Honesty, and timeliness,My brakes went out on Saturday, took my car the same day and was told it might take a week to get it fix, got a call on Tuesday to let me know that the car will be ready end of day. My transmission blew out. They were able to line up a replacement but when the replacement fell through, they secured a brand new one from the dealer and kept my quote the same! Not only that, when we had the ice storm that shut down the whole city, one of their techs went the extra mile and still got the work done on schedule. Mind blown. Will definitely come here again when I need it.

This is my second time getting an oil change here. Everyone is friendly but not fake and overbearing. When they told me I needed to get filters changed, they actually showed me what they looked like instead of lying like other places recommending you change them every time you go just to make a quick buck off of you. They got me in at my appointment time and finished my car in a timely fashion. I won’t go back to the overpriced dealership and I’ll always recommend people come here!

Got an alignment and oil change done at this Precision Auto Care. Chris the Store Manager was great, very friendly, very thorough, great customer service even though he was a bit short handed. Chris helped review an issue that cropped up with a rust problem which was causing an issue preventing the rear alignment from happening but came up with a 3 step game plan to deal with the issue staring with least expensive to more expensive if needed.Great value on Oil Change options starting at about $20, reasonable price on front end alignment, also topped fluids and noted post corrosion issue on my 6 year old battery which I knew was due for replacement but appreciated the reminder. Also checked A/C cabin filter which was ok did not need to replace.Also appreciated they had a Bible as a reading option on one of their waiting room tables and some of his crew was out helping with some food pantry work for the community...appreciate companies that help give back especially after the severe winter storms we had last week. Also convenient they are located next to Enterprise car rental location and 5 minutes from Cinemark 20 XD theater...see if you need a rental car you can get one or got a couple of hours to wait catch a movie with your friend or family while your car is getting finished.Also free WiFi, restroom was clean, waiting area is open as well. Service done quickly as promised.👍

Took my motorcycle there to get inspected. Had an appointment but I was late but they still took care if it promptly. Definitely make an appointment, it was getting busy on a Thursday morning. The two service guys I talked to and dealt with were great.

Awesome place! Took care of my oil change and my brakes on two occasions. Real easy did not take to long at all. One time my tire popped on me and I needed a tire same day but they didn’t not have the tire I needed. Instead they checked all my tires put air in the good ones and suggested a tire place around the corner. Amazing guys and amazing service

Precision is the best shop we have been to in years. Everyone knows that the correct formula for good mechanics(affordable, skilled, honest, consistent) is hard to find, we had been using a place in NW Austin for years, because they were always transparent with us, until they started making mistakes, and we needed to find someone else for a job here or there. When we asked around for recommendations, Precision came up as one of the number 1 choices, so we had our brakes serviced and an axle repair done on one of our vehicles, we were so impressed with the work and the service, we decided to give them a bigger task. We had tried 4 other places and no one could gives us an honest, accurate, and thorough explanation of what was going on with our 2005 Honda mini-van, the manager at Precision(Chris) got it looked at by his team, they identified the problems right away, and after 1.5yrs of thinking it was hopeless, the van needed thier talent, and is back on the road with many potential years left in it. Its such a relief that I can finally say Weve found our mechanic, cause thats something I havent been able to say since we had a family friend doing all our work up until 4 years ago.

Quick and prompt service. Went in for an state inspection - was out within 30 mins. Chris was the manager in charge and he displayed great customer service to not just me but everyone that came in. The waiting area is not too big but they have coffee and a TV.

Great Care working on my vehicle. I am particular as to where I go and Precision Tune is the only place I will get my car(s) serviced. Great staff. Easy to make appointment and have never been pressured to have anything done that I didnt feel needed. I started coming to Precision Tune many years ago after being told I needed a bunch of work by a major shop and found that none of the work actually was needed. After this I have continued returning while living in four states. Its a major plus to trust who works on your vehicles.

They were supposed to replace/repair my catalytic converter but they only used some thirty dollar can of gunk remover, which helped to get me what I needed.... my car inspected but, within a few months the check engine light came on again.....uuuuugh ..... Later when I returned to speak to them about the check engine light coming back on it was out of warranty..... How convenient.....Now it’s time for me to get my car inspected and low n behold.....it won’t pass for the same reason. I was Blessed when I was able to get help from a state-funded program with only a few limited shops that were approved to help out.... now I feel I was taken for a ride and violated.....

Took my BMW just out of warranty to the dealer. Dealer gave me $4000 list of problems. Took the car to this Precision Tune and they told me there was no problem with the car and the dealer list of issues are bogus. Saved me $4000 in repairs that may be needed many years down the road, and will be coming here for service as car issues come up and need service.Third vehicle I have had serviced here and cant say enough good things about the folks here. They do their job, do it well and honestly.

My 2018 Subaru was making noises after another business installed new sport coilovers. Precision Tune Auto Care worked on my car and after just few hours, the problem was fixed. Also their prices are competitive. Very happy with their services!

The best experience I’ve had at a car service business. All the employees were courteous and friendly. Most importantly, they did not try to pressure me into more repairs than I came in for and explained everything clearly so I knew exactly what my car needed and what they did to fix it. I felt very comfortable and highly recommend this Precision location.

I appreciate their honesty and letting me know what is crucial to get fixed and what can wait. They understand that, for some, it is hard to afford getting your vehicle fixed sometimes. They are always friendly and will try their best to explain the issue (sometimes this stuff gets pretty complex though). You can tell they want your REPEAT business. They are not trying to milk you for everything they can on every visit. This is my go-to place now.

Quick service and upfront about total costs from the beginning. They go out of their way to explain the issues with your car and even helped explain how an engine issue I had could be resolved at the dealer for free with trying to swindle me out of extra repairs.

I always enjoy taking our vehicles to Precision.This is because the experience with them is in such contract to what my experience has been almost anywhere else, whether its getting the oil changed, a state inspection or major repairs.I like the ability to schedule an appointment which keeps my wait time short, rather than a longer wait on a first-in-first-served walk-in basis.I like that I have developed a trust with them that they will repair what is necessary, and tell me about what they recommend - but let me decide, rather than a high-pressure sales pitch.I think theirs is the way a shop SHOULD be run - but rarely is.Well done!
