Lovely selections, except for what I was looking for. (Used to be my go to place for colored silk pillowcases to protect your hairstyle) was looking for zip end red, blue or grey silk type pillowcases in both king & queen. Only had white or a silvery color in standard/Q size. Now 1 in pkg instead of a pair & no color selection to speak of. Love going there, but Ive found the prices are now much higher than other places.

Friendly staff, and you WILL find what you need, expect to pay a price, but you pay for the name not what it is.

The layout of this place is always crazy. There were so many things out of stock and it was kind of a mess, which is understandable to a point but not to this extent.

They do not have much in stock. It wont be long before this location closes.

Bed, Bath, and Beyond is a muddle. Ive never been able to figure out their scheme of things and have rarely felt like I made the perfect purchase after shopping there. The feeling of being an overstock is heavy though I dont believe thats their business model. When its come to purchases, Ive had better luck with their competitors. Visualizing the store I dont get a picture of specific things that they do best. My purchases have always been something I settled on. I did luck into a special buy. They had an entire area towel seconds for a few quarters when I was just moving into my house. That was my best experience. I purchased a big variety of towels and was happy with the purchase. Im still using them and they are wearing well.

The selection isnt the best. Everything is overpriced. The workers were nice. Nothing special.

I want to report the excellent service I received from Tayler, he went above and beyond t see if sheets I wanted were in the store and then ordered what I needed. He understood quality of sheets. I addition he checked on line to confirm that a wedding gift I had ordered had arrived to bride and groom.I certainly can see him in management of the store.

No no no I dont like this disorganized store. I expecialy hate the 20 percent off coupon. I would prefer better prices no coupon needed.

I placed an order on line from Bed Bath & Beyond because they had best price on the vacuum I was looking for. They were one of three stores who offered vacuum. This vacuum was only available as an online item at all three stores. Although it took them a minute to locate the vacuum, the staff were super friendly & helpful. I would go back just for that reason alone.

So many varieties of the same products available to choose from. So many kitchen products sold there that I have never even seen before. Also was picking out a shower present, and they have a counter with different size boxes and gift wrap and purple ribbon, scissors, and tape all located for self service. Which I found to be a super service offered there!

I always like this place. They have such a variety of household items.

I was in town for a last minute wedding gift for my niece and the manager here stopped what he was doing to assist me. He was so helpful that I ended up getting more than I was looking for. I definitely recommend this store if youre looking for knowledgeable and friendly staff in a clean and neatly stocked store which makes it even more pleasant to shop.

Staff was very helpful in planning an online order for shipping direct to home. Ours was a more detailed order, but they competently worked through it. Unfortunately, the checkout cashier had an attitude, particularly after we found she made a mistake. So our overall good experience was tarnished a bit as we left.

Im a 45 yr old man. Usually when I go to BB&B all the salespeople ignore me for some reason so I usually leave empty handed and go order from amazon. But today one of the associates actually asked me if I needed help and offered some great advise so I bought some pans and a steam iron (amazing, huh). Does anyone use the 10ft rule in retail any more? So if anyone is listening out there please.

The staff was very nice and approachable. Knowledgeable in each department as far as I could tell. Store is very nicely put together and stocked well. Always enjoy bed bath and beyond, they have really cool stuff.

Always nice to see what seasonal items they have. Christmastime is always a fun time to shop, even just to get ideas.We thought there was a price checker in the store but never found one. Store was busy but not crowded.

I hadnt shopped at this store in quite awhile, but I needed a shower gift, and the bride was registered here. When I was told that I could use their wrapping station and the FREE supplies to wrap the gift, I was almost in shock! I did not know they even had that service! It was wonderful, and the gift looked much better than it would have if I had tried to wrap it at home! Plus, everything I needed was right there at my fingertips: boxes, paper, scissors, tape, and even ribbon! I loved it! Will definitely buy more gifts at Bed, Bath & Beyond!

Ive been coming to this location for a few years now, lately the staff has been very rude to customers. Today not only did I witness the staff being rude again to a customer, they were very difficult to work with. I tried to explain my problem, but before I could even finish my sentence, I was interrupted and told I was in the wrong. we finally got the issue figure it out, however the staff was rude and condescending the entire time. This is the worst experience Ive ever had at Bed Bath & Beyond. I will not register with them again. What they claim to be a simple return policy is anything but.

