I had a great experience at their facility. Very professional and courteous. While I was at home waiting for the work on my car to be done, they called me and kept me updated on the progress of my vehicle. They actually go over every detail, from what brought you in to what was being done to your car. It was a different experience for me, before I left with my car they walk with me to my car and went over the work that had been done. I could not have asked for a better experience. I would definitely come back!!!

I’ve been looking for a honest, professional place to go for YEARS and I’ve found one. Minor problem on my brakes, so much so, that they didn’t even charge me so because of that, I brought the mechanic lunch! I am very please with their honesty. Very good value, I happened to past them one day and decided to give them a try .. and I’m glad I did, first their customer service is top notch 100%! which is hard to find and very much appreciated . Very very expensive just to put on 2 serpintine belts, because my car takes 2 cost $600+ to weld a flex pipe cost $1200. So of course I know a little something about cars. So I left around 930 am and by 1045 am my belt were fixed at car quest at5th and erie ave and by 2pm my flex pipe was welded on by a welding shop at 10th and tioga. So $139 for the belts and labor and 180 for the flex pipe and labor. $199 from rapco for the full check of my car. So a little less than $600 is a fraction of the $2500 estimate i was given for a 2005 kia amanti. Wheww i dodged the bullet on that one, and my daughters car is purring like a cat.

I was recommended by John Kennedy dealerships in Jenkintown to go here for my Ford Escape to upgrade the grill, lights, bumper etc. They did a really nice job I had them look at my Sonata when I purchased it from another dealer. The also do state inspections among other things. Before they proceed on any work they make sure they research any issues you have. Jason and his crew do a thorough job, they will even let you in the back if you have questions about your car or take pictures of your car and bring it to you to explain any issues you may have what needs to be done. I highly recommend them. I have been coming since 2019, it is very hard to find mechanics you can trust!

Rapco was recommended to me by a relative. I do have an automotive shop I have been using for years, but I decided to give them go and Im happy I did. They were prompt in a response to an email I sent them (2 responses by 2 different people. The quote was the same and one had no idea the other had already responded) so I called to make an appointment. I was able to bring the car in right away! They were professional, courteous and honest. As a female, my knowledge of cars is very limited, but they listened to my explanation of the issues and understood exactly what I was trying to describe. They explained everything to me so that I could easily understand and the price for numerous repairs was fair. My car now runs like it did when I purchased it! I am extremely satisfied and I have a new Automotive Repair Shop!

Today is my first experience with Rapco Auto. I googled oil change and everywhere was booked and I need an appointment. I didn’t feel like driving to the car dealership for the oil change. Then I seen Rapco was around the corner from my house so I took a chance and called. I need the oil change last week and there was other concerns as well. I was told to come on around, since it was my first time they inspected my car. I need front and rear brakes, a window switch and could use new tires. I was give a quoted price before the work was done. I felt it was reasonable for parts and labor. Much less than the car dealership. I have found me an auto shop I can trust for my vehicles. This shop cares for the whole car. I will recommend this place to all my friends.

With top tier customer service and reliable work, Rapco is definitely a hidden gem in the Philadelphia area. The staff is very honest and knowledgeable and make you feel more than comfortable. They give you a lot of information about your car without being over complicated or overbearing. I drove out of their garage feeling extremely satisfied and confident about my car. This was my first visit but I will most likely return for future repairs.

Upon calling for an inspection appointment I was able to get a next day service. The service was comprehensive and going beyond the call of duty... made me and my car feel well taken care of without excessive costs. At the end, all service related issues were clearly explained ....and all this with a great attitude and a friendly smile. Great experience. They took care of all my cars issues at what I thought was a very reasonable price. Rapco is the place to go....hands down. Their service is undeniable. I went into Rapco after getting a free diagnostic reading from Autozone which said that my ignition coil in cylinder 6 had gone bad. Upon arriving they were very professional. They tested each of the coils and come to find out it wasnt the coils at all but the actual spark plugs that had gone bad. After replacing the spark plugs my car has been running like new. I will continue going to them for any of my car needs. Thanks Rapco for the A+ service you provided.

The air conditioner in my car died in the middle of a 90 degree+ heat wave. I took my car to Rapco expecting a long wait and an expensive charge. They got to it right away, fixed it perfectly the day it got there and the fee was far more reasonable than I ever expected. Everything has been working perfectly since bringing it in. Ive been bringing my cars to RAPCO for over 20 years & I have to say that theyre reasonable. Theyre very thorough on inspecting my vehicles but dont force you into getting something done to your car. They will advise you & let you decide. Im very happy with the service.

I highly recommend this auto repair shop. I came in for the first time in a stressful situation with my car that needed immediate attention. Everyone in the shop was kind and caring and took the time to listen and assure me that they could and would fix the problem in a timely manner. Within half hour, my car was test driven, diagnosed, and repaired!! While waiting I sat in nice comfy leather couch and read a fashion magazine. It was my most comfortable car repair experience ever! Rapco is a great family business that has been around for decades. My father first introduced me to them when I was younger, so once I got my own car if I didnt go to the dealer rapco was next in line. They do wonderful work and if you have any problems with the work they done, its no hassle with taken it back. I have dealt directly with Jay or Mike who always accommodate me when I have to drop my car off before i got to work, there the best. Overall I recommend rapco for any automotive needs, its just like going to the dealer but cheaper and better.

I called Rapco when I suspected that my starter had failed. Mike took my call and was polite and knowledgeable He agreed to look at my car promptly and I took it in next day. I was very concerned because my car is 14 years old but I cannot afford to replace it, or put much into its repair. Upon brief examination, the mechanic noticed that I was due for inspection and offered this service as well. I agreed. Within a couple of hours I received a call that my car had passed inspection and that my starter problem was just a result of loose battery cables! Brakes Grinding & shaking, ABS and Traction Light intermittently coming on. Took my car to Pep Boys twice! Took may car to RAPCO...Once and got the problem diagnosed which turned out to be Broken Axles & Misaligned Tires (How come the BOYS couldnt figure that out). My car was fixed & returned all in the same day. Excellent customer service. Great explanations of the services they provided on my car, and my hubby and I got an awesome t-shirt.

I have a 91 Buick Regal. I know that it is a old car but I still wanted it to run good. I guess you could say that I have big expectations and a low budget. When I came into Rapco I did not know what to expect because like some of the big chain stores like Midas and Meineke you pay as you way however, after a thorough inspection of my car which was free the Rapco team met and exceeded my expectations. Just left here from getting my car serviced my brake light was not working and this was the 3rd visit to them for same problem. Ive paid what my bill was EVERYTIME for this repeat problem repair and they had the nerve to say in annoyance that they arent gonna keep fixing my car free of charge!! I have never received anything free from them not even a water! I politely corrected the service man and told him Ive never received anything free from here and he couldnt even correct himself! Not only did I think they were good but customer service is important and they lacked it today! My job gets all 6 of our company vans serviced here But not anymore! Very rude and inconsiderate to a paying customer!!
