I was there last year at 8am when they say they open. The PuertoRican guy got there an hour later not ready still changing clothes and putting his boots on .My car was an old honda Del sol . Yes it was low to the ground, but instead of the guy telling me that they couldnt service it, he was mad at the car for being too low. I guess he was in charge, because then he got the young guy at the front desk to tell me that they wasnt accepting cash, and that the card machines were down. I knew it wasnt true. I confronted him and told him he was an A-Hole in Spanish. It wasnt the young guys fault. He was just listening to his wannabe manager. I will never go there again .

Dont trust this place or its rating on google they messed up my brakes. Mechanics arent that good they know basics. I paid them went in with my brakes in good condition just needed a little work came out with my car needing more repair because the mechanic messed up another part on my car. My car is pretty new as well.

Went to Monro service center over the weekend with my sister to have her car service and I must say I was really please Mr Greg and team really do go out there way to make sure there customers are happy I will be going back and taking my friends and family thanks for the great job.

If I asked I would give it 0 stars, I had always done the service with them but today I went and after they charged me $ 15 more expensive they did not give me a receipt because they supposedly did not have ink, the offer included rotation and they did not want to charge additional, they did not 5 points check nor did they put the seal of the next oil change ... according to them they did not have it available either ... terrible service ... one less customer

Went to the Aramingo location the other day with a friend and I must say we were very please with the service the Manager Greg and one other worker gave us there was by there self and they were busy and the Manager Greg was doing his best to take care everyone just wanted to give him a good review because he really deserves it because some of the customers really gave him a hard time but he stay professional and did his job wish more More Manager was like him I will return with all my cars and my family cars also

They told me to come in at 10:30pm and it was 1:00pm when i was attended! Not only that but i was charged $140 for a break change and they didnt use no material of theirs i brung my own breaks and it was supposed to cost no more the $100. i will never go back there ever again. the workers are good but the boss is a greedy selfish man and i hope no one ever goes there when he is there.

The manager at the front desk was very pleasant. Its one of the least expensive for an oil change while theyre running the special. They also checked my truck over for free! The staff has changed over since I was there last but they replaced them with some good guys.

At 7:00am, I attempted to schedule an appointment for today at 9:30am. I received an email stating that I would receive an email confirming the appointment. 9:30am passed, so I attempted to call the store directly to cancel my request. Someone answered and put me immediately on hold. So I went ahead and got my inspection completed elsewhere. At 5:13pm, I received an email confirming my 9:30am appointment. Um..no.

Came here to get my brakes done. Manager Greg hooked me up for a great price. There was no wait to get the complimentary inspection and i was in and out in about an hour. Be prepared for the District Manager to try to upsell you lol. Greg took care of me though and I’m a happy customer.

Joe was extremely helpful and worked with me on my tire issues. I had several flats. For the first one, he got me up and running so I could get to work and meet a deadline. I came back a couple days later with another flat and he got me up and running quickly. He was also very courteous and respectful of my time. I would highly recommend Joe and Monroe

Went to appointment- they had no idea what I was talking about, didn’t have my appointment scheduled and best of all, told me they don’t do tire repair. At a tire repair shop. I had an appointment for an oil change and tires check (since the tire light was on) for my visit this past weekend. Jake was very informative and helpful with my questions and concerns, and even suggested a better oil for my car. He also kept the waiting room entertained during the service. I give 5 stars for the customer service but only 4 stars for the actually vehicle service because as soon as I pulled out of the shop, my tire light came right back on!! Not sure if the mechanic actually check my tires or not but now I feel uneasy for any services other than an oil change here.

This place is an absolute joke!! Appointments don’t mean anything, their go to excuse is “we under staff today” (always under staff). It can take half to a full day to get a simple oil change. If you value your time and good customer service take your car somewhere else. Came for an oil change today the technician told me he can’t do anything until another technician is on site, the open at 9:00am, it is now 10:00am. He is just kicking back while the waiting room crowd with people.

Let me start off by saying the manager James was outstanding. He explained everything that needed to be done for me and talked me through things I might have needed to have done in the near future. Very respectful young man. Was hesitant about coming here but left satisfied due to James. Great worker!

I called ahead to get a follow up appointment for previous work done at another Monro in Harrisburg. The owner of that place had requested a 5 start review before leaving with the vehicle so I’m unsure of the status for different locations.The person on the phone was kind and would’ve had me in that Thursday, but wanted me to come Saturday at 11 so that their better mechanic could take a look.Come Saturday, I realized I’d had the address confused but still made it to the parking lot at 11:02 and called to make sure everything was still going forward. I was told they couldn’t hear me so I called again.At 11:04 the operator explained that if I wasn’t there at exactly 11 they would need to reschedule and to come back in two hours to see what they can do.I initially tried to absorb the situation, but called back to confirm that this was for being 2-4 minutes late.I didn’t understand if I had offended anyone and to go home and come back would be over an hour, so I decided to play it safe and reschedule at another location out of state but closer to my place of work.I walked in to cancel in person in case that had started this and was greeted with a smile.I’m unsure the attitude towards different kinds of people or insured(fixing bad repairs within the chain) but I would just say be careful how you come in and be aware of whatever rules they have before hand so you don’t have to wonder why.

