I have had nothing but great experience with these women at Sprint. They are very friendly and thorough about everything, if I dont understand something they will explain it better to where I do. They have been very helpful with any questions I may have had as well and they work with you and help you with what is best for your needs/looking for. As for Sprint in general love it! Always looking forward to seeing them when I go into the store.
Bad bad company to deal with they say 30day free trial. I tested a phone for 3 days left with a receipt saying I owed nothing. 2 weeks later they debited my account and took almost $100. Went back to the store to be told Its not them that took my money and customer service told me to go fight collections if I wanted my money back. Finally had to go through better business bureau to get my money back. Got that settled after a couple weeks I got my money then a week later got a bill for service I never used. Stay far away from this company its very bad news!!!!!
Great experience with an excellent staff who are helpful and knowledgeable. They assisted us in getting exactly what we wanted and helped us save money and time. Highly recommended
Hopefully you never have to speak with the store manager Lindsey. She was rude and didnt make any attempt to help resolve the problem I was experiencing - a problem that originated at her store. They automatically added some feature called Lookout Premium Security Plus to my account without informing me. You might want to check your bill and make sure they havent added it to your account. Useless not only describes this feature but it describes Lindsey as well.

I don’t have a review for the employees at this location. I can give a review for sprint network and there customer service. It is horrible pay the extra and stay with Verizon or AT&T!!! When I first called sprint to sign up I was excited about saving the money and they told me the service in my area was excellent. After calling him several times to complain about my excellent service I was informed my area only has fair service. Sometimes it’s says LTE But it is still slower than heck. I am seriously considering paying the fine for early termination and going back to Verizon!
I went in there because I was issues with my fairly new phone less than a year old and they messed with it for about 20 minutes said they couldnt figure out what was wrong with it. Offered me to upgrade twice.I went to Walmart wireless who was able to fix my issue in less than 5 minutes and they showsed me what they did because they said its fairly common and said it was the simplest problem theyve been given..

Every single time I go in this store I am immediately bombarded with offers to stupid programs and new devices that theyre just trying to upsell as well as pushy sales women who never want to take no for an answer. And while irritating I can deal with this because we all have to deal with these issues when dealing with phone companies but, what I can not stand is telling them no and still having to wait for 10 minutes only to find out that Im waiting because Ive been signed up for the offer that i specifically said that i did not want. Now I have to go figure out how to cancel a trial subscription before it bills me. Thanks Sprint.
Dont Shop HERE. I was employee Sprint 3 years n going to be former loyal customer of 10 years. This place is a joke, the employees are zero help. They will not walk around the counter n leave there computers to greet the customer. REMEMBER these people are just Walmart cashiers if your not in line they will not help you. I STOOD in there store a HOLE HOUR n got no help well they helped the guy that came in 20 mins after I arrived. I walked out n left, Came back couple hours later. Walk in and ask for the I need to have a working phone and told that is $9.99 but Customer care told me to go there to get card for free. SO I have no phone for the next 3 days plus the 2 days I havent had one due to the LACK of customer support of this JOKE of Cell phone store
Unhelpful staff. Emoloyees screwed up almost everytime Ive been in. Doesnt leave messages when calling customers back. Rude and knowledgeable staff.
