Not super knowledgeable and store felt dirty.

I love my new Tempur-Pedic! My wife and I hadnt been sleeping well so we shopped several mattress stores and found The Back Store to have the best price (actually the prices were the same no matter where you go), selection (they carry every mattress that Tempur-Pedic makes) and BEST SERVICE of all. The man who waited on us was very knowledgeable and quite helpful and they had our bed in stock and we were sleeping great the VERY NEXT NIGHT!They have a 45 day comfort guarantee but he helped us to pick the right bed so we didnt need to use it (but it was nice knowing that we wouldnt be stuck!)We also tried their Beautyrest Hybrid mattresses (and those were nice too) but my wife liked how the Tempur-Pedic conformed to her hips and shoulder.Weve already recommended both The Back Store and Tempur-Pedic to our friends and would to anyone else desperately searching for the right mattress for the good nights sleep!

Needs to go out of business. Rude and too expensive.
