From there sales staff to the delivery guys, everyone was very nice and friendly. They delivered the new set and took the old without any problem. Love the mattress, I no longer wake up in pain it is amazing!

We were sold a bed by what Im only assuming was a newer salesman. After 6 months of back and forth we now have to go purchase a bed elsewhere because the owner says they cant give us what the salesman told us they could. Save yourself a headache and shop elsewhere.

While shopping for a bed for my grandson went to several stores and the people at Verlo were very helpful, friendly and professional. The delivery was delayed because it was Christmas, Covid, etc, but arrived shortly after Christmas in good condition, was set up and old bed removed.

We got our bed customized. My side is firm, and my wifes is medium. We love it and it was a really good price. Great customer service too!

But after a few months of sleep on it does it still feel right??? Well, with Verlo, no worries. If its not right, they will remake it for you.I really suggest you stop in and see them if youre mattress shopping! The prices were no more than I would have paid anywhere else and you can get EXACTLY what you are looking for!!

Just purchased our adjustable bed today and am looking forward to its arrival. We shopped around and almost skipped Verlo but decided to go in since they were open and we had the time. Were so glad we did. Our sales representative Nick commended us on the information we gathered and with his guidance we knew it was time to acquire our bed. We work hard and wanted to rest comfortably and enjoy the more modern features for resting. Will update review once our bed arrives.

We purchased our mattress a few months ago from Verlo after several recommendations. The sales staff was so nice and explained things well. After sleeping on it for awhile, we realized we needed a firmer mattress. I called and they immediately came and picked it up to fix it to our liking. Not many places, if any, that I know of would do this! The guys who picked up the mattress were very nice and friendly. I HIGHLY recommend Verlo to anyone searching for a mattress! The staff very friendly and listened closely to what were our plans were. They were the ones that suggested the rejuvenation of our older mattress and how it would save us money. These are people who are proud of their product and stand behind it.

Ordered a bed was told would me in on 3 weeks. Been over a month and still dont have. Canceled order but was told I couldnt get my deposit back. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Nick was working he was so great! He took the time to really inform us of the difference in the type of beds and even took us back and showed us how they make the actual beds!
