The store is always clean the pharmacist, and employees are usually pretty nice also.One thing that I really can’t stand is that every time I go to this CVS the manager always follows me around the entire store. He may say “Hello” then he will just keep watching and following me.

You know customer service is bad when you want to check out and you ask them are they ready to check you out and cashier point out you can used the self check out register, while they are on there phone.CVS on summer ville road have Worst customer service ever.

I am not the one to write reviews, but Nicole was very professional and answered all my questions. Whereas I called the one on Crawford road with the same questions I asked the pharmacy tech and, She was so rude and unhelpful to me.

Its very frustrating that no one can be reached on the phone to ask if a product is in stock at this location. Calls are screened by a robot, making it impossible to speak to someone in customer service.

I choose to shop at Walgreens next door because CVS cannot seem to clean up the trash in their own parking lot and sourounding area. Complete laziness.

Worst customer service ive ever seen. The one on 280 bypass isnt much better. They were out of my 4 year olds prescription and transferred it to summerville. I rode all the way there was the only person in the building and they just ignored me for close to 10 min and then i was told that my sons Medicaid wasnt covering it. And gave me a sheet with the perscription on it wanting me to pay $81 Went all the way back home and my wife called them after reading the paper. The moron was trying to fill the wrong perscription .And then told me to come back. She let them know i wasnt coming back that she would stop by and pick it up after she left work the following day. She goes back up there and they tell her they are out of the perscription. She asked ok so if my husband would have rode back what would you all have givin him? She said all i can tell you is what my computer says. No apologies or nothing. I will never use a cvs ever again. I hope this review helps others stay away go to walmart or wallgreens

Not to great customer service. The black guy behind counter always pleasant. The li white girl is rude very rude. Will be changing to Walgreens. This isnt the first CVS that has shown prejudice. I only asked for assistance because I have MS fibromyalgia diabetic with heart condition and have seizures. CVS all around I see theres a racist issues.

Pharmacy had the gate pulled down at 550 and had not filled a prescription that was called in at 1 PM. The pharmacies was rude and acted like I wasnt standing there. The pharmacy techs, however, were nice.

Most of the Pharmacy staff are super friendly and helpful. Try to avoid going around the first of the month.
