Outstanding experience! These guys were all very friendly on the phone and in person. Needed a Mopar hitch installed on my new Jeep Wrangler. They installed the hitch for about half the labor cost that two dealerships quoted me. I also had ceramic tinting installed and love their work. I was looking for a very specific hitch and needed it same day. Nobody had it, including B&H but given my experience with them over the phone I would say you should look no further. I had called several places and nobody was as knowledgeable, friendly and willing to figure out a solution than Pat at B&H. Even though they did not have what Im needing I may just go get a temporary solution from them just because I want to give them my business that much!

I was unable to find the B&W companion hitch version that I wanted onilne. Lead times were weeks. I called B&H, and they were able to locate and get me the hitch in 2 days. They were super friendly and responsive. I will be saving time in the future by just starting with them.

They did a great job installing a tow plate and trailer hitch on my Chevy Equinox. Pat made suggestions that resulted in a higher hauling capacity at a lower cost. Work was completed on schedule and at their estimated cost.

The ability to deliver excellent customer service is a dieing art in today’s society. However the team at B&H customs is well-versed in it.I originally took my new truck there to have the spray in bedliner done. While there we discussed different tint options and I wound up scheduling a return a week later. When I came back, the owner was very apologetic and explained to me that he had cracked some ribs so movement was kind of painful. He offered an appointment a week later and I took it. When I went back I drop the truck off and everything was complete within 90 minutes. He was apologetic for the delays but I had no issue with them whatsoever. He was upfront and forthright with me in his inability to deliver the work the first time. Honesty is huge in my book.

Came here the day before Thanksgiving after making an appointment for a spray in Bedliner. A buddy recommended them and I went and I am happy with the work. I did call around everywhere for the best deal as well and luckily got the best deal and work at this shop. Don’t hesitate to call these guys.

Fast, friendly, knowledgable service.I called B&H to inquire about a Retrax bed cover system and Pat told me that normally it would take a day for him to get the specific model in stock for my vehicle and that hed call me to schedule an install date. Sure enough, he called back the next day and was able to fit me in for an install the next morning.Installation took maybe an hour and he was nice enough to come check on me several times during my wait and explain the product to me in full. I also had the pleasure of overhearing Pat speak with several other customers in the office and over the phone. His knowledge of the products that he offers and his professionalism are outstanding.Once installation was complete he brought me out to the shop and demonstrated the product in detail and answered all of my questions. He also ensured that his installation technician cleaned out the bed before I was on my way.Id highly recommend B&H to anyone.

Ive dealt with other truck accessories shops in Austin before but the experience I had with B&H Customs is 2nd to NONE! Theyre the most respectful and knowledgeable staff Ive dealt with in a long time! I had MANY questions and Pat was willing to answer them all so that I was educated enough to make the best decisions for my truck! B&H Customs installed a MX4 Bacflip bed cover, 5inch wide side steps and took care of leveling the truck up. They also did a killer job on the tint! This place is always my go to for truck upgrades. I have had them set up about 8 trucks in the last decade and they always deliver on their promises. I have them spray beds, install ladder racks, put on bed covers, tint windows and lots of other services. Never once have they let me down and I will be using them for my next truck purchase.

Found these guys as a backup just Incase U-Haul couldn’t help me with my wiring install. After finding out U-Haul doesn’t have the part and couldn’t fit me in till next week I contacted B&H through email first. Pat quickly responded and helped me out. I asked to get an electric brake controller install done and was wondering if he can help me for same day service. He said at times he can. After finally driving into Texas and resting overnight. I drove in the next morning and Pat helped my family and I. He didn’t even charge me for things that I already had. U-Haul tried to charge me for things that I didn’t need. He quickly did it in 30 minutes and took the time to teach us how to use it. Definitely recommend them. As we were waiting for our vehicle we were walking around and seeing the products they have and they have a pretty good selection. It’s probably one of those place where visiting them in store is better so they can better assist you.

This place does good work and has great products. My main reason for coming here was to have my window tinting (which was installed by somewhere else that turned out to be dishonest) fixed under the manufacturers warranty. But their prices are reasonable and Pat is very knowledgeable about the products he sells. I will be coming back here to have my bedliner put in and for any other truck accessories I may need. Ive recommended him to friends who have also had good experiences.

I have taken three trucks to Pat to get windows tinted. Pat is a master at tinting and very knowledgeable about the tints and different types of glass. He has tinted my wife’s truck, my son’s Tahoe and my whole truck including camper shell. I highly recommend B&H for your tinting needs. John is the best around with help finding just the right accessories for our trucks. He has ordered many awesome add-ons for my trucks including full replacement front wrap around and bull nose, he also hast replacements for the rear bumpers that fit perfectly and look great on our trucks. Recently, had bedliner sprayed along with installation of LED lights for 2014 Dodge Ram 1500. Quality was top notch, excellent customer service,. Thanks B&H excellent job.

If zero stars was an option I would choose that. My vehicle was sent here from a dealership to have windows tinted. There were tons of bubbles all over the vehicle. I was told to wait a week. Still bubbles. I was told they would come to the dealership while my car was in the shop to check on it. Nobody showed up. I drove it myself to their business to have it looked over. I was literally told that they wouldnt do a better job than that and I should have it tinted somewhere else. What a waste of time. This business is not professional, nor do they care about their work.

After talking to one of the guys there he was very unprofessional....i asked about some problems he had left and he immediately acted like mr.perfect....he says his company is perfect but yet they left a brake line leak and a dent on... My hood....i as a owner look to see if that is something that I may have made a mistake on for my customers....but that why they have 3 stars I shouldve....waited for spillars....

Very good job on bedliner

Had a spray in bed liner installed (via a dealer) and it caused rubbing on the tailgate that gouged the paint down to the metal. Owner was extremely rude and refused to accept that they were responsible and stand behind their work.

I called the other day wanted a bumper for my truck, and installed. I think he just shot me over a price and hung up the phone wont call this place again......

Call them to get an free estimate for a bedliner because they dont have much info on there website regarding the bed protection. So I thought I will share the info I got.He give me the quote ($360 for short bed 57) so I ask him the type of bedliner brand they use (B&H custom coating which they been using for 17 years) and ask if it includes some kind of warrenty (it does). Then I ask him the duration to apply the bedliner because more then likely I will just drop it off and pick it up later(6 hrs-half a day),which are all question someone needs to know. The last question I had was how they prep the bed before they spray it because apparently thats the most important step what people had told me.He said its to many question for a bedliner,we do what we need to spray it in there.Thanks bye customers service 1 star
