The staff here does NOT adhere to any health and safety issues, nor does the store appear to be in anyway sanitary. The staff is very rude and does not appear care if you are an AT&T customer or not. They refuse to even give you their name when asked, and are prone to not even talking back when asked questions. The personal heigene of the manager was lacking, along with being dressed very poorly.Not at all a staff that is equipped to impress with their attitude, knowledge, respect or attire.It is Peru, Indiana.....known as Circus City, and the staff at this store are the town clowns 🤡.
I was at the Peru Indiana store and the young man that waited on me was Travis. It was the end of the workday for him and my phone had died. He was pleasant and courteous and never made me feel rushed even though I knew it was the end of his day. He took the time to help me get a new phone and got me the best deal that I could get. He was very courteous and conscientious and helpful through the whole process. He is an asset to the company.
I wanted to let you know what a great help Jake has been in working on my phone. He has spent a number of types working with me to get problems solved. He is one of the best I have found with AT&T to work with. Thank you.
Went in to get my bill lower, well it DOUBLED, got billed for 4 phones, only have 2.. and they will NOT ADJUST THE BILL!

I came in the store and Nathan the manager was so sweet. I didnt realize the mute button was turned off on my phone or maybe I was just making an excuse to see him. IDK. Anyways. I would recommend my male friends to come to this store but not my female friends because is my future baby daddy and I dont want one of those crazy cougar ladies taking him away from me. Amen.

The AT&T store is Peru, Indiana, is 1000% better now that it is under new Management. The new manager Josh is so great and Josh trains the new employees to be helpful, understanding. I cant say enough good about this store. This store is so extremely important to have in Peru, because AT&T in Kokomo is terrible. Great Job Josh and your team, 2 thumbs up.
There is a real sense of dullness when speaking with these guys and honestly if you don’t have near perfect credit might not even bother going inside as you will be told about these great financing plans on there big budget phones and 1 hour later you find out that you actually got to pay for the so called free or cheap payments phone!Get a new trick!

The store manager is very helpful and informative on the products and services that ATT offers, Haley is also very informative and helpful! They both helped when I had an issue with my bill! I always feel welcomed and greeted when going to the Peru store!
I dont feel this is a fair rating. 3 of the 4 people working here have good customer service skills. The one I dealt with today thinks he knows more than anyone else there customer or associate. Fact is he was wrong! If I hadnt walked out due to him talking to me like I was an idiot he wouldve cost me a whole lot more money. That being said Christi, Jordan and Mary (or Marcy not exactly sure of her name)had good, friendly service.
The people here were nothing less than EXTREMELY HELPFUL!!! bent over backwards to help me with my issue and were very accomadating! I am very happy with their service Christine and Haley are AWESOME!
Very awful experience every time I go there! Now it is going to be well worth the trip to go out of town to do business with a company who talks and talks about no hidden fees or no deposits no kidding when you cant even get a good phone through a plan (or any phone at all because it seems to be junk or they are out) without paying 600 dollars just to start paying for an ok phone. The best they could to for me is send me a bill of 60 for three months (for absolutely nothing!) Just to start making more payments that I assume they would find more secret ways to screw me over. I hope its just the store but I assume its AT&T all together! AT&T should be renamed to Automatic Fees and RipOffs.

Every single time we visit the store for our needs, they are friendly, helpful and extremely knowledgeable. They go well above and beyond and we are grateful for John, Matt and Chris! We will not visit another store for any of our needs! Great store!
Today was my first time in the AT&T Store in Peru, Indiana, and I have nothing but excellent things to say about it. Isaias was the most calm, friendly and helpful sales associate I think I have ever encountered in my 33 years on this Earth. He truly went above and beyond explaining every current deal and phone we looked at while telling us the pros and cons for each model. Isaias made sure we had our same numbers and data from our old phones and service and he spent a total of 2 hours with us during this process. I can’t say enough great things about our experience today and we will definitely be back and spread the word to everyone we know. Thank you so much!!

This a just a retail store in Peru. Took a prepaid phone in because it wouldnt make calls. The sales person was clueless. Had to go all the to Logansport for the tech help! If you know what you want to buy when you go, then this location is for you. Need tech help. Go to Logansport.
Charged me for my existing phone when I added a line in December. They still have yet to correct their error.

Went into the store Aug 2, 2018 in Peru, IN. Signed us up for 4 phones (bogof) PAID $226.00 JUST FOR TAXES. Was told our bill would be close to $300 a month, unlimited data. Also signed up for Direct TV Now. Said my Roku stick would come to store, never did, ordered it 3x NEVER came to the store or my house, but have been being billed $60 a month for something I dont have. Also got AT&T Uverse internet. Suppose to be $50 a month, Not $73. Plus the repair guy laughed when I told him I need it to stream TV on a Roku stick. I can only get 1.5 gbs, not strong enough to stream. Now back to the phones, went into store because I received a bill for $104, didnt know what it was for. Was for something I didnt have, just like the $150 bill I kept receiving. Never gave gotten an actual phone bill for something we actually owe. My daughter & I each paid $150 on Sept 7thfor our bill, to be safe, even though we didnt receive a bill yet. Turns out the woman only took $104 off of my daughters card & pd that bill I didnt owe. Next month we PD $350, still havent received a bill. Have called & talked to at least 10 people at AT&T, the last 2 said our monthly bill is $280. They shut off our phones for the 2nd time. Said we still owe $149, told them we would pay it next month on the 3rd with our $280 pymt. I was then informed that our monthly pymt is $330 something. Today, 11/02/18, I have FINALLY received my first bill, due 10/23/18, for $934.04, WHAT THE #. AT&T, YOU CAN KEEP YOUR PHONES, CHARGE ME EARLY TERMINATION FEES, ADD IT TO MY CREDIT SCORE. I DONT CARE, YOUR NOTHING BUT CROOKS!!!!! THEY SAID THE WOMAN THAT SIGNED ME UP WAS FIRED BECAUSE SHE LIED TO EVERYONE TO GET SALES. GUESS YOU SHOULD FIRE ALL OF YOUR EMPLOYEES BECAUSE NOT ONE HAS TOLD ME THE TRUTH.Funny how I was in a store telling someone about our billing problems when a woman asked if I was talking about AT&T because they did the same to her. I met quite a few nice people that day, all joining in with pretty much the same stories. ALL ABOUT AT&T.

I went to pay my bill before I went to the hospital to set with my Mom John ask me what I had planned for today and when I told him about my Mom he was so caring He ask me if he could say a prayer for her and if it would be okay with me if his father in law, who is a Pastor, could say a prayer for her as well That really made me realize there are still wonderful people in this world Thank u John for ur kindness and ur prayers
