The owner is thorough and professional with his work, and I will definitely be going back for all my automotive repairs! No haggling or misleading you to issues that don’t really exist, and that’s very appreciated as a woman going into an auto mechanic shop. Two days to run diagnostic that was never done. Called to check status on the second Day. No return call. Went to the shop car was still sitting. Food was found inside of the vehicle. Orange slice, spoon and half empty water bottle. The door was unlocked. So I took it to a car dealer for repairs.

I dropped the car off, was quoted a price, it came in lower then they stated. I said I needed it back by a certain day and they called me on that day, I didnt need to hunt them down. I would use again but I hope I do not need too. Would highly recommend!!!!!

I have been dealing with them for several months now. They have replaced my phone engine for a pretty low cost then the a few other things the owner cut the price down on. Then my trans went out and the warranty company had a few issues but Berry helped get me back on the road. In short, service was great all around, nice prices. Will gladly take my 05 expedition back any time!

Horrible service overall. Unprofessional owner/manager, poor communication, ridiculous rates. They had my car for almost 2 months and charged my 2k for a teardown. &Didnt even have the decency to tell me they didnt put it back together.(which Im pretty sure they charged me to do) Just tossed it in the trunk..If the dozens of yet repaired vehicles taking up space in their lot isnt enough, take my advice and try another aamco at the very least.

I was told my car would be ready in two weeks it’s been over time also I never received phones I have done daily walk ins. I was told my car was ready Friday morning and I came by again Saturday morning my car still isn’t ready and he said it will be ready in an hour I came by 3 hours later the car is still on the lift again I haven’t received a phone which he said he would do and when I came by they were closed and I’m still without my car this Sunday and Monday is a holiday 😬

I accidentally put brake oil in my transmission and gratefully I didn’t drive it. I had my car towed here on a Tuesday and it was ready by Friday. I could’ve picked it up Thursday. Very clean and professional. Thank you Berry and Aamco team!

Towed my vehicle in for engine replacement. Barry was very helpful and knowledgeable about the needs of my vehicle. He made me feel comfortable in the fact that everything was going to be ok. He let me know that soon as a lift became available it would be taken care of. Within 3 weeks my engine had been ordered and put in my vehicle. I’m happy with the service and professionalism that was given to me at this shop. Thanks again to Barry and staff that took care of my vehicle at this Aamco will return for my auto needs in the future.

This service center is is bad and service it had my car from April 21st to the present and I still havent got my car back they put the car together saying it was working I went up there and the transmission couldnt shift it now theyve been up there three days trying to get the transmission to shift somebody doesnt know what theyre doing up there this is the worst car service center I know of I could have had a rebuilt transmission put in an somebody in the neighborhood transmission place these guys are really bad and they overcharge you too hell give you know then Ill give you no numbers for the parts they put in they just name the part but theres no numbers that go with the part so you dont know what they put in there dont take your car there youll be sorry name is Robert Bethel

They did a great job with my transmission. Mechanic was well versed in his profession. Called a week ago to get my brakes done and the young man never called me back. At that point I moved to a mobile mechanic. He did a great job too!

Car stayed in shop 2 mos no work done. I called asking several times to release my vehicle-ignore. They said they were busy yet When I came to store a dude had put his car in that morning and it was ready the same day. Disrespectful, unprofessional. Untruthful company with no morals. I advise others not to bring your vehicle here

I took my car there for repairs because my warranty company use this place. I was quite surprised Chris answers the phone has the answers you are looking for and it he if doesnt know right away he will call you back. If he doesnt get right back, give him a call they are very busy. They provide step by step what needs to be done. Waiting for the insurance to get back was time consuming. I recommend this company if you want to deal with integrity and proficient people.

They are friendly, courteous. Took the time to talk n explain what was wrong. Gave me several options. Did not just tell me what I wanted to hear. At the end of the day, the price for the transmission was more than reasonable.

I have a foreign car (Suzuki), so a lot of times its hard to get parts, especially on the same day. AAMCO came through for me in a pinch on 3 separate occasions. In one situation they came through twice in one week by getting the required parts and fixing it on the same day, when other mechanics told me they couldnt do it until the next week. Chris was courteous, explained the parts and service and the rates were reasonable. This will be my go to from now on. I highly recommend this shop.

Unbelievably expensive. They put my truck up on the lift to “take a look” they told me it would be $850 to change 2 rear brake calipers (easy job). When I said that was too expensive and to take it down, they said it would be $250 to take it off the lift! They completely took advantage of me!

The first time that I took my daughters Mazda there, they offered me a few options and gave me a detailed explanation of the cars major malfunction. They repaired the issue and actually fixed a few other minor mechanical issues at no extra cost. It was awesome!They always provide competent, trustworthy, reliable auto care every time I have car issues, and they have fair prices.I wont take my car or my kids cars anywhere else! They are great!

