I had the worst experience ever going to this store today. I was not greeted upon entry, I was not offered any assistance, and when I asked a question and got the answer, she did nit offer to help me with what I was looking for. The customer service is nonexistent in this store and I will NEVER patronize this store ever again. The store is a cluttered mess so they should at least offer to help find items that customers are looking for. I gave one star so I could leave this review no other reason!

Very friendly and professional atmosphere

I had a great shopping experience at this store today for the first time in a long time. I had stop shopping here for awhile--only on Sunday emergency situations The staff was so unprofessional and never helpful or friendly. Today the manager (I hope she was) was friendly professional and helpful. Such a great change! I hope she continues to work there bcos Mi Mis is a nice beauty supply store...its a small store but the inventory is always adequate and up to date and their prices are comparable.

MiMi thats the first beauty supply store I really like to go. Been going there about 2yrs. Like the employees they are very helpful and getting what you want and need from there place of business. And Ill be back their real soon.......

If I could give this store 0 stars, I will! I went inside the store yesterday with my niece. While I was looking for hair, I notice that my niece and I was continuously being followed. This automatically pissed me off because why I am continuously being followed. I saw some hair that I liked, but I refused to give any type of business to a person like that. I see why there was nobody in the store. Who wants to be followed! All black people DO NOT STEAL. Also, I am higly educated and I felt disrespected. I refused to ever go back in there again!

I CAME IN THE STORE LOOKING FOR A PARTICULAR BRAND OF HAIR,THE STORE WAS FILTHY, THE WORKERS WAS BRAIDING HER DAUGHTER HAIR BEHIND THE COUNTER... I WAITED 15MINS AND NOBODY HELPED!! MY HUSBAND HAD TO TELL A YOUNG LADY ITS A STORE FULL OF CUSTOMERS THAT NEED HELP... I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS DIRTY, FILTHY, GHETTO STORE!!

This was the most supportive professional business in regard to hair products. Extremely knowledgeable about hair color, care, and problems. I will never by a hair product again from any other source.

Usually have a good experience in this store but today the girl in the back was rude had a awful attitude, didnt help me with my hair or purchase. It was all I could do not to call the owner and make a fuss but instead I will write this BAD REVIEW!!,ps this is not the girl I am usually served by in the back on the weekends she nice! :-)
