Daniel was a delight, after dealing with the incompetence at the Ottawa store it was SUCH a relief to find someone to answer our questions. Not only did he give us what we needed, he explained the problem and solution. He went above and beyond by saving the stores phone number as a contact in our phone and we left feeling so taken care of, kudos! Now THATS good customer service!

I arrived at 5:30 to purchase a new phone. I waited 90 minutes to be helped only to be told they could not transfer anything to a new phone because they could not do this 30 minutes before closing time. At no time was I informed of this, nor was there any signage stating this. 90 minutes of my time wasted. I will not be giving this store any future business after this experience.

The worker’s were very helpful answering all my questions and explained everything they were doing switching my phones.

This location has one of the most courteous and friendly staff. I stopped in to take full advantage of upgrading my phone to a current iPhone 13 from a different carrier. The transaction of switching from one carrier to another had some type of glitch. Mr. Angelo Lucente worked his due diligence to rectify the issue. He actually stayed way past his shift on two occasions until my phone was finally up and working. I highly recommend anyone wanting to switch carriers and upgrading their devices to stop at this location. Keep up the excellent work!

I recently switched from AT&T and brought 3 lines with me and added a 4th. Tara set up an assembly lines of new phones and had me set up quicker than I thought it would take. I am already 100% happier with the service so far compared to that other carrier that I had, whom Ive already forgotten.

Upgraded my wife’s phone today and the sales person forgot to activate it. Phone can’t make or receive calls. Now have to make a 40 mile round trip to get the phone activated.

Bought a new phone phone in September. The very first week was back to the store with it. Problems with the phone from day one. Every time returned to the store basically all they did was put a band-aid on it so they didnt have to exchange the phone. Worst customer service. Been a customer for about 6 years now. Guess loyalty doesnt mean anything. All they can tell me is to send my phone in to get replacement. Refurbished phone for a new one. Great way of doing business. Scamming your customers

The staff there did their best with my phone to get everything transferred to a new phone which wasnt easy since I had shattered my old phone. Even when things didnt work out they were willing to try another way. I honestly think they would have stayed all night to try to help me. People like that are hard to find.

I walked in and as I sat there,I overheard another rep helping an elderly lady. She apparently bought a new phone. The rep,Robert,was setting up her phone and she mentioned something about her internet service at home. He said shed have to call to cancel. She repeated what he said,and then said she thought they took care of it. He said he would call for her. Robert is truly amazing,where amazing seems to be rare nowadays. This place is wonderful,but it was nice to witness amazing in action. Thank you Robert and keep up the good work!

A huge shout out to Austin Fogle at the store. He has helped me each day for three days fixing a problem with my husbands phone. He lost his phone at Midway airport, I called Austin and he locked it with a message to call my number and that the police were tracking it. It was found and returned and in the meantime Austin set up another phone for my husband to use for the three days while we waited. He was so patient and helpful, can’t thank him enough for his professionalism and service he provided.