Went to this location to file a warranty claim on my transmission. The little bit of service I was provided was from a worker named Barry. However the owner, Julian, turned out to be very difficult to work with and my line of communication mainly ran through him. This location held my car without issue any paperwork, which I thought was sketchy to begin with. While initiating the process, Julian failed to keep me in tune with any of the updates, he was rude when I called in to inquire about my vehicle and he put me back on hold multiple times without returning to the call. I had to Uber after work to pick up my car and Julian was nowhere to be found in the office. Barry returned and car and informed me that although my transmission slipped occasionally, that there was no reading on their machine for errors. When I drove home I called my warranty company and they notified me that Julian had reached them and said that my vehicle needed a new transmission and transfer case. Luckily, he wasn’t able to conjure up a make believe quote for the company so the claim wasn’t filed through him. My guess is that Julian wanted to maximize his location’s profit off of my warranty agreement with no real reason why. Beware of this location and this owner. Do business at your own risk.

I am so happy I took my car to Aamco of rising sun! After an extremely nightmarish experience at another Aamco location in Bear. Aamco of rising sun met every standard! The techs and even customer service reps were all extremely courteous. The owner Julian even became involved with making sure my car was repaired properly. He went out of his way for me like I was apart of his family. He warrantied his craftsmanship and worked with my budget. I recommend Aamco of rising sun to everyone after my wonderful experience! I have rarely if ever received service on the level I have here! I will be giving reviews to better business bureau as well! Thank God for decent people who aim to operate businesses where the customers are satisfied and they aren’t trying to take a bunch of money from you! These are an amazing group of people who are experienced and compassionate! Thanks again!

Let me just start with, auto repair is never fun! I hate to spend the money and Im always worried Im going to get ripped off.. However, I have been going to AAMCO for the past 2 years and have been so impressed with the service. Everyone working there is so pleasant, kind, and patient. I originally used them when my sons transmission went out on his truck. I called around and was getting all types of quotes and guarantees. But when I called AAMCO, the salesman took the time to explain the whole process to me. He went out of his way on a Saturday to get the truck picked up and had his guys start working on it immediately. The most amazing part was when it came time to pay, he actually charged me less than the original estimate!!! Since then, they have worked on all our vehicles and have always done great work. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I went out of my way to bring my car here because of a friends recommendation and I am glad I did. The service was excellent and my car was fixed at a much lower price than I had expected. I would recommend this location to anyone who needs work done on their car.

I was in town visiting my family and had an issue with my car the day after Thanksgiving, they towed me in and fixed my vehicle by the next day with no issue...even stayed past 1pm on Saturday so I could get there and gave me a discount for paying in cash. Thanks to the crew (especially the owner/head mechanic) for saving my holiday weekend!

Terrible customer service and they will try to scam you if you let them! I purchased a new used vehicle and wanted a check before the warranty ended, which was in days! I asked for as much information as I could from them in regards to the status of my vehicle after it was left there over the weekend( yes I had to call and inquire multiple times) and they had no information to provide, their computer showed no codes to provide, yet they they Tried to scam me out of paying for random damages and failed parts. They ended up calling My warranty company quoting for a new part price and attempted to to quote the possible difference to me! How do I have a quote for an outrageous bill if you do not know what is wrong with my car, have done no work for me to pay you for, and the inspection was free? Scam artist!

Very very unprofessional...I was told my car would be ready one day and when I call to pick up it’s not ready!! I have been getting the run around from the owner and my total cost with the was $3000 and this is the treatment I get! I would never ever do business with them again and I prefer no one else does either...Scam artist and also a liar!! Hello my name is Anthony Outen, On 11/26 I realized my Chevy Suburban needed to be serviced. I wanted to wait until after my holiday shopping was done to before I had my vehicle service. I took my truck to my mechanic to find out what the problem was a head of time because the weather started to change for the worst. I found out I needed my transmission serviced so I my truck to Aamco on 4539 Rising Sun ave and spoke to Tim. Tim has a group of mechanics that was able to tell exactly what was wrong with my truck with in 10 minutes. Tim tells me then job takes a few days because of the amont work involved. I explained to Tim that my truck is my only means of transportation to work. Tim make some calls for parts and comes back and tell me he can have all the work done on Monday. I have to admit I was skeptical at first that I was getting the best deal and that the work would be done on time. I left Aamco and thought over the services and called back with my deposit a few hours later. I let Tim know I could not answer my phone while I was at work but I could check my text messages and text them back. I dropped my truck off on Monday at 7am and around 12pm I received a text that I needed a new starter as well. I was already outside of my monthly budget with my repairs being over $1000 so I text Tim back that I didnt have enough for the started at this time. Most of my bills are paid at the beginning of the month along with my rent and with Christmas being around the corner I had to think about my kids. Tims brother Kevin texted me back that I could pay $63.53 in addition $890 I was already going to pay and the other $200 in January. Now remember Tim and Kevin has never met me before and without knowing who I am and the fact that I have a family they met me and my families needs flawlessly. Someone that actualy cares about their customers and the service they provide to the customer is very rare. I personaly thinks Tim and Kevin at Aamco deserve 10 stars for the whole experience. My truck was done on time as promised. Thank you

I went here to have my car work on and I call 2 days later to find out how much I owe and if it is done the people told me $135 and I went there to pay for it and they told me $186.49 and I have a warranty that I only pay $100 copay I never had a problem with this place all the years I be going there it now
