniture from E room service 360 for the past 8 years. This time around we were working with Steve and his wife Irina on our new project in Miami. As always, it has been an absolute pleasure. Irina has an amazing eye for design and details. All we had to do is send in the floor plan and long and behold we had the entire apartment designed to the smallest detail. They are professional, reliable, honest and extremely knowledgeable. Their store carries a lot of different items/brands and mock rooms, which is great to be able to see different styles in person.Unfortunately though, the item we looked to order (Marble coffee table) wasnt on display, but the staff made us feel comfortable to order it through swatches and different pictures.The ordering process was seamless and support was great throughout - with the item being delivered in a very professional way/through the store staff (e.g. not a 3rd party) and set up/installed in our living room with all packaging/trash being removed and taken by the delivery staff.The staff really go above/beyond to make sure you are satisfied as a customer, while offering competitive/great prices!

We were shown many selections of the furniture with great level of details as far as all the features and options. Being from outside of the Philadelphia area, we continued our conversation with Steve over the phone, and were able to narrow down what we were looking for. Steve provided excellent recommendations on the style and the colors of our sectional peace. We greatly appreciated friendly tone of all the discussions with no pressure. The delivery was very timely (considering more the 2 hours drive). I got the call form the driver informing me when they are coming, and they showed up promptly. The guys helped me to remove my old furniture and put together new ones.Specially, I want to thank Steve on recommending the type of mattress for us, which was spot on. What a great experience! From the time you walk in, you’re immediately greeted by warm and friendly people. The showroom is immaculate and filled with beautiful furniture. You’ll definitely find whatever it is your looking for. I dealt directly with the owner, and he was great. I showed him pictures of my living room, and he asked a lot of questions to get a feel for what it was that I wanted. He even talked me out of some pieces (and he was right). After we picked out a few pieces, we needed some time to think and make a decision. No pressure and no attitude! Just friendly understanding. He even went so far as to find other pieces that could be customized (size) to my space, and emailed them to me. Once the order was in, we did have to wait a few months, but you can’t rush quality. The couch finally arrived and it was perfect. Definitely worth the wait!! Even the delivery crew was beyond professional and courteous. In conclusion, Room Service 360 delivered on their promise of 5 Star service. Can’t wait to go back for more pieces.

We also purchased a very unique expandable, rotating coffee table which is a true technological masterpiece! The service was absolutely terrific. I bought several items at room 360, for bedroom, living and dining rooms. Erin helped me select every piece both times I shopped. She was knowledgeable, professional and had an amazing eye for decor! The furniture is expensive but is of the highest quality and is worth the wait (takes 12 weeks to deliver from Europe) and the money. I highly recommend it

I have ordered from ROOM SERVICE 360 all my furniture, art work, rugs, ultra modern lamps for two bedroom condo in Philadelphia in 2008. I still use all those items successfully till this day. Everything is high quality designers made in Italy and Spain.Owners of the store were extremely helpful and attentive in the process of choosing items, ordering, delivery and installation .But, more to it, this year, 2018, I had some flooding in my condo and furniture had to be removed and installed again, some items needed repair . It is TEN years later I emailed to the store hoping for at least some help .To my surprise, owners have sent the crew to pick up and repair heavy cabinets and lifting mechanism of one of the beds. They then brought them back and reinstalled them on the wall again.And all of it FREE of charge!This is an amazing gesture I am very grateful for . Would most definitely recommend their quality furniture and excellent service !!

Room service 360 was simply superb to work with in the furnishing of a house we recently built. They have a beautiful selection of modern furniture--we could have bought almost everything in the store. And their design service was truly exceptional. Steve (and Erin) caught onto our tastes immediately, didnt waste our time with styles that we wouldnt like, there was no heavy sell, their design skills were wonderful, and all around they were really just perfect to deal with throughout the process. We are only recent arrivals in Philly and thought we would never find modern furniture in this very traditional town, but that all changed when we found room service 360.And beyond sales and design, their delivery and set up team was exceptional. We bought a lot of furniture and all 4 of the men doing the delivery and installation were patient and professional throughout the process.
