Love Audi Peoria, their service department has been excellent from the time we purchased our Audi in 2015. Weve had a couple different service advisors, but theyve all did a great job! They explain what needs to be repaired now, for safety reason & items that may wait till next service... no pressure to push you into something you may not need immediately. Well purchase our next Audi here and will continue to service it here! Great job guys!

David was incredible! We were on our way back to Los Angeles from Tucson when our AC stopped working. We called Audi and spoke with David. He told us to come in and he would get it handled as quickly as possible. He was incredibly helpful and we cannot thank him and the Audi team enough. They got us back on the road with a fixed AC to help us drive safely through the desert. Great customer service!

Dont trust this Scottdale location.Matt service guy terribleTold me I needed a new car 50,000On it.This was in 2018 right after buying it there.Was ripped off 4,600 then fought to get back. Under warranty They could never find my warranty.Finally they did. Brandon took months!!!Now they really treat me terrible. Jeremy tried to get me for another 1,600 this week.I left him speechless. Under warranty He wouldnt even look at me during checkout. Terrible serviceIf I wouldnt of spoke up he would of had it.my money Terrible service men. My husband passed away in 2018 they have taken advantage of me for years,My husband wanted me in a Audi because he heard how well they treat customers. I have been a long time customer of Peoria Audi referring many clients to them for vehicle sales and leases. One of my clients and a close friend was interested in purchasing a new Audi so I referred them to Peoria Audi and offered to take a ride with them to the dealership. We drove from Scottsdale and got there around 11:00 AM on Sunday July 11, 2021. We walked into the dealership and no one greeted us, we waited about 10 minutes. We had a vehicle in mind so we asked to speak to a manager to see about getting a deal worked out, the manager however seemed indifferent to whether we bought a vehicle or not, they did not seem to care at all. She referred me to a sales person who we had not worked with before, we explained to him the vehicle we wanted to buy and they explained they did not have that vehicle in stock, they did not offer to look, research, or inquire about if and when they would get more of these vehicles in stock. We never even got a chance to go over to their desk. As we began to walk out a salesman named Scott who we had worked with in the past came out and apologized for what he saw as a lack of customer service, he offered to do anything he could to correct it but my client was already too disappointed in this dealerships service; Scott explained there was new management changes occurring. These management changes are definitely for the worse, the manager couldn’t care if we even looked at a car or not, there was no effort on their part. Please shop around before purchasing another vehicle from Peoria Audi, look at Scottsdale or any other location. Keep this as a last resort. If you want any sort of customer or client service, you won’t find it here.

I arrived for my appointment at Audi of Peoria, dropping my vehicle off the evening before since I would be unavailable early the next Day. The Service Manager, David Saisslin, was as usual very attentive and welcoming, David provided me with a thorough assessment of the SUVs needs. It was an assessment I welcomed and followed based on Davids history of integrity, and instinctive customer focus during every interaction I have with him managing the service appointments for our two family vehicles. Following the service, David ensured that a problem that had been intermittent but had become apparently more permanent was taken care of, investing whatever time was necessary to make sure I was totally taken care of. If David is not your service manager you dont have the best manager in the valley.

Weve service our Audi in Nevada and Arizona and by far this visit had been the most easy, straight forward experience ever! Vehicle needed repairs and recall maintenance. Staff was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what we needed. They were very communicative and provide a detail overview on what is being done. Definitely switching our preferred dealer for repairs and maintenance from Chandler location to this one in Peoria.

I had a very unpleasant experience with the service department to say the least. Firstly, I went unacknowledged for quite awhile even after having arrived on time for my appointment. Others, who arrived after me, were being serviced before me and quite frankly, being treated better. Then I was passed from attendee to attendee for a simple issue and finally when I was being helped, another persons issue was put in front of mine, then passed back to another person. Secondly, a part I had ordered two months ago was sent back because I was never notified that it came in. I’m just very disappointed.If I could sum up my visit it would be, “tell me I’m not important without telling me I’m not important.”If it wasn’t for Stephanie’s customer service at the end of my visit I would have given this place one star.UPDATE: The director personally contacted me, apologized, and traded out the part for me at my work instead of having to come back in. It was easy and simple.I also went back just yesterday for servicing and was pleasantly surprised by the change I experienced. I was greeted upon arrival exiting my vehicle and everything was smooth and effortless. Stephanie was wonderful to work with, yet again and I really loved the virtual walk through by the mechanics. It was a great touch.I wish they had more loaner vehicles available but I made my appointment only about two days prior, so it’s not a huge complaint. Overall, it was a tremendous improvement. I’m changing my rating from a 2 to a 4.

