Called ahead (30 minutes)asked if they had a certain product and the price, They confirmed everything when I got there they I paid they went to get my item first they said they didn’t have any men to grab it I said it’s fine I got it 20 minutes went by nothing 5 more minutes they asked if I could come back at 6pm 2 hrs after I arrived I politely declined...(do u know how much gas is???) she went back in she came back out and said she doesn’t have the product and she has to refund my money......just a waste of time time also there’s an extreme language barrier I won’t be back
Funny how a good bit of people complain about not receiving there merchandise when most folks have a bill of 2500.00 and only pay 500.00 on it ctfu and they sit here and complain i payed all my stuff off and got my stuff less than 2 days sofa love seat king bed room set mattress box included all my stuff got to me in good shape the drivers where polite and handle my stuff with care as if it was there own thank you and i will return back here
Buyer beware....... just called the store in where a very unprofessional lady answered. I inquired about the warranty on furniture in where she “guessed” it is 6 months. I honestly believe they have no warranty for any of the furniture customers purchase from this store. I purchased a very expensive set of Sofas and already the stitches came off. I should have bought my furniture from a respectable furniture store that actually offers a warranty for what you buy and talks to the customer in a courteous manner after a sell. Experienced learned.
Great customer service, with the limited stock of furniture in the store due to back up deliveries of merchandise. The Rep took the time to go through multiple catalogs with me to find just was i was looking for. They also have a variety of furniture i havent seen in other stores during my quest for a dining room set.
Last week, I went shopping here at 11 AM for a king sized bed. I paid for same day delivery for the mattress, boxspring, and frame. I waited around ALL day and even called in to check on my order. The sales woman told me she couldnt reach the delivery driver. She assured me however, with the utmost certainty that my items would be shipped the same day. I proceeded to wait.I called several other times throughout the day. My items never came and they stopped answering my phone calls.The next day I called almost a dozen times and they still did not answer my call. I drove to the store and asked to speak to a manager who walked out of the office with the phone in hand. I called their listed number once more whilst standing in front of him and the phone rang, further proving my calls were being ignored. He then proceeded to give me a story about how the driver had a family emergency. I explained while I understand people have emergencies, nobody called to update me on the status of my shipment.Additionally, he refused to refund my money for the same day delivery. I paid a decent amount of money for my items. They got my money and treated me unfairly. He notified me my items were first on the list to be delivered. My items did not come until 6 PM the next day.
The furniture owner is a liar and a thief.I bought it as a plant with a warranty in case anything happens to the sofas.But a week after they bought them, the cloth started to rip andI called the furniture owner to send someone to check on the sofa.But every time I calls, he tells me.I called the company, and theyre sending the rep.But hes lying.Dont trust himAnd this isnt the first time hes sold me bad Very bad stuff.Dont buy him.Hes a liar.
The worst experience ever. I brought a sofa and loveseat believing that it was made by Simmons well about 6 months the cushions start to sink-in. Call Simmons for a replacement. Found out they didnt make my furniture. Then the so-called leather started to peel. So irritated that he didnt even try to fix it. Going to small claims court. He needs to stop taking people hard earned money.
Manager was extremely rude, didn’t wear a mask and jumped between multiple customers. Bought furniture scheduled to deliver many days ago and never received it although the store kept reassuring us that it would be delivered that day for every day we called. Finally showed up to the store yesterday to get a refund and was told that it would be delivered today at 11AM. Still did not deliver and store turned off their phone. 0/10 want my money back.
I bought a bedroom set and they took almost a month to deliver my stuff. Every time I called they said is on it ways right now. First time buying there and last.
Run far away, this place is so unorganized and unprofessional it’s insane. Never AGAIN & the owners or delivery men do not wear mask, my furniture was tossed around and damaged bc I insisted the delivery men to wear a mask while inside my home, after them bringing me the wrong couch twice. Problem still not resolved.
Was supposed to receive my bed and mattress next day took them about a week. And then when I picked up they told me I didn’t have a mattress which was bs cause I had my receipt finally get the bed home and half the damn frame is missing.! Extremely irritated
Worst place to buy furniture they give you a date for delivery and they then they don’t even call you back to tell you they changed it the girl got attitude almost 2 weeks and no delivery 🚚 want my money back

THE WORST I go and make the order, the owner tells me that most of the furniture is there and that he will send it to me as quickly as possible but that those who deliver have a sick mother and that they could not, then two oclock pass weeks, he called the office and I call him the owner at his personal number and he tells me that he is going to check and that he is going to call me and he never calls me, I tell the friend who recommended it and she also calls him and he does not respond to him afterwards I have to go to the store and there it jumps to me that he is not having a good day and that he can not help me and that he is not going to make two deliveries that I wait until they arrive the other furniture that supposedly arrives on Tuesday, to carry it all together. I told him that if they didnt arrive by Friday of the following week that I would return. Today they are already 3 weeks waiting, I come back and I call and he tells me to call the store because he is not there, I call the store and Ivett the secretary answers me saying that they have not yet arrived and that they have no date to arrive. They have no words in this place, they do not know how to meet the customer
I made a purchase of a set of four 22 days ago and they called me two days to make delivery and they never gave me a claim for my money and they inform me that they will keep 35% of my money when it is their responsibility. Do not trust your money in a furniture store how it is so inresponsible
