After 5 delivery attempts for a refrigerator from Home Depot I cancelled the order and tried these folks. They delivery went as scheduled. The sales people were friendly as were the delivery drivers. I would have given them 5 stars but for the following. They advertise they will neat any legitimate deal. They wouldnt. It cost me over $100 more. The drivers didnt check that everything was set up properly. The doors were misaligned and they came back and partially fixed the issue. The gap between the doors was wider at the top by a lot than the bottom and they told me they didnt know how to fix it and left. I was able to correct it myself in about 5 minutes. Bottom line is the entire process was not bad and they did deliver on time as promised. As far as price goes I was so frustrated with Home Depot I didnt care and didnt push it. Had I been in a better frame of mind I might have negotiated stronger. The delivery guys had no experience with this unit and the manual gives no help so I dont blame them for the door issue.

Bought a stove from here. Won’t recommend this place. Was good for about a few days before the door wouldn’t shut right, oven gaslight won’t stay lit unless held down for almost a minute and even then it shut off sometimes when the oven door shut or even after a few minutes of cooking which means you have to keep checking it every five minutes. Overall a piece of junk.

Have bought several appliances from here, both for our home and for at our church. Helpful, professional, and competent service from them every time. Their initial asking prices seem a little higher than some discounters, but theyve always met or beat the best price offered by their competitors.

Very helpful staff..

Very expensive for low end washer and dryer. Delivery and installation was a joke, driver was rude and half assed everything, he didn’t even run the exhaust for the dryer and the handle fell off after the first time I opened it. Total cost was $2060 including delivery and “installation”, plus another $125 for parts to finish the installation myself.

We purchased the Samsung SuperSpeed PowerFoam Steam VRTplus Washer and matching VentSensor Steam MoistureSensor Dryer from Appliance & TV Discounters on Allegheney Ave, Philadelphia and they were delivered in January 2015. The very personable and strong delivery guys stacked the front loaders in our new laundry room on the second floor. The appliances work great and are especially good at steaming and finishing clothes, in the last few minutes before you wear them. Our only complaint is that when the units are stacked, the washer door is very low, so we basically needed to stand on our heads to get the clothes out of the washer. After having these great appliances for six months, we decided to call the store to see if we could have the appliances “un-stacked” and placed on pedestals. Our sales guy was able to understand what we needed and complete the transaction for us, over the phone. Within a week, the delivery guys were able to un-stack and place the washer and dryer on the new pedestals, with NO damage to ANYTHING, which is quite miraculous as the new laundry area is tight and the washer is heavy. The appliances have been on the pedestals for about a week and several loads of laundry. The bottom line is this company is very good at what they do. They have a small business, caring flare about them, yet the prices and availability they offer are very competitive. We think they are excellent and appreciate doing business with them very much.
