Went shopping for a bed and couldnt be happier with the customer service. Columbus blvd location has an amazing salesman by the name of Narcisse. This man was kind and courteous and made us welcome immediately. Asked our price range and a few questions about sleep habits and pointed us to the hybrid mattresses which is what we had been considering anyway. While making the deal he was able to save us a good bit of money making us able to afford an upgrade to a king sized bed within the same budget range. Bed is a long time purchase but if I need another or a family member needs one I will be sending them to Narcisse at Mattress Firm.

I dont normally write reviews but I had NO IDEA of which bed I wanted, needed, etc. Im so bad with names but the employee who helped me was very very helpful. He was patient with me when I needed some time to decide and was very honest about the differences in expensive beds and beds a little lower in price. He was very knowledgeable and I actually learned a few things! Even with me being not so sure on what to choose, he wasnt trying to force me to buy the expensive beds, which I appreciated. But he let me know the benefits of a better quality. So all in all I left there with a new bed and platform and it is being delivered the very next day! Also I like that they give u 120 days to return. Great service. Thank you !

Mattress is great but you can get this mattress anywhere ... was expecting great customer service but all we received were employees only in it to try and push crappy products and make commission. DO NOT buy the mattress protectors as they are crap and you cant return them (which they didnt tell us you couldnt return them).
