They are stealing money from customers cards. Yesterday I went in and made a purchase and the lady says the transaction was not successful however the money pulled from my account. I called my bank while I was in the store and I was advised the bank is telling lies and no money went through the husband then aggressively yelled at me and before anything got resolved he snatched the hair off the counter as if I was stealing something that should be mine because they saw my statements and they also spoke with the bank who confirmed the transaction was successful As of today I am filing a police report against these rude people!

Customer service sucked, I was followed around the store and was yelled at because I had my cell phone in my hand. They also kept trying to tell me I had no money on my card but then said they only take credit cards. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. I see why there is never anyone at their store. They need to be closed down. Worst hair store experience ever.

It was GREAT day NOT to have to shop at OK BEAUTY!!! I think it is the BEST thing I ever done was to leave out of this store with NOTHING. I would NOT RECOMMEND this store to ANYONE not even my WORST ENEMY! I will NEVER EVER step foot back in this store. This a WARNING to all! Do not SHOP at OK BEAUTY. If I could give them a rating of NO STARS I would. OK BEAUTY is the WORST beauty supply store I have ever entered in my life.
