We bought a Kia from Mike Miller and at first it seemed to be okay but then we noticed there was problem with water inside the drivers door. They said bring it in and it would be fixed so we did. Now we have to take it to someone who actually knows what they are doing to fix the problem that should have been fixed the first time. This is now costing us over $1000.00 because of something that should have been fixed. We have sent family and friends to Mike Miller KIA to buy their vehicles. Well none of us will be buying from there again and we are very disappointed for the way they did us.

I live about an hour away, but work in Peoria throughout the week. Today, when leaving work, I noticed my tire was low. I call the service department and they told me to head that way and they will take a look. Mind you, the service department was about to close. I pull my car in and the got me in, my tire patched, and out within a good twenty minutes TOPS. I cannot rave enough on how grateful I am that their guys back in service were so support and accommodating! If I could do more than five stars, I would without a doubt! Thank you Mike Miller Kia!

This place will lie to you and tell you that your approved and have you send all your info to them so that they can sell it. We had an appointment and wen we got there we didnt even meet with the same person we had been in contact with the whole time. They told us for security all our info had been deleted so we sat there for 2 hours while they shot gunned our info to multiple lenders hoping one would pick us up damaging our credit everytime. It seemed to us that they got paid just to get us in the door. Very displeased!!!

Ive been dealing with Mike Miller Auto Park since 2003. Ive found their sales, service, and even parts departments to be well above the average compared to what we find in the Peoria area. Only one other dealership is in the ballpark in the area, which is very disappointing.FULL DISCLOSURE: I was impressed enough to even work for Mike Miller for a few months back in 2009!I just purchased a new vehicle from Mike Miller and cant say enough about how well I was treated! The General Manager, salespeople, and finance were outstanding, accommodating, and very helpful. Ive already dealt with parts and service again (by my choice, not because of any issues!) and am thrilled to know the same, high-quality people are there to help!There are brands of cars I wont consider because of the state of dealerships in the Peoria area. I really like this place. I think they tell it to you straight unlike some dealerships service departments that keep winning awards(no names). The waiting area isnt big but I think they would have to redo the entire building to fix that, and it still is comfy.
