Although it looks more like a warehouse than like a store, you cannot beat home Depot at least in terms of prices. The quality of service like availability of help when you are looking for something is not as good as it used to be. If you dont know what you are looking for and where to find it, good luck. They should really manage the status of their inventory, sometimes items listed on the website arent actually there. Barring these factors they are the best.

Has a lot of the things one would need, but they really need to work on presenting the store as presentable for the customers sanity and safety. We had to crawl over pallets just to get to what we needed to buy because none of the employees came back to help when we requested over the loud speaker with an older female employee. After similar things happening in our past visits, I would not go to this location again until they straighten up their store.

I had such a great experience today at Home Depot on Castor Avenue we were there around 5pm my son and I today and we shop for a bathroom cabinet sink.. BIG thanks to Nikko who was so knowledgeable, informative and helpful in all we needed. A lot of times coming from work and having to look for and find out information about things with other employees at other locations can be a bad experience we give Nikko 100 thumbs up and pray for more employees like him he was extremely helpful THANK YOU so much Nikko

José made picking colors in paint easy. I came home and it was perfect.

Store was very busy. Was hard to find an attendant to help me with finding a lawn trimmer and some fly traps. Then the checkout line was almost back to the end of the row. There was only two checkout attendants managing four self checkout stations. That was all that was open.

Only had to return something and pick up something it was easy but one thing I dont like the worker at the return register was on the phone while Im waiting inline to be called up to do my return finally they looked up n seen me

My normal Home Depot that I visit frequently. They are generally stocked for what I need. Definitely better than Roosevelt Boulevard location. The Cheltenham location isnt bad but they dont have tool rental. This store does. Generally has security floating near entrance/exit door for parking lot.

Truly sad when the homeless have seriously taken ALL the shopping carts! Your there looking like how am I going to go around the store with with these ceramics tiles! Leave go to another stores.

Horrible customer service. One cashier working while her coworkers were standing around chatting it up. No attendant could be found to assist in the aisle either. Home depot please do better because your employees could care less.

I got in found what I needed. My check out person was awesome 👌 some of the staff were not very pleasant 😒didnt excuse themselves when they wanted to get by through the walkways they werent very friendly. The guard didnt even greet us. But, my overall experience was great. I will come back again.😉

This specific Home Depot is the bottom of the barrel... Ill keep driving 25 miles to an actual Home Depot that has the things you want or need and a courteous employee to assist you and not look at you with contempt when you bother them for assistance... Terrible!

I ordered my carpet on June, 30. I waited three weeks for the installation and when they came they brought the wrong color carpet, brown instead of gray. Now its almost two weeks later and nobody can tell me when the install will happen, flooring department doesnt answer the calls. If you want a fast service look somewhere else, HD is not the place for you.

Lowes is way better . I was sent from the last back to row 5. Then back to row 27. Close to the last row. An found 1 out of 3 things I needed. An I found that on accident. Then they couldnt find the price. So of to Lowes I went. 1 employee helped me find both items I needed 10 mins an on my way

Worst home Depot on earth. Whoever the general manager is obviously doesnt care. The employees are all rude and dont know anything. The lines are always super long with multiple employees standing around not opening extra checkout lanes. They are always out of stock of everything. Lowes is 2 blocks away, just go there instead.

The one on Adams and roosevelt should be called HOMEY DEPOT, hardly ever find someone for assistance

When you fixing up your house after a long recession I count on this place to keep my projects simple and affordable I really love it that they have everything I need and you can find great deals and quick solutions to whatever the problem is in your home. They make fixing the place a fun project and their selections of paint and tools go a long way. You need your keys made you just have to stop in and get your keys made in a hot second. Thanks home depot for making this that much simpler.

I went there to get 1 gal. Quikrete cement bonding agent. The website says they have more than 30 in stock but I couldnt find it on the shelf. I asked an associate and he didnt even try to help, he said if its not there so they dont have it.I showed him that their website says they have 32 in stock. No answer.

Clean and nice. Tons of security and employee s to ask questions. Would definitely go back. The also followed cdc guidelines of the 6 foot rule.

Just about anything related to home repair/remodel can be found here. Surprisingly enough, the prices for things are not as expensive as I thought. At this particular location, the staff has always been very courteous and just about informative as can be.

They help me to find what I needed quickly. They had an older individual which had experience in electrical work. That experience showed.

