If I could give a negative review I would. This pharmacy is such a joke. Word of advice to anyone check your insurance every time you have a prescription to be filled. They filed a claim on my insurance for a prescription that was never even picked up. It’s been ridiculous even sorting everything and they don’t transfer everything that they should.
This is the worst place ever. I was only one in line at the pharmacy and it still took the girl 22mins to help me... i transferred to PUBLIX pharmacy and not only are they fast and friendly but they are 50% cheaper on my medication.
Id give zero if I could . second time in a week. I had to call corporate office last time. I just keep asking for the next highest person with intent of the CEO.ANYWAY, found out Friday I have a respiratory infection. prescription called in Friday morning. its Sunday night, hasnt been filled yet. most of the employees there are quite rude about it too. we are switching this week to a small mom and pop local owned pharmacy. I dropped a prescription off at 8:34pm on yesterday. The system told me it would be ready 7:34 this morning. I went to pick it up, and I was told it wasnt ready. I just called back to get info on pickup. They told me I couldnt have it ready by 12 unless I come wait in the store for an hour. They entered it twice which slowed it down. They made the error. Why wouldnt you accommodate me? I shouldnt have to makethree trips to pick up one prescription. I definitely plan to file a complaint with the company.
The pharmacy needs a complete overhaul. My doctor sent a prescription last week at 1130am. I went to pick it up at 8pm. After 45 minutes waiting in line I was told it wasn’t ready and would be another 45 minutes even with me waiting in the store. I also put in a refill 2 days ago that is still not ready and you can’t get through to anyone on the phone.
If I could give this stupid pharmacy negative stars I would!!!!! Ive had multiple problems out of this place with my prescriptions & my childrens prescriptions. Im extremely sick right now, had an antibiotic called in Tuesday, which said its filled. I requested it to be delivered & I still dont have it & its Thursday. I called to ask about it, the lady picks up the phone, hears my voice, hangs up, & then when I called back the message said its closed!! I wasnt able to pick my prescription up & I didnt have anyone to pick it up for me. Despise this place!!! Only reason this prescription was sent there was because my doctors office sent it to the wrong one I requested.
Husband has 3 prescriptions here; he brout em this afternoon, pharmacist scanned em into the system...Tried callin the pharmacy for 1.5 hours...2 different phones...youll be on hold for 25 minutes and itd hang up on me...So me being me drove myself down here; get to register...she runs birthday...im not seing anything for him since April...🤬😤This is the worst pharmacy...CVS is great...
The pharmacy does not have a valid system in place. You will wait an hour minimum if there is 4 people ahead of you. The staff needs to be re- evaluated.
Ive been coming to this store/ pharmacy over 20 plus years and its terrible now. You wait forever for service,only to be told your prescription is not ready. Even though they tell you your prescription will be ready at this time it dont be. Then theyll advised you to come back the next day or a later time stating they will put a rush on it,when it was due some days ago before I came. Im changing my pharmacy as of today, its ridiculous.
The pharmacy here is significantly understaffed. I waited on hold an hour to be hung up on. I called back and spoke to a manager and asked to be transferred to someone only to be hung up on again. I live 25-30 minutes from this location. And it’s the closest location to me. It’s extremely frustrating not to be able to get anyone on the phone to ask about my child’s prescriptions. This is par for the course at this location. I wouldn’t even use them if my insurance covered using CVS. Walgreens corporate should be stepping in here. Several years of terrible service is too long.

They are the most unprofessionals I’ve come across. I dropped my prescription off two days ago and it’s still saying it’s not ready . The day I dropped it off the pharmacist asked if I wanted to wait about 30 mins so they could fill it and I said that I’d come right back I had to run an errand while they fill it … meanwhile it’s STILL NOT READY 2 DAYS LATER . Smh
Pharmacy needs to get organized, I when a week with out my heart medication
I waited over an hour in line just for them to tell me they didn’t have any of the three medications. Also she walked away for like 20 minutes before letting me know they didn’t have them. Will not go back.
THIS IS THE WORST PHARMACY EVER!! They take forever to do anything.. Takes them days to fill anything.. drive-thru is ridiculous.. I hate this Walgreens with a fiery passion.. get your medicine filled somewhere else.. they also 9/10 times never have the medication but you’ll wait over an hour to get to the window in store and twice as long in the drive-thru.. this place is a joke

They sometimes have nice staff but they never fill medicine on time, its an absurd time frame all the time, medicine is literally never ready. Lucky to get the 3 stars from me, its only bc Im friendly

I cant stand how long it takes this place to fill medications. It does not matter if its called in at opening you probably can not get it to your hands til that night. They should read these reviews and hire additional staff.

