Purchased a transmission for my 2003 honda civic. staff was very helpful. 10/10 would recomend

Called them right before Thanksgiving about a Honda transmission. Put a $200 deposit down. We live about 2 hours away. Called the next day to make sure it was ready and they lost the car. Then the guy told me he had a transmission but didn’t know if it was for that car. So i asked for my refund. It’s been over 2 weeks and still have not received a refund. If I could give them zero stars I would of given them negative stars.

So a little hard to find but we called the guy up and he directed us back down the street to find it. My sister and I bought a van seat from the. The man even put it in for us!

Only place close that had parts for my car after searching for a month. Reasonable prices and they pull the parts for you. They also advertise through craigslist for parting out certain cars. Will probably return when looking for more parts.

I bought a used car through a third party but Ali baba auto parts owned the title. The car had a serious safety issue with the front end and I did not realize until after I bought the car. As soon as I brought it to get inspected it got a red rejection sticker for safety. I contacted the third party who would not discuss the $688.00 cost that it would take to repair this issue. With that amount being greater than 10% of the purchase price it falls under the lemon law. No response from the seller. The whole thing seemed like a scam to sell this unsafe car. The third partys name is Mohammed Izhar Rashid from Warwick RI.

Fair, understanding, knowledgeable, and honest. Not much else you can ask from a business nowadays.
