Great service. I had a bolt shear off on a strut I was installing due to a manufacturing defect and they replaced in with no issue under warranty. Also the only store in the area that had that particular quick strut, so that was nice.

I own an auto repair facility and have been doing business with this store for almost 20 years. Since I am a shop owner I have a commercial account and always deal with a commercial specialist. Over the years their have been a number of different guys in commercial department all of which have been very good at their job and extremely knowledgeable. Even if they do not have the part I am looking for, they will find what I need and have it delivered to their store the same day if they are able to find it locally and if not can almost always have it the next day. Even when I need a part after commercial closes at 6pm one of the associates at the front counter helps me get what I need and have never had any problems. Their is always a knowledgeable parts specialist their that will get you what you need and get you fixed up in a jiffy. If you are in the Pflugerville area and need a part for your car, truck or SUV I can comfortably say that the guys at the Advance Auto Parts on Pecan St. are always helpful with a good attitude and get you what you need every time. Give them a try, in almost 20 years I have nothing but good things to say about them..

I needed a new battery for my hybrid. They called around to find one for me and had it delivered and installed it for me. Alan and Will are amazing and Ill come back for their help.

Was pretty busy couple people inside but phones were ringing off the hook. The guy managed to help me and someone who called literally at the same time no problem!

Lifetime warranty is not lifetime. Save your $ and shop somewhere else. Lots of other vendors to offer better warranty.

They messed up badly on ordering parts, my friend ordered parts for me and I went there to pick up and pay for it. They told me it has been paid for, I only had to sign on the purchase order and be on my way. I was confused but thought my friend paid for me. On next day they called my friend saying it has not been paid and it is considered as a theft! Why would they let me sign the order and let me take the parts to begin with? A huge mistake on their end.

Nathaniel greeted me as I walked and asked if he could help me. All I needed was some new wiper blades for one of my vehicles. He was efficient, knew what he needed to complete my sale and offered to install them for me. I appreciated that great customer service and that is why I always come to Advance Auto Parts.

Do not use them as a UPS drop off. If you do, make sure you have a confirmation email before you leave the store. Two pckgs were not processed correctly for tracking & email

My trip here was pretty good. Four stars because they didnt even have one of the things I wanted in their system. The two men on staff were very nice and helpful, willing to talk.I came in to get some lights and wipers, and even though they didnt have the lights in their system, they sure tried their hardest to find some. Also, the wiper installation was free and quick, which I really appreciated.

Open late night on North Lamar

We are from out of town and started having turn over issues. We stopped by AAP # 6291 to have them do a battery test. Upon uncovering the battery box, one of the terminals was completely covered in corrosion. Osvaldo was a great help in letting us borrow the tools needed to get to the battery, helped us clean off the terminals and get everything put back together and get us back on the road. We have a 2016 Ford Escape and we had to take apart several pieces to even get to the battery chamber. Osvaldo was patient and even came out to make sure we were ok.

Website shows stock availability but once you get to the store a few minutes later... the items were never there to begin with =/

Better that austozone better custumer service better online order overall better dont get me wrong they might not carrie all your parts In stock but they will order them I would recommend the online because you save alot of money specially if they are runing promo codes.

Advance Auto parts is it good place to order parts or purchase products they always have a good sell OReillys and AutoZone cant match it, they have the speed Perks program and it is excellent Ive purchased some power stop brakes and my bill was going to be about $279 with tax, but their customer service showed me how to use there discount coupons which was 30% and my speed perk bucks which was $20, my purchase total $168 I seen over a hundred bucks using the discount and the speed perk bucks when I ordered it offline, I used to make purchases from OReillys and AutoZone but Ive saved so much money purchasing what I need from advance Auto parts I dont go to AutoZone or OReillys anymore because the savings are too great at advance about 48 hours later advance Auto parts sent me another $20 speed perk bucks and a $5 speed perk bucks, and it passed you used had to spend $20 to use to $5 speed perk bucks and $50 to use the $20 speed perk bucks but now with a new program you can spend $21 and use your $20 speed perk and you only pay a dollar, I have a ton of speed perk bucks over $200 worth, thats a saving the anybody would want but a lot of people dont know about their new speed perk bucks program Google advance Auto parts speed perk bucks, or give their customer service a call and find out about the program and you WILL NEVER go to another auto parts store for parts because the savings are too great. Ive posted pictures of how they speed perks bucks used to work but now is just like money $5,$10,$20.

Very helpful staff. Unfortunately they didnt have the rare piece I needed but they were still extremely friendly and helpful.

My boyfriend went in to ask about a cabin air filter and he took the old one in to compare to others. The guy at the desk was helping him and the manager yelled across We arent gonna have the specific GM one you have very rudely. Well no duh, sir. He was very unprofessional. After his unnecessary comment, my boyfriend and the rep found a good one the exact same size and it worked perfectly. Be professional and courteous or just dont speak. So sick of bad customer service.

The guy up front actually took his time to help me out. He looked at my car got me what i wanted and it worked. Great service.

First of all the guy automatically thought I smoke Spanish because of my race witch I find offensive when I approached him in english I was gonna buy a battery from them but he said I cant get it installed because he can get electrocuted not a week salesman so I had to go to Auto zone on pecan St in Pflugerville and they helped me with installation.