So I brought my car in and they refused to give me a loaner kept telling me they had no loners as they kept picking up the phone and taking care of other people and giving them loaners right in front of me then my AC was blowing somewhat cold just wasnt cooling off the car they charged me $460 for AC pressure switch 330 something dollars in labor for a $60 part and then it wasnt even the part that was broken it was the AC condenser got ripped off so if youre driving through be very cautious because they will start replacing parts that are not broken very disappointed never been treated so poorly in my life

Contrary to other reviews, I had a horrible experience with Audi Peoria. I went in to look at a recently received Audi S5 that they had got back from an expired lease. The vehicle needed some work understandably and wasn’t ready to be purchased on the spot but I was able to take it for a test drive. Car was great, we agreed on numbers and even signed papers to conclude that we had an agreement to purchase the vehicle. Was told the car would be ready later in the week and my sales associate would be reaching out in the next couple days to update me on its status. I left the dealership with complete confidence that I will be picking up the vehicle in a week. Got a text three hours later that “unfortunately someone else had purchased the vehicle and there’s nothing they could do about it.” Are you kidding me? What happened to the signed agreement and numbers we spent an hour negotiating on? Business is conducted in bad faith here. I’ll take my business to one of the many other dealerships that will work with honesty and professionalism.

We recently purchased a A7 from this dealership. Many people do not look forward to purchasing a new car.We hadn’t purchased a new car for a few years. We first researched a number of different models, chose which we wanted to see. We then went on a fact finding mission. We visited several dealerships and only got some basic information and sat in all of the cars we were interested. That was it. No test drives no negotiations. We told all of them we would circle back at a later date. This took about two weeks. We whittled down the field pretty fast. It was simple things but important ones. One thing we want for sure were the new electronics. Lane assist, cruise control assist, back up assist, cross traffic assist. 360 degree vision.We settled into Audi. We were a current user and we liked both the A8 and A7 and they both met our needs.The salesman was great. Supper follow up, no pressure. We also were it in contact with the general manger.The salesman did all the negotiations but they were simple and to the point.one thing that I never liked was dealing with a salesman and then having one of the managers to come in and “ close the deal”. They didn’t do that and it makes the whole process much more pleasant and seamless. After driving both models we liked the design of the A7 better. A little more modern and sporty in appearance. We are very pleased with the dealership and our salesman.

Everything was fine, my only complaint is that the next day after driving my car the tire pressure light came on. I panicked it was late almost dark, thankfully it wasn’t a flat tire. In the morning I took it to an Audi dealer close to my house I was told that all the tires needed air. It’s very disappointing that no one checked the tire pressure before giving me the SUV. I was told that it would be completely checked.

Cordial staff. Had vapor lock on the Q5 which meant a new fuel pump and kit. So far so good. Repair took 4 days, but to be fair they were very busy with heat related car problems. If you are a Costco member, print out the 15% off coupon and bring it, and then make sure you get the full 15% off as their computer system overrides it and gives a much lesser amount. So, that hassle is why 4 stars.

Terrible service department I will never take my vehicle here again. I brought my vehicle in for an after run coolant pump recall. First off they stated that my engine was leaking oil from the cams, they somehow diagnosed an oil leak without any clean up and then told me it would be a $2500 repair. Next on the list was the oil and filter change I was claimed to have need even though I just changed my oil myself two days prior to my visit here (they would have known that had they checked the service interval on the MMI). They also claimed my lower control arms were bad which I also found to be false. All in the “repairs” amounted to around $5500, I took my vehicle to my private German specialized mechanic and he confirmed there is no oil leak the oil must have been spilled when someone changed the oil, the lower control arms are in good condition, the oil and filter are both good as I’ve just changed them, the only truthful thing the service department told me was that the brakes were needing replacement. I will never ever return here for my vehicle repairs terrible service and they charge you an arm and a leg for “repairs” on your vehicle that it absolutely does not need, not to mention it is literally impossible to diagnose an oil leak without first cleaning the affected area to determine where the leak is coming from. Funny thing is they know I am very knowledgeable about cars. Get it together and stop lying and deceiving people out of hard earned money. I honestly think it was a scare tactic to make me buy a new car, which wouldn’t be from them anyways. Terrible service department, they also treated me like a peasant because I’m 22yrs old and don’t look like I can afford the repairs nor the car that I drive. Hands down terrible service, don’t judge a book by its cover Audi of Peoria. You’ve lost a customer.

