Ibrahim and his team were fantastic. They helped with our single moms event. We are providing free oil to single moms and they went above and beyond. Glad that we can work with them as they are so close and friendly. They will put a lot of smiles on faces on wonderful mom.

Went way beyond customer care and support with on the spot service to fix my alternator...would not have made it home otherwise. I don’t write a lot of reviews but I really wanted to get on here and say what a convenience and a pleasure it is to shop at the Hutto AutoZone at 130 and Gattis School Road. It’s not every day that you find expertise behind the counter at a retail establishment. The guys here always take care of me and always are able to give me a good price and great instruction on whatever auto maintenance or project I have going on. Also, for me, this is the best Auto Zone to shop within a 25 mile radius for all the reasons I mentioned. A solid gold staff! A+

The manager were very knowledgeable with lots of patient’s understanding the need of customers. The store was very clean and organized. I been in a lot of auto zone this was the best one. This store deserves a plus or a 5 plus at the top.

Went in with a slow cranking battery, got it tested and it was bad. The crew at this location went above and beyond the get the new one installed. The bolt on the positive terminal was bad, the head had somehow rusted off with the corrosion and it looked like an impossible task to get it off until Stephen came out and made quick work of it. Got a new clamp on there and had me back on the road in no time. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

When I arrived the manager and a couple of employees were having a big argument right outside of the entrance. It got very heated, I could still hear them yelling when I was inside. Most of the employees are not super knowledgeable about cars- they just know how to use the computer system. I have found this to be true at most Autozone locations. When I went to check out, I was waited on by one of the employees who had been arguing with the manager. I was looking for a part for a modified older car and he got very frustrated with me when I tried to help him with the search. He told me to just tell him what kind of car I had and the computer would find the part. I knew that wouldnt work so he just said they didnt have it. The manager then came over and I was able to explain what I needed and I had my part in a few minutes.Autozone has good warranties and decent prices, but if you dont have a fairly common late model car or truck, the young and inexperienced employees may not be able to help you. I have seen multiple times that they are not really going to try that hard.

After I first went in and got a battery for my Mercedes, I started noticing trouble with my 2007 Odyssey. I went in again and got the battery for my Odyssey replaced. The store manager and staff were again very helpful and helped my with the installation. I would definitely recommend this store.

Big Shout Out to Curtis. I had my oil changed and the tech said my battery was reading bad and needed to be replace as soon as possible. I knew it hadn’t been to long ago that I had gotten my battery replaced. I called and spoke with Curtis and he confirmed my battery was still under warranty. I stopped by and Curtis was available to assist and even went out to change out my battery. Thank you Curtis for being so patient and professional. It’s the little things that count.

Outstanding customer service from Jacob and Dulce. I got there and had a few questions about buying a battery for my car and they took the time answering my questions and concerns. Because they are outstanding customer service i decided to buy the battery there and got the help i needed to install the battery. I only stopped in for some oil for my Jeep, but the guy at the counter was really friendly and got me to the oil quickly. He had a couple recommendations and then I paid and was on my way. The store was very clean and well organized. Definitely recommend checking them out for auto parts.

Who knew car part shopping could be so easy?

On 1-15-21 I went into the store located at 21315 N. S.H. 130 in Pflugerville, TX to get wiper blades. A young man named Marlon helped me. He was extremely courteous and helpful, even to the point of installing the wiper blades on my truck. Because of Marlon, I’ll be returning this week to get 2 batteries for our motorhome.

Came to get my battery checked and purchase a new battery.The older guy could barely hear my request, so I had to repeat myself a few times; he then proceeds to help another customer that came in after me. He then called for someone like 5 minutes later while I just stood there, then a young guy who came from the back became visible.The young guy grabbed the battery machine but seemed clueless on what he was doing and how to even check the battery power.He said it seemed like a battery issue yet could not assist at all.He didn’t even know where to find the battery!!!! How is this auto zone.

Our windshield wipers stopped working in the middle of a rainy day. My son and I barely made it to AutoZone. Curtis was so helpful. He helped my 15 year old son get tools to tighten the wipers. Then he noticed that whoever put on our wipers last put them on backwards. We bought some new ones and he came out in the pouring rain to help get the new ones on and waiting until my son tightened them enough that they worked properly. Curtis was so kind and friendly the whole time.i was really impressed how he treated my son. Hes a great asset to your business.

We stopped in to get a battery for my wifes Motorcycle which is a unique trike. We couldnt find the exact match but Kyle Mason was able to help us find a suitable replacement. We were actually in the parking lot about to leave when he came out to stop us when he found the right part. He went above and beyond which will make us loyal customers from now on.

So my Fiancee goes into this store to ask them if they can read a code on her car. Check engine light came on. (several employees are present at the time). They ask her to wait while they wait on other customers that were coming in after her.? Really? 15 min later she leaves with no help from anyone. Thank goodness for Advanced Auto Parts and OReilly Auto Parts. I will buy parts from them from now on.

It was my first time to visit this location but Im glad I did. I talked to Ibrahim about my car issue and he was right it was the brakes. He then showed me a couple of different brands and I finally got what I need. At the end, he gave me the receipt and told I can return what I bought in any AutoZone shops. Amazing people! I ran in to this store today, desperate, because I had just noticed I had a flat tire. I was hoping to grab some fix-a-flat or some type of temporary fix, because I had to pick up my son from school in less than 20 minutes. Mr. Nassir was completely honest and said nothing they had there would be able to fix my tire. He grabbed Carlos and they changed my tire and put my spare on for me in less that 10 minutes. They were so genuinely nice and helpful! Its really great to see a company with people like that! Thank you!!

I went the other day needing a diagnostic for my 2003 Toyota Camry. This older gentleman was so helpful,came out with me outside with 100 degrees outside, Checked the car, asked me couple of questions, took out the battery, checked it, asked help from ankther co-worker, The came out to a conclusion that my alternator is bad. Went inside got me a proce check, sold it to me, he also recommended couole of mechanics, i called them the next day, they charged me $250 to change the aternator. Toyota dealeship wanted $800. Finally i went back to the location,and Thanked him. His name is Ibraham Nasser.

I have to say that I absolutely love this AutoZone! Ibraham was so helpful and knowledgeable about anything to do with cars, and the tools I would need to purchase. He was honest, humble, and respected my time. I had no clue what I was doing guys and almost purchased way more than I needed. Thats the kind of customer service I am talking about! He took the time to look up and find out exactly what was required and I ended up saving money thanks to him. I have recommended that store to all of my friends and family. Just ask for Ibraham ( sorry if I am spelling the name wrong)..he is awesome!

My daughter had a bad battery & i went to the store asking if they could test the battery & it tested bad they even helped with removing & installing the battery even though it was pasted closing time. Girl at the checkout counter literally answers he personal cell phone and tells me to hang on while Im standing at the check out. I left the battery I was going to buy on the counter and walked out. Oreilly will be getting my money instead. Also, there is no book that I could find to look up what battery your car needs at this location. Employees are too busy to assist so know what you need if you decide to buy a battery here.