Instead of serving customers in the Drive-thru, workers are shopping and and talking to each other. While I’m sitting at the window for over 30 minutes with no one even bothering to attend to me.

Never fill your medication on time. Even after you get a email notification, go to get it and it isnt there, and go again. The wait is 45 mins minimum in line to even get to the window. This is the worst pharmacy Ive ever used.

Absolutely absurd how long it takes to receive servicr via the pharmacy drive through. Im guessing its a staffing issue. Its unfortunate, because the remainder of the store is a pleasant experience.

The absolute worst! Every time you call, the wait is over 25 minutes and they just hang up! And the express line is a joke. You have to wait in the (always) long line with everyone. Most of the techs ignore you and have casual conversations, but look at you like you made them choose the career.
I always have great customer service. Yes I have to wait at the pharmacy but I already know that I will have to do this. It’s a busy place.

Every single time I am in here it takes entirely too long. The staff either needs to be trained to be more productive in a faster time or they need more employees on hand. Either way, having to wait in line for over 20 minutes is absurd. Not to mention we already tried to come earlier in the day and left because the line was so backed up then too.
Wish there were less stars. Dont know what to think of a store which will accept a call, tell caller there are 2 calls in advance of you, then one 1 call in advance of you, then keep you on hold for 25 minutes, 26 seconds, and HANG UP ON YOU. Trying to find out about a prescription that I was to have available at noon today, it now being nearly 7:00 pm.
On hold for 25 minutes, then hung up on. Called back, spoke to someone who transferred me somewhere else only to be hung up on again. Called back a third time, on hold for 10 minutes before someone picked up. They transferred me to someone else who transferred me to a never ending ringing phone which eventually hung up on me again. Absolutely useless customer service.
Jacob in the pharmacy is great! I needed a prescription for my son and another pharmacy dropped the ball on it after having it for a week. Then I found out that they couldnt even get it. I called Walgreens to transfer the prescription and see if they could get the item for me. Jacob was very nice, helpful, and kept me informed. He got everything transferred quickly, was able to locate the item, and it even came in the next day.
Love this place! Every team member does exceptional work and truly cares about customers.
Worst pharmacist and customer service I have ever dealt with. My wife had surgery and we dropped off 5 prescription slips at around 1645 We were told it would be ready at 1830.We went to the store at 1830 we were told that they had not been filled any of the prescription and to have a seat, 30 min later they said there was an issue with one of medications and they would have to call the doctor in order to fill the pain medication. I provided them the doctor number which they didnt call, I left the store and got ahold of the doctor who inturn called the store. After talking with the store he then called back at 2032 and said that everything was straightened out and that they would fill the prescription. Went back to the store at at 2103 they had asked if we could come back in 15 min that they just got off the phone with the Doctor (which was a false statement they had gotten off the phone around 30 to 40 min prior). Finally got the pain prescription around 2133. The surgery was over at 1200 and was able to take first pain meds at 2140. Every interaction I had with them they acted as if did not care. When I asked questions they seems extremely bothered and annoyed that I would even inquire on what the issue was. I just hope that another consumer doesnt have to go through what we went through.I would STRONGLY recommend not using this walgreens to get a prescription filled especially if you are counting on them for customer service (a caring attitude and a quick filling of a prescription). It is truly just the employees that work in the pharmacy.(I was not the only person that was struggling with getting medication, I witnessed two our families having issues as well).To be fair the rest of the store clerks I worked with were extremely helpful and polite. I normally dont make comments but it was so bad I really hope nobody else has to go through this type of treatment.
Terrible customer service. Pharmacy is a joke (wasn’t waiting on a prescription). Just wanted some allergy meds & the line was half way across the store. They expect you to wait in that line just to get some simple Allegra D. They need more pharmacy help if that’s the way they sell regular allergy meds.
Im giving this Walgreens location five stars because of the extremely helpful & courtous employees. I go to this Walgreens 1-3 times per week when I just need to pick up a few things & dont want to deal with the hassle of a big store. I cannot recall a time when I have not been greeted by an employee as I enter the front door. Employees always ask if I need assistance when they notice me looking around for something. Not only will they walk with me to the items location, but they will assist me to the cosmetics counter where they will ring up my items without me having to wait in line at the main register. That being said, it is obvious that whoever manages this store puts customer satisfaction first & does an excellent job at instilling that belief in their employees.
If you are getting your medicine filled here and need them to call and get your prescription transferred save yourself the trouble and dont. The employees seem to not care about the patients and only care about themselves. I spoke with Kelly and she is very condescending with me and made it seem like she was doing me a favor by trying to call to get my prescription instead of it being her job.
Switched to this pharmacy to keep from having to go to the one I normally go to in Eufaula, they are very helpful when you have questions, great customer service and open 24 hrs and they will let you know when busy times are so you dont have to wait, unlike Eufaula pharmacy you wait every time, I will do the drive to get the professional service
I started at the drive thru and after waiting in line I find out there was an insurance problem. The gentleman working the drive thru didnt know what the details were so I went inside and stood in line to figure out the problem. After clearing things up with the insurance, I then had to wait for the prescription. They called out my name but then I had to wait in line again. Finally at checkout when they needed my id that it is naturally in the car. At this point Im just done; I leave. 3 hours and no prescription. Yes I could have gotten my id and waiting again but I chose not to. They were under staffed and it was now peak time.The prescription was dropped off and given a pickup time. It wasnt ready. I believe because of the insurance problem but Im guessing because it was never said. A simple phone call could have helped this situation.
Its hard to believe the positive reviews. They called our elderly family member who cant do for her self anymore. She cant talk like she used to so we have power of attorney. Walgreens has had no trouble in telling about her medicine for the past year now. Now all a sudden they refuse to talk to us about her medicine saying it violates her hippa privacy when they have been talking to us for over a year. They are just harassing us and throwing us around. This walgreens has bad customer service.