Go to place for any home remodeling projects. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable and helpful. They have everything you need and more to successfully do any diy home repair, project, remodeling or enhancing.

Customer service at this store is horrible, phone etique is horrible, if you can not speak proper grammar, you should not answer a business phone. This store definitely lack training skills. Sales team was not knowledgeable of products and had no idea of anything I asked them, nor tried to take a step further to find someone who did. If this was my establishment I’d fire the entire team. 🙏🏽

The staff and customer service at this store are amazing! I had a truck delivery that went wrong, which wasnt Home Depots fault (3rd party delivery company). But they went out of their way to make it right. They sent their own truck with their store associates with my delivery so I wouldnt have to wait and lose time on this renovation. Thank you!

The guy in tools was supposed to help me to get a miter saw. He left and 17 minutes later I saw him and asked if he could help me now. He replied Sorry, I just punched out. I have never seen such lazy and miserable employees. If it wasnt for location and time constraint I would go to South Philly. There they are kind and and arent scared of a little work.

The associates at the registers they get your products and get you out there very quick.

Ordered an item online for store pick-up, the item was delivered to the store and a week later I called the store about my order and they said it was still in a truck to be offload, a week after that initial call I called again and they didnt know where my order was. 23 days after I placed the order and didnt receive the item I ordered, had to call the home depot customer service to either cancel the order and get my money back or they had to replace the item. Service at this store is a disaster, associates act like they are forced to do their job.

I just went to get salt for our parade of snow storms. A worker in the store was really helpful explaing the difference in the types of salt, and even went so far as putting the 2 large bags into the cart for us. The only issue was that there was only 1 line, and it was very long. The cashier was also very pleasant. It was a good experience over all. 😁

After a long day of cleaning my backyard I had to removed a tree stump, looked online for such a tool and found out Homedepot rents it, called the rental department for stock and joe was able to help me with the process very cool man, sadly it didn’t fit in my car so he told me I should rent the truck as well. Very smooth process, definitely going back to rent tools from this homedepot.

Had to send my dad over to get a conduit tee. My dad does not speak English. Got there. Called me. the lady saying she couldnt understand what my dad was saying. I had already sent the picture to my dads phone. Knew he was gonna run into a problem. I sent him cos I found on the web that store had that pc in stock. Nine of them. Lady kept saying they dont have it. I insist she looked it up on computer, she then finally followed my advice and able to locate 4. Then I tried to tell her my dad needed something else. She kept saying she couldnt understand whereas she was not making an effort to understand. Sad that this kinda stuff happens all the time. Customer service definitely needs some work in this home depo at least. I wish I could get her name and post it here. I have not been to lowes lately, but I feel like lowes might have a better customer service.

We spent $1100 and alit of time carefully selecting all the items we needed. There was one gentleman named Bill who took his time to help with with everything. Bill was kind and extremely helpful. There was 2 cashiers one being trained she was a nice lady the one doing the training not as nice. Very rude and 2 employees treated us like we where shoplifting.

Needed help in getting a sensor for my outside lamp post. Joe knew exactly what I needed. He was very helpful and knowledgeable.

I purchased a gallon of paint for a home project, however, had to return it because I received semigloss instead of satin paint. I had specifically asked for satin in 2 different colors but didnt notice the type of paint error until later that evening. The paint was labeled not-returnable since it was tinted. Lori was eager to take care of me and when I explained the issue, she wasnt sure how to proceed. That was when another cashier (I didnt get her name) came over insisting that I couldnt return it and pointed out the not-returnable label. Fortunately, Lori didnt hesitate to go ask another cashier (she may have been a supervisor), Mary, for assistance. I explained the situation to Mary and she kindly and professionally took care of my issue so I was able to get the correct replacement paint. Both of these associates were friendly, understanding, and professional. I really appreciate their ability to provide customer service and think they are an asset to the Home Depot team! Keep up the great work!As for the other cashier who insisted I couldnt return the paint, i saw that when Lori was handling my final transaction, the other cashier was being berated and challenged by an irate customer. While I dont agree with that behavior, I think its worth thinking about how you initially treat your customers when they come in may have an impact on how customers treat you.Thank you again Lori and Mary!

We were able to get in and out in a reasonable amount of time considering all of the new procedures involving social distancing. The rental equipment was impeccably maintained and carefully inspected before it was passed along to us for our use.
