Excellent Prices, large supply of refrigerators. Flat rate of $30 delivery and take away old fridge for $10. Picking out the fridge was easy they had most units labeled. Fast and accurate checkout process. Once arrived they had the old one out and used one in just under 15 mins. I also live on the second floor and they did the steps without issues. Overall excellent

This place never buy the refrigerator we bought 2 months ago refrigerator. After one week the refrigerator isnot working properly the technician said exchange the refrigerator they didnot and exchange the refrigerator. This company ( stevens Robert..) Never buy no buy. Great prices, i got a GE washer & dryer for $1100, brand new. Of course a few dents here & there but no1 has ever put their clothes in it & i have appliance paint... So i looked up brand new same dryer $699 i pd $490. Washer $729 i pd $525.

Great experience. Very quick and efficient sales rep. Delivery and installation quick and uncomplicated. My appliances are great quality. Its only been 24 hours so no problem as of now. If I have issues too soon I will definitely revisit this review and the BBB. Believe that.

I walked in and no one greeted me or asked me what I was in the store looking for. No customer service. There was two people sitting at the desk. Not even eye contact. So I walked out. It pains me when I get poor customer service.

Refrigerator went during this pandemic and no one had in stock what I wanted for quick delivery. They worked with me on the phone to find what was closest to what I needed and were careful to make sure it would fit. Not only did they have it in stock but arranged for quick delivery. Great items at a great price

I was having issues with a GE repair tech on a fridge I bought from Robert Stevens over 12 years ago. I called them on a limb to try and hunt down a serial number for the fridge. I spoke with Neil who was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to provide me with excellent customer service; the same customer service I experienced 12 years ago. Glad to see local places still have quality people who actually care about their customers.

The professionalism we got here at the store was the same we got as when they installed it. Everything was explained so we knew what to expect. We were given tips on how to maintain the appliance. We were not the only ones there. My brother was there to get a refrigerator. It went very smooth!!!

The people here were nice and friendly. It was a little busy so give yourself sometime to put your order in for the item you want. They didnt have a lot of refrigerators in our price range but they did have one an we could change the color. So it will be here Thursday.

Neighborhood stand by with great service

Bought stacked washer and dryer, it lasted just over a year. Previously I bought a fridge and it lasted 10 years. Buyer beware.

This is NOT a Scratch and Dent. Falsely named like Quality Pizza. They have no scratch and dent items. Everything is brand new and over priced.

Pretty nice selection to choose from

Prices are not low. The advertised retail price is at least over by $100 making their price look good when in reality you save $40. Ex: dryer on sale for $360 showing retail is $500. But I looked up the exact dryer and its 400 at Lowes so you are only saving 40. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

Got a brand new washer and dryer at a great price here. The price was $500 cheaper than both stores Id visited. That was about three years maybe four years ago and I havent had any problems since I recommend them to anyone.

Over priced used and old items not worth it

I purchased a refrigerator, washer, and dryer 12 years ago. My refrigerator went on the brink 12 years later. The washer and dryer is still going strong. No issues to date. Time to buy a new refrigerator. It served its purpose.

Slightly disappointed. I normally have great experiences but I was told the delivery guys couldnt call me because he didnt have good phone service and I have been waiting all day for my order.

Their service really sucks. The drivers dont know how to fit the appliance through the doorway with more than enough space, they took apart everything and left the mess for my husband. When I called the store, the representative was very rude. Will not be doing business there anymore.

Went here under the guise of a discount. Like mentioned the prices are close to the same prices at major stores. 20 dollars off aint enough for me. I will never go back. Extremely rude sales man. When I asked for an air conditioner in the $200 range he yelled at me to go to Kensington in front of everyone. I was extremely embarrassed and walked out of the store. When I called to complain I got hung up on. The worst experience ever in my life.

This place has really gone down hill. Bought a fridge 25 years ago for a great price and I still use it. When my daughter needed one we went there. Basically the same prices as any appliance store but with no recourse. Salesperson was a shifty old liar who thinks he knows all about the appliance game. Asks questions about things that are none of his business. Condescending. Many other current reviews complained of the same thing. I had to go there to see for myself. Scratch and dent stores should have major discounts. Like nearly half off of retail. This place is basically full retail price. Note to the shifty old liar salesperson: when an appliance is covered with scratches you dont take $100 off. You basically let it go for 50% off regular price.