Got a call saying my prescription would be ready at 3:15. Got here at 3:40 and was told it was not ready. She told me it would be ready in 15 minutes, its 4:30 and the person in front of me got there prescription before mine. Ive been waiting 45 minutes for a prescription that would have been ready over an hour ago. I am highly unstatified with how poorly this pharamacy is ran. They have lost my business for sure.
All Walgreens are pretty much the same. What makes this store stand out is its staff. They are excellent!
The store itself might be ok, but that Pharmacy Department is completely incompetent. They never call when they whole up your medication. Said they had a question for me, I was sick to the bone. I said you guys never called, strike 1. Now Im here right now months after the first incident and the lady Fri had said they couldnt give refills, I said thats fine fill it as it is and Ill call in a new one. Now 4 days later I get here and they never filled it, said they tried to contact me, never did. Tired of them, goodbye and good luck.

Everyone other than the blonde headed man that works night shift is awesome. He was very rude and stated that it was my fault that my daughters insurance would not cover a 30 day supply of the meds. He stated I should have taken care of this problem before his shift. Like I was suppose to get off work and skip school so he didnt have to deal with the problem not only the pharmacy was facing to fill the RX but I was facing as well. He made me really upset. He has no compassion... but other than that I love Walgreens.
I called the pharmacy several times for 2 days, even stayed on the phone for 20 mins and nobody picked up. I was trying to see if my 2 month old had a refill so she wouldnt run out of meds. I decided to call the dr instead and found out she did have a refill. Go by there today (3 days later) so they can get it ready and we can pick it up on the way back home only to find out they have to order it so it will be 3 days until they get it. Had they answered the phone this wouldnt be an issue. Called another Walgreens to see if we can have it transferred they also didnt have it which is understandable, but atleast they answer their phone and offered to order it. Now we are trying to find a compounding pharmacy so they can mix her meds because she has to have them so she wont be in pain. Im definitely switching pharmacies. I had saw friends post about driving up there while witing on someone to pick the line up and still be on the phone waiting when they got there. I honestly thought they were exaggerating. They werent. I know this now.

Dropped my medicine at 4 something, they told me it would be ready at 8:30. I got here at 9.Ive waited in line for 30 minutes because only 1 person is working drive thru and in store, only to be told my medication is not ready. I have a horrible flu. I need to be in bed not in line waiting on meds.
In addition to being rude and ignoring my unnecessary wait due to her negligence, the newest girl behind the pharmacy counter made a hot rough day even worse.
