Tammy was friendly and courteous. I knew what I was looking for and she showed me my options. No hard sell to try to get me to buy a more expensive option. She was able to get me a couple hundred dollars in discounts. I will return when I am ready to replace my guest bed.

Customer service was good from a salesperson perspectice, but beware Mattress Firm is one of only a few companies that have a restocking fee when returning uncomfortable mattresses even within the first 60 days. After $900 in restocking fees for two uncomfortable mattresses, I cannot recommend this company and am searching for another company to finally get a mattress.

My husband and I just purchased a new mattress set from this store, and it was a great experience. We had researched options online before visiting the store to actually try out the mattress we were interested in. Tammy met us at the door and showed us to their floor models of the mattress we wanted to try. She was patient, knowledgable, informative and showed us other options to consider, while answering all our questions. We chose a mattress set that day, and it was delivered to our home 3 days later. This was a very good buying experience, and we are happy with our new bed!

After looking at several mattresses I hadn’t researched before I told them I wanted to go home a check reviews prior to making a decision which they welcomed. Later in the day after completing my research I called them and placed an order which they made fast and easy. The mattress arrived on the delivery date given within the given time window. Overall very satisfied!

The North Peoria Mattress Firm Store was a great place to look for a mattress. They allowed you to try the different beds and adjustable bases to find the one that you liked. There was no high powered sales pitch from Julius, our salesman, and no pressure to buy. Their prices were good and their sale prices were wonderful!

Worst place to shop for a mattress. My wife was specifically looking for an x-tra firm mattress and the sales rep kept directing her to cushioned, tempra.. mattresses and not listening to her wishes. Then tries to sell her a mattress that she hasnt felt. Who does that? Well, according to him he does it all the time. Really, you buy mattresses that often and do it by sight only? Your sales technique sucks at best.
