This place is fantastic! Theyre very efficient and proficient! Theyre prices are reasonable and you dont have to take your vehicle back for the same thing! The Owner Tom is always professional and nice!

Absolutely horrible customer service, I told them what was wrong with my car and they wouldn’t even take a chance and look at it. They just turned me away. If you need real work done I don’t recommend them they’re a lazy shop . I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SHOP IT’S A COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME !!

This auto repair shop is seriously lacking customer service. The owner speaks to the customers in a very rude and condescending manner. I prefer to pay more money and have better customer service experience than to pay cheap prices for lack lustering work and terrible customer service. I took my vehicle to this shop so they could diagnose a rattling sound coming from the rear of my vehicle. After purchasing the parts I was told I needed and having them installed the rattling noise did not change or go away. I was then told to bring my car back 2 days later so it could be re-examined at which point I was greeted with very poor customer service and told that if I was going to be a problem I could take my car somewhere else. Without any hesitation or argument I ask for my keys back and I took my car somewhere else.

This used to be MY preferred mechanic. I recommended several ppl here because of the service. But, recently after waiting over an hour for them to be opened (which they open later in the summer), and being the 2nd customer in line, I received the worst treatment. They MUST improve their customer service. When you send a customer to the store to get parts that you dont have, that customer should NOT lose their spot. After returning, they took EVERY customer before me. I left, never to return!

The owner Tuan is a nice person, who help me fix my power steering rack, CV axles, lower control arm (w/ball joint), and sway bar link (Nissan Maxima 2002). His mechanic also did the good job and has done Everything nice and fast. Tuan is honest and he wont tell you to change or fix the parts that you dont need to change. After the mechanic repairs my power steering rack, he put the old broken one in the box and put The whole box in my car for me to get my core fee back from AutoZone. Yes. You can order your parts from other place and they only charge you repair labor. It means that they do not make money from your parts. The price is fair and affordable in Elmwood Auto. I definitely will go back again if I have any trouble of my car.Duan Boss is a very good person. He helped me to fix the steering wheel of the steering gear, the drive shaft, the tie rod ball and the control arm. (I bought the already-drawn rod ball head with the control arm, no need to install it again.) of). His technicians are also very good, mainly technicians helping to repair. In addition, the boss is very honest, he will not ask you to change some parts that you dont need now (I brought the steering wheel motor, he told me that it is not bad, dont change.) When they replace the old steering gear After that, I put it in the box and put it in my car, so that I can take the old parts to AutoZone and take Core Fee (the merchant charges in advance, when you take the broken parts back, the merchant will pay you back, similar to the withdrawal fee) get back. You can order parts online (but please make sure that the quality of the parts you buy is no problem, otherwise the parts I bought for the first time are not good, the second time I go to repair, they still have to receive your work before), which means they Do not earn the cost of your parts. Working money is also acceptable and burdensome. If there are still problems with my car in the future, I should still choose them.