I had a 90,000 mile service done to my car and an alignment. I thought I would be there for at least 4 hours. It was done in an hour! James helped me with my Monroe coupon discounts and kept me informed as to what was being checked. Felix was my mechanic and before I left, I personally thanked him. I will definitely come back.

I stopped there today really just to ask a question but Jamal the assistant manager.. suggested if I actually want to fix what I was asking about it would be a cheap and quick simple job which was great to hear because 3 other mechanics Ive been to told me way different.. took jamals word and I was out of there in 20 mins and saved 150 dollars i was gonna give to another mechanic i has asked to fix this problem.. jamals the man and my new guy for car problems

Over priced they charged me $400 on a 2000 Honda Civic for just an oil change and tune up come to find out I could’ve gotten the same work done at regular garage in the hood for half the price don’t waste your time and money especially if you have an older car not even a month later my car is giving me problems after he claimed everything was fine.! They claim there giving you a special but it’s far from it all they did was take advantage of a female that knows nothing about cars!

We took our car in for a welding job that took 15 min but got charged 150$. The work was done very well and Felix was great but if the hourly labor is 135$ then the charge for 15 min of work is not proportional. It felt like we were scammed.

I was here a couple of months ago to get an oil change, they left the cap off. Long story short, the oil was all over my engine and smelled horrible. So the guy Joseph gave me a free oil change for my next time here. Well, little did I know Joseph was fired. & come to find out I can’t use my full coupon, because that’s something that just can’t be done. Well the positive is, that the new guy Ron here still hooked me up with a discount & is a very nice person! Monro did right by bringing him here to turn this place around!

Great experience while waiting for my vehicle, kept me informed on how long I’d be and even if anything came up during my wait I was made aware. James made sure my to let me know of the other issues that may be coming in the future and how I may be able to address them when they occur.

I was extremely happy with the service I received at arimingo location yesterday, The manager Jake explained to me step by step what he was doing and what I needed . I am 60 years old and he had so much patients with me, he answered all my questions and was so please. I will be going to minor for my car service from now on, I will be telling all my friends about the wonderful service I had with them.

I do understand its a $25 oil change but come on! They didnt even check the air in my tires (light was on on the dash before and after) and now oil drips the drain plug. Ive parked it in my garage for years. Never a spot until i left there. Never.

They are very rude. The first time I was there they had me sitting there for 2 hours after they found out they couldnt do the work on my car. This time I brought my car in at 8 am at 10am they got the approval to do the work from the warranty company. It is now 2pm and they said it will be another hour. For something he said it will be a hour for work. I ask what was the hold up he said it was 3 people before me. Mind you they had already left by time he got the approval for my car.

I have been looking for a reliable mechanic or location since moving into the area. The first time I stopped by was just to simply get air in my tire (typical female). The service I received for that was phenomenal, I had to go back. I had a few major and minor issues with my vehicle and Joe explained to me the whole process, including prices and time frame. He was pleasant from the first day, love the fact that everytime I go there he has the same cheerful personality. Besides having good mechanics working on your vehicle you also want good customer service. I recieved that here. Loyal customer! Keep up the great work guys.

Horrible experience went for an oil change and they broke the plug from the oil pan and didnt even bothered telling till I saw all the oil on the floor and engine knocking they tried covering it by putting silicone on the plug. Also you can go there or call them for a simple oil change and they say they are full, booked or too busy and they dont even have cars in the service area or parking lot. When you use your drive card they have a discount and the guy did not even want to give me the discount I ask to speak to a manager and the guy was rude and said there no manager that hes the one to deal with.

The last time I went there they told me they couldn’t do any inspections because the guy wasn’t there. I asked when he’d be back and they said I misunderstood, they don’t have an inspection person because they got in trouble more than once for not meeting the requirements to do inspection, and so the state revoked their license to do inspections for 6 months or something. Also, they work slowly.

They didnt sell rims so they bent my rim back into shape for free when I bought a tire from them. That was very nice of them. Date of service: Nov. 29

Went there for a oil change they put conventional oil instead of synthetic oil. Also brake service sucks never put new brakes on my car just charged me for it dont ever go here! I started doing my own work on my car so ik what goes into my vehicle

I was there for 3 hours just to get a resonator whelded. In 3 hours they werent able to fix 2 cars and were not taking more costumers.their service is slow and they charge 125 $ hourly these guys are not worth the money please save your time and money and go somewhere else.

I called Monro to get an oil change. Jake told me to come right in, which I did. He was kind and kept my family entertained while we waited less than 45 min for our oil change. I recommend coming here for good service.
