Wouldnt buy a bed anywhere else. Rachel was amazing. Decided to get an adjustable bed, so we went where we bought our last bed, except we opted for a California king instead of a queen this time. This way, I can raise how I want (or stay flat), hubby can stay flat or raise his head and feet. What I really love anymore, is they do setup. They dont ship to your home for you to put it all together, which we did with our first Select Comfort bed many years ago. The guys also took our queen bed to the basement, where guests can enjoy a good nights rest. Sheets are fabulous and stay put, pillows are amazing, we love our blanket too. Id give 10 stars if I could!

Giving 1 star because 0 isn’t possible. My wife and myself both have back issues. We decided to take the plunge and make a huge investment on a sleep number bed. We had to wait a week and a half for delivery. 3 hours before their confirmed delivery time they called and told us we had to wait another week as their technician called in. After 50 minutes on hold, the very rude customer service lady confirmed that we had to wait another week. I am cancelling my order and going elsewhere. Thanks for nothing.

This is not a mattress review but a review of an employee, we worked with Andrew Norris. We werent sure what we wanted but we knew we needed a new mattress, Andrew took his time, showed us individual models took the time to explain differences. We left without buying anything (other than a great pillow). I contacted him and even on his day off he took the time out to help us out. Above and beyond experience you can tell he is customer forward and really appreciate it help in our decision!

Went at just the right time to. Lots of amazing bundle discounts. The changes they have made in these beds just in the last 10yrs is incredible! We will only ever use Sleep Number beds.....ohhh and their out of this world pillows.

Great Sleep Number store (and we’ve dealt w/ others in other states). Both lady and the man who showed us the mattresses, were super. This is our 5th Sleep Number mattress since back when Paul Harvey was promoting them!

Went in to explore our options for a new bed. My hubby and I are side sleepers but prefer different levels of comfort in a mattress. We ended up buying the 360 Smartbed. Rachael and Pat were great people to work with and learn from. I got to try out all the models in the store to make sure I got the bed that is best for me. Thanks guys, I cannot wait to sleep in my new bed.

We visited Patrick and the Peoria Sleep Number team at the annual Home Show at Peoria Civic Center. Patrick was great at showing us all of the features of each bed option, helping us find our sleep number and listening to our key criteria. He let us know all about the sale, but wasnt pushy. We purchased a new bed and cant wait for it to be delivered!

Mrs. Henderson was AMAZING. Sir answered all of my questions and walked me through the SleepIQ app. This will be our 2nd sleep#. We had a queen for 11yrs. We purchased a normal king two years ago this November and I can’t stand it. I have been looking at the beds that move up & down. FINALLY made a decision & purchased it this week.

I visited the sleep number booth at the Minnesota State Fair, not sure why it says IL. Great experience, I would have liked more time to work with my rep - but we were at the state fair - I loved the deal I got, cant wait to get the bed. Disappointed that they dont know the time of delivery until 24 hours before - that doesnt align well with working moms.

We had a great experience at the store when purchasing our first sleep number bed. We were greeted at the door when we walked in and asked about our preferences. I would highly recommend this store if you are looking for a great bed.

Horrible bed. Overpriced. Customer service offered a 1/4 inch mattress pad when their poor quality bed hurt my back. Dont waste your money.
