Amazing! Just amazing! My dad and I went in and out of stores to look for a stove and most of them didn’t have the one we wanted. Ruben helped me to find a fridge for a very odd and specific space in my apartment. We had an open line of communication and he was always available to help whenever I needed it. I really appreciated his help as the size of the fridge had to be so specific- I don’t know what I would’ve done without him! Even though I live in Brooklyn, I somehow got on the line with Ruben in Philadelphia for a desperately needed new AC in my apartment. Ruben hooked me up with all of the necessities for a tough window install on the third floor. Unfortunately the unit installed was not compatible with my electrical receptacle so I called Ruben back and a few days later I had the right one installed and running. The installers were quick, professional, and cleaned up after themselves both times..,.it was a very pleasant experience…thank you Ruben!

I bought appliances from PC Richard &son and paid $175.00 to install a dish washer they did not install it but refused to refund me. I also paid for them to take away old dishwasher and stove that someone took befor they delivered my appliances and still have not received a refund. I have called several times.

I talked to the manager in the lot he went online on his phone and quoted 1 price range when I go inside he puts me with a sales rep she IMMEDIATELY double the amount. I just left and went to a place a few blocks away and got the amount I wanted 648.00 for a 24k btu wall a/c unit.

The staff knew Id have trouble getting the fridge through the narrow opening in my kitchen doorway and made sure the delivery people were ready to be extra patient.
