Good customer service but they were out of a couple of things that I needed.it

Went there for a broken taillight the other day. Was in and out in 15 mins (with the headlight fixed!) Easiest process there could have been. Frank hooked it up, installed my light as a courtesy. Always a pleasure working with those guys!

Went to the Store on the 2500 block of Aramingo ave. Didnt have parts I needed (stabilizer Link bushings only) for a 97 Ford Explorer AWD V8 5.0 302 ci. Tried to find some bushings in the little packages hanging on the shelf. Associate who waited on me never informed me about selling them that way. When I asked about it he only told me what Isle to look in. He never bothered to walk with me to look and sent me to the wrong numbered Isle.

I have never had such a good experience with a car place, being someone who is pretty ignorant when it comes to car things. Had to exchange the battery after trying so hard to make sure we had the right one, but they were so kind and helpful it made the entire process so much better. Will be recommending them to anyone who’s looking!

Its an auto parts store, so dont expect glitz & glamour. My father always bought his parts from here, the employees take the time to make sure you have exactly whats needed to get the job done. Weve never had any issues with returns or exchanges, and its just an overall great store in its category.

Hit or a miss here. Pay cash because 50% of the time its the wrong part...female staff has attitude problems and the rift raft of the dollar store car world will always be a part of you experience here

I paid for $80 in items and my card was declined. Since the money isnt immediately returned to your account, I had to pay with another card. 2 weeks later, still the funds are unavailable. I went to the store 3 times, called customer service 14 times using 4 different numbers, and 11 emails, and still dont have the funds available to use. After all those calls, I couldnt talk to a human being! Not once! It didnt tell me how to get a hold of a real person that could help. I wasnt told how I could resolve it. Had I not tried as hard as I did, what would have happened to my money? I think after this length of time they would have kept it. I will never buy from autozone again! I recommend you take your business elsewhere unless you like gambling with no chance of winning, but only breaking even.

Truck broke down they did not have part i needed called another store down the street and they said they had it went to that store and they aint have it either felt like they were playing games with me.

I was on the 2524 Aramingo Avenue and ask for the check engine tool and the people who works there dont want to help me claiming dont have the scanner tool, the most ironic thing that was the same excuse for another store, and with and attitude no professional

Always have the part or what have that you need, the problem lies with getting help after the initialHi can I help you, I spent over an hour and a half looking thru part brochures., with only 1 salesman asking Everything alright? Then she just said Ill have someone help you with that only to wait another 30 minutes for anyone to glance my way except for security reasons. (Newest Autozone that Id been to, yet the least helpful & the only time leaving the store without the parts I came for)

Went in there for a short moment to get a head light bulb.... seemed like only one person was working at the time... he moved swiftly to help and cash out everyone and also changed my head light bulb for me😁

Jean Pimentel, the store manager, gave outstanding service when we were in great need. We came down from North Jersey (2hrs away)and on the way home, our car overheated, fortunately directly across the street from Jean’s store. He came over to our car, stayed through the repair and gave us all we needed to be safe. I can’t recommend Jean’s store and customer service more. A++

I would give zero stars if I could. I called on a thursday to order a part that was supposed to be in on saturday. I called saturday to make sure the part came in, it was never ordered!!! I wasted two days waiting when I could’ve went elsewhere! Very unprofessional!! I’ll never go there again!

Always great customer service when I come here. They answer all questions I may have and always help me find what I need for my car. I came in the other day to have my battery checked and was told I needed a new battery. Jean Pimentel helped me out with the battery testing and installing my battery and even cleaned the corrosion for me (which I knew nothing about). He politely explained everything he was doing to my car and answered all my questions. New Battery has been in for a couple days now and no further issues. Great customer service 👍🏼

Poor customer service call for them to pull part... said he had it and 30mins later its gone.

I found what I needed, but no one actually helped me with the process. Customer service could be a little better. No one welcomes you when you come in unlike other stores.

On one hand, this AutoZone Auto Parts is a clean and well-stocked store to visit when youre in need of new windshield wipers or charger cables. On the other, its where you go when youre at wits end and cannot afford a tow truck to the mechanics. Its where strangers give up their lunch break to carry a 60 lb. battery 10 blocks (and install it!) without asking for a dime in return. I believe the AutoZone Auto Parts at 2524 Aramingo Ave may be the last bastion of pure-hearted human interaction in the USA. And its mostly because of a single employee, Mr. Sean Bryant. Give this man a raise, hes an angel among the fallen.

Store manager is extremely rude and has no customer service skills. Went in for a check engine light check. He argues with the guy in from of me and then kept pushing me back to the back of the line because he was the only one there. Ive worked customer service myself 10+ years and understand there are certain things you cant do when there is only one store rep in the store, but this guy roles his eyes, slams papers on the desk and talks to you with a tone. I contact the district manager who then calls the store and the guy refuses to answer the phone. Ive Been going to this store for years and this is the first time I have ever experienced such rude behavior from an employee, let alone the store manager. No wonder the 2nd employee called out.

Auto Zone is the worst place to work. Especially if you have a manager that is not train Well they don,t train and is a mean idiot with no knowledge of what a manager should be. I apologize to the customers for the time I worked there. I tried to help by giving some opinion on what is wrong but AZ don t like that . They just want to sell you! But they dont help the employee si it can give you better service.

Service was and always is horrible here. One person on the Register working sales and parts. Stood in line 5+ mins before walking out and leaving my stuff where I stood. Returned over an hour later by chance due to an ATM run and the stuff was where it was left. More importantly, I stood in line for 10 more mins while one person worked the entire store alone. #horrible