If I could give this store 0 stars I would. I came in looking for a duvet insert and asked an employee for help finding one. The employee did not know what a white duvet insert was so asked another employee. That employee proceeded to give me a dirty look and tell me I did not know what I was talking about. There is no such thing as a duvet insert, you just put any comforter into a cover. I know that is not correct because I had just been looking at duvet inserts at West Elm and have had MANY duvet inserts before. I started to explain what I was looking for and she just shook her head at me and insisted that I had no idea what I was talking about. I then decided to just forget it and leave, I was then approached at the door by another woman and was told that she had never heard of a duvet insert before and that it is called a comforter..I am not mad that this location doesnt sell duvet inserts I am upset that all of the employees involved were so rude. I had my whole wedding registry through bed bath and beyond and this experience made me regret ever doing business with them. I have never encountered the type of people to get so rude over a simple duvet insert. I will be doing all of my home shopping with West Elm from now on, their employees are very helpful and friendly and extremely educated on what they are selling.

Keep your receipts.. tried to take a barely used coffee grinder back that was defective but could not find my receipt & instead of just exchanging it, they gave me cuisine arts number & told me to take it up with them. Spent about an hour on hold & have to jump through several hoops just to get a working $20 grinder. Ive never had a store refuse to replace a defective item with or without a receipt.. wont be heading back to Bed Bath and Beyond any time soon.

This is a very cool store! There are so many different things you can buy here. Its a little pricey, but it seems feasible since most things here are unique!

Easy to shop, but a little crowded. Very narrow aisles. Pricing is OK & products are right there - no waiting. Check out is quick and easy.

Everything is way too expensive. The comforter sets all look nice for a 90 year old woman. The only saving grace is they have a lot of random cooking utensils.

I really like the store, however it is so hard to maneuver in there and to check out is so confusing because you cant tell where the line ends, since it is so crowded in there. But I do love the store other than that.

Went to pick out a Bridal gift for my niece. The person in tgat department was very helpful in printing out the registry list.

Will never go back as staff very immature when cashier wanted to wait on me she clapped her hands and called me like I was her dog. Staff discussed who dating tonite where they were getting booze. Manager was doing the same.

Still a good selection of coffee flavors, even after the holidays - and pleased to see the single-line system to check out, although it was way too long of a wait for a second cashier to come from the office to take care of us who had no returns!

They did not have the CorningWare microwave dishes that I was looking for so I was disappointed. Other than that the place was nice and they had some good sales so I will probably go back when I need something.

I dont really understand why it is that when Im looking for some type of home good item and I go to Bed Bath & Beyond I am never able to find it. Invariably I leave disgusted and I get on my computer and pick something out from Amazon. Maybe its just me but the store is clean I will give them that.

This store is generally clean; has attendants to assist in finding items, which is helpful, as they have a lot! They honor expired coupons, which I cant think of another store which does that.

Bed and bath needed more help on the floor I purchased a sweeper and I would have liked to know more about it before I purchased it so that in very elderly people need a place to sit down and rest a little when they visit the store

Christmas is a day away, so Im sure my experience today wasnt average. But! The cashier called me every term of endearment imaginable w/in a 2 or 3 minute check out--honey, sweetheart, dear, etc--- thats a personal pet peeve. Id rather she call me jackass!

My fiance and I stopped in around 5 on a Sunday to set up a wedding registry (not realizing they close at 6 on Sunday). The bridal associate, Tayler, was being juggled between 3 couples and maintained a pleasant professional attitude. He got us set up in about 5 minutes and within a half hour we had gone through 3 departments. He was very helpful. He even stayed late with us to make sure we were able to get a good start. I highly recommend this location and Tayler for a wedding registry!

Arron was great and helped me find the item I was looking for as soon as he could. Store was short staffed otherwise and all the other staff I did encounter was rude. Went to check out and Susan rolled her eyes at me when I told her that my friend and I were separate. She then proceeded to be rude when I told her the item I was buying was for a registry, acting like it was extremely difficult to her to scan the barcode on the registry that I had previously printed off and immediately pulled out of my purse at checkout.

What you expect. BBandB with the amazing kitchen tool selections, bedding, and the oddball items mixed along with the bathroom goods. Always tempting to buy something not needed.

The selection is great. However, when returning merchandise, be careful. I returned $50 shower curtain & clerk only applied $10 back to my credit card. She incorrectly credited me for returning a towel instead of a shower curtain. When I advised her of the error, she was rude & said she was correct and snapped receipt out of my hand. Eventually, she realized she made the error & put charge back on card for the error & credited the shower curtain, but kept pulling receipts out of my hand when I went to look at them. Spoke to store manager who said oh, she just made a mistake. Not great service. If I hadnt paid attention, I would have been shorted $ on my return.

There were no carts inside the store. The use of coupons has changed for the worse. Used to be able to use expired coupons and still get 20 percent off. Not enough cashiers.

It was so enjoyable I was looking for a gift for my Nephews Wedding and I was able to accomplish buying the gift. I also saw somethings I want for my home as well.
