Helpful service not. Crowed

Terrible service. Boost store rep gave me an incompatible SIM card for my phone and bricked it. He also refused to issue me a replacement phone for his mistake and was extremely rude and non caring. DO NOT USE THIS STORE AND IF YOUR THINKING ABOUT SWITCHING TO BOOST DO NOT DO IT.

No one there .. whats the point of even having store hours ?? Friday at 11am

Great place to do business. The woman who helped us was excellent at explaining what I needed to know. And she really took her time with us and we had fun while we took care of business.

The old female woman who works there, is absolutely rude! No one was in the actual store, because apparently they sell phone cases outside the store at a stand. Which seemed to be more poplar than the store itself. After waiting for over 25 minutes to pay my bill, which you have to pay at the actual store I was asked if I was there to pay my bill!?😦 (No, Im just holding up the wall over here!) I didnt say that, but I wanted to. Unbelievable! I was still polite when she came walking over to the store asking me if I was there to pay my bill. I told her I didnt know that they had to work both places, and she stated that she loves her job and what she does. All without a smile on her face. If anything she seemed annoyed she had to come from the stand, into the store. Now, if your a boost customer you already know you have to have talks quite often with their customer service reps, because their always messing up something. I gave the woman my number and my name she told me the amount, the amount was not correct amount, so I stated that I did not want the insurance that my bill was to be this amount and the woman told me it was to late to cancel; and that I should of said that before it was paid. Im scratching my head looking at her while shes all red in the face, getting loud about the situation after I ask her how was it already paid when, I didnt give you any money? The woman stated well its too late. I told her I wasnt paying that and she could cancel it. She then said nothing for 3 minutes, then said thank you all rude and abruptly, while rolling her eyes. Upon leaving the store the woman proceeds to state a smart comment about me to three people who followed the woman into the store from the stand. They were probably her family because they where there before me and two people came the same time I did, and she got those two people taken care of and out the way, I was still standing there waiting for service. I will not be going to that store EVER! Very Unprofessional!

I was going to open an account for my dad for boost. We were second in line, we were up next and she simply ignored us and skip us and attended everyone else except us we felt discriminated, being Hispanic so we left that store the older lady with red hair is very unprofessional. I would never go there again and I will make sure my friends and family and my fellow Hispanic people dont go thrue discrimination .

Woman in the store was so rude and acted if she didnt have time. Sent myself and my spouse away and told us to come back in 45 mins. Left and went to cricket. Love my new phone service and phones spent 300$ that if it wasnt for auch a rude woman i probably would have spent in there.

The owner is nice, I left the rating when I was on my man period and pissed off. Came in a week later and I realize now these guys are good ppl sorry about giving you a bad rating Achhardeep
