Over priced phones and service but helpful employees and when they say unlimited they mean it

Worked with these girls at the Peru store for many years and always had excellent service. Cellular reception is very very good I am very satisfied. I highly recommend Illinois Valley Cellular!

I don’t know I hear people complain about IVCell a lot, but I’ve been with them since it was buy UPS in Peru. I’ve had real good luck with the. My buddy went to a different company because he was not satisfied with them and I always have a better signal than he does. I have a signal places he don’t have a signal. Even when I drove to Cal it’s seemed like I had a signal every time I looked at it and there is some pretty open country out that way. Needed it for navigation. I think they have always been nice and tried to help me when I had problems with my phone.

Needless to say I have I don’t know the right word oh yeah harassed would be a good word the personnel here at the IVCell and they have been an absolute completely wonderful. Not one time ever have I come in that front door where they are busy or not busy they have smiles on their faces like oh my gosh their she is and how would corporate offices know about your personal if somebody doesn’t tell and I’m telling you they need a raise and I say that because just me and my husband are almost demands some compensation for what they what we have to put them through so I just want you to know here in Peru you have the best there is! It’s true! I’ll come here before going somewhere else! Oh and by the way I didn’t know these people before I came in here not a cousin or relative. They help me out so much!

The network is terrible. Signal is constantly lost, resulting in dropped calls and loss of mobile data. The staff is not knowledgeable.I switched to another provider which was running a promotion to pay off your cancellation fees from your old provider.Except IV Cellular refused to provide me with a detailed invoice, only offering a summary invoice. I explained the situation where my new provider required the invoice to show the specific charges for cancellation fees, but they refused.This caused me to not qualify for the promotion and IV Cellular sued me for the cancellation fees.All around jerks.

They don’t give cash back even the day of purchase. Very dissatisfying when it is Christmas and you need some gas money. Never buying anything in that store again. If I could give it no stars I would.

One of the worst companies ive dealt with. Dropped calls constantly very slow internet. Definitely the worst and rudest customer service i have ever had the misfortune of dealing with.