I took my A4 for a regular annual service few days back. The check in process was fairly quick, David S was very responsive and took care of setting up the service paperwork, getting the loaner arranged within 5 min! I didnt have any issues to report so the service was basically a routine check, oil changes, tire rotation etc. The car was ready in 4-5 hours. I wasnt in a rush so picked it up later in the afternoon at my convenience. The reason i am giving 4 stars and not 5 is because I expected the car to be given the complimentary car wash which all Audi dealerships do. I was not asked if i needed one, but neither did i put pressure for a quick turnaround. There was all the time in the world to do the basic car wash and an interior vacuum. Driving back in a not so clean car out of the dealership wasnt a great experience!

I. was pleasantly surprised by the high level of client service I received, especially after having a very bad experience at the Audi dealership in Wilsonville, OR on my 10,000 mile service. Stephanie Chavez was my service consultant, and she acknowledged me by name, and managed by expectations well as to the work being done and the timeline for it to be completed. I made her aware that I needed the work to be done within the estimated time frame as I had another appointment I had to attend; and the service team met that expectation. I bought a set of tires and an alignment. We were in the waiting room for almost three hours. As I was driving down the 101 I soon realized something was not right. My steering wheel was not centered and when I let go of the wheel my car veered to the right. I returned to the dealership to wait another hour. I received three-Im sorry, but that was it.This is not my idea of quality service. I will have to think long and hard before using the service department at Audi Peoria

As a first time online car buyer, I did not know what the experience would be like. Audi of Peoria made the experience really easy and quick by providing great communication the entire time. My car needed parts and it took 2 days. Thus I asked for it to be detailed. When they came out and showed it to me it looked awful. I had 2 people that work there come out and look at the work that was done and they both said it was not acceptable and it should be done better. Thus I didnt have my car for another day so they could fix the issue.

Horrible place. Managers have no accountability and the brand lacks integrity. There is not enough room to go through what a nightmare of a dealer this is. They literally sold us a car that had previously been damaged or wrecked and did not disclose it. Do not trust them with your hard earned money. I will no longer be purchasing Audi vehicles at all due to different quality control issues. If you are sold on the Audi brand (do your research and gut check) then save yourself a major headache and avoid Audi Peoria and Auto Nation at all costs.

I purchased a 2017 Audi Q7 last month. I worked with Jason Rawlins who was excellent. Incredibly friendly, helpful and responsive. I live out of state so arranged a pre purchase inspection with a third party mechanic. Jason was happy to work with the inspector. Everything came up clean. The car seems almost brand new. Having only lived in the US for 2 and a half years, I struggled to get approved for finance even with a good credit rating. Jason guided me through Audis Foreign Professional Finance program and I got an amazing rate. Great service. I love my new car. Highly recommend.

We dropped off our car the night before for a scheduled diagnostic the following day. At the end of the day they still had not ran the diagnostic. They finally took a look at the car at the end of the day while we waited for them to be done. Very very disappointing, they wasted my time and my parents time. Its very apperant we are not an important customer.

Fantastic buying experience. Wyatt Yates, the Internet Sales Manager, was great to work with. Wyatt knows and loves Audis, and was ready to answer all of our questions regarding the car. Wyatt was also very patient. When the original cars we test drove (and we test drove a lot), Wyatt followed-up after finding the perfect vehicle, and I ended up buying an Audi-Certified 2021 A4 Quattro.Audi Peoria also got me a phenomenal interest rate, especially given it was a (lightly) used car. I ended up getting Audi Care and glass protection, and am very pleased.Wyatt was available to answer my questions, and followed-up even after the sale. Very pleased with Audi Peoria.
